Često su neizbježna oštećenja cesta i drugih javnih površina prilikom istovara, utovara, postavljanja krana, skela, ograda, pristupa velikih kamiona i mehanizacije radi izgradnje ili rekonstrukcije objekata. Iako je dojam da je takvih slučajeva mnogo više, komunalni redari su tijekom 2023. godine proveli 11 upravnih postupaka protiv investitora koji nakon građevinskih radova okolne javne površine nisu vratili u prvobitno stanje. Također su podnijeli 11 obveznih prekršajnih naloga, u ukupnom iznosu od 17.380 eura.

- U slučajevima kada je proveden postupak, investitor je sam o svom trošku vratio javnu površinu u prvobitno stanje. S obzirom da su prije izdavanja odobrenja za prekopavanje javne površine investitori dužni uplatiti jamčevinu ili dostaviti bjanko zadužnicu ili bankovnu garanciju za dobro izvedene radove, Grad Dubrovnik je po Rješenjima o prekopavanju javne površine u mogućnosti naplatiti iz jamčevine troškove izvršenja radova kojima se površina vraća u prvobitno stanje, ukoliko investitor sam to ne odradi – pojašnjavaju iz Grada Dubrovnika.

Međutim, navode kako lani nije bilo slučajeva "aktiviranja" iznosa jamčevine, gdje bi Grad Dubrovnik putem drugog izvođača s tim iznosom vratio površinu u prvobitno stanje.

- Površina bi se vratila u prvobitno stanje u predviđenom roku ili u roku kojem bi se investitoru odobrilo produljenje rješenja ili nakon provođenja upravnog postupka putem komunalnog redarstva – odgovaraju iz gradske uprave.

Prema Odluci o komunalnom redu, prekopavanja, istovar i utovar građevinskog materijala, postavljanje skela i ostali građevinski radovi na javnim površinama može se obavljati samo uz dozvolu gradskog resornog odjela.

Rok za povrat površina u prvobitno stanje je osam dana od završetka radova.

Često su neizbježna oštećenja cesta i drugih javnih površina prilikom istovara, utovara, postavljanja krana, skela, ograda, pristupa velikih kamiona i mehanizacije radi izgradnje ili rekonstrukcije objekata. Iako je dojam da je takvih slučajeva mnogo više, komunalni redari su tijekom 2023. godine proveli 11 upravnih postupaka protiv investitora koji nakon građevinskih radova okolne javne površine nisu vratili u prvobitno stanje. Također su podnijeli 11 obveznih prekršajnih naloga, u ukupnom iznosu od 17.380 eura.

- U slučajevima kada je proveden postupak, investitor je sam o svom trošku vratio javnu površinu u prvobitno stanje. S obzirom da su prije izdavanja odobrenja za prekopavanje javne površine investitori dužni uplatiti jamčevinu ili dostaviti bjanko zadužnicu ili bankovnu garanciju za dobro izvedene radove, Grad Dubrovnik je po Rješenjima o prekopavanju javne površine u mogućnosti naplatiti iz jamčevine troškove izvršenja radova kojima se površina vraća u prvobitno stanje, ukoliko investitor sam to ne odradi – pojašnjavaju iz Grada Dubrovnika.

Međutim, navode kako lani nije bilo slučajeva "aktiviranja" iznosa jamčevine, gdje bi Grad Dubrovnik putem drugog izvođača s tim iznosom vratio površinu u prvobitno stanje.

- Površina bi se vratila u prvobitno stanje u predviđenom roku ili u roku kojem bi se investitoru odobrilo produljenje rješenja ili nakon provođenja upravnog postupka putem komunalnog redarstva – odgovaraju iz gradske uprave.

Prema Odluci o komunalnom redu, prekopavanja, istovar i utovar građevinskog materijala, postavljanje skela i ostali građevinski radovi na javnim površinama može se obavljati samo uz dozvolu gradskog resornog odjela.

Rok za povrat površina u prvobitno stanje je osam dana od završetka radova.
