Zvučna vijest da bi se Belgija, zbog reformi tržišta rada, uskoro mogla prebaciti na četverodnevni radni tjedan nije tako revolucionarna kao što se to na prvi pogled čini. Prema prijedlogu koji je procurio u javnost, Belgijci bi i dalje radili isti broj sati tjedno, od 38 do 40, ali bi to obavljali stisnuto u četiri dana.

Drugim riječima, dobili bi istu plaću i radili bi isti broj sati, ali u četiri dulja radna dana, pri čemu bi imali jedan dan tjedno više za sebe, nešto kao redoviti "produljeni vikend". Ako se belgijska vlada zaista odluči na takav zakonski prijedlog, detalje o provedbi tek treba razraditi s predstavnicima poslodavaca i sindikata, što bi moglo potrajati šest mjeseci, javlja Euronews. U svakom slučaju, prelazak na četverodnevni radni tjedan belgijska vlada, koliko je zasad poznato, nije zamislila kao obavezu. Što kažu na sve to u Hrvatskoj udruzi poslodavaca? Nisu neskloni, piše Jutarnji list.

Mogućnost izbora

Glavna ekonomistica HUP-a Iva Tomić odgovara nam kako bi takvu odluku trebalo prepustiti svakom pojedinom poslodavcu na izbor, ali važno je da izbor postoji, da postoji fleksibilnost u samom zakonu. "Naime, različite industrije i sektori teško mogu biti svedeni na isti oblik rada.

Kod nekih poslodavaca, a posebno u koronakrizi, opseg rada uvelike je smanjen, kod nekih je zasigurno i povećan, stoga bi bilo dobro imati otvorenu mogućnost za četverodnevni radni tjedan za one poslodavce koji se odluče za tu opciju, i koja za njih bude optimalna i u vidu produktivnosti i zadovoljstva radnika", kaže Iva Tomić. Dodaje da politika plaća ovisi o svakoj tvrtki te je za neke "možda moguće zadržati istu razinu produktivnosti, pa i iste plaće, za manji fond sati, no tu odluku prepuštamo samim poslodavcima".

Testiranje na Islandu

Krešimir Sever, čelnik Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata, kaže kako i sindikati podupiru mogućnost četverodnevnog radnog tjedna, pod uvjetom da je to dragovoljno, odnosno ako je posljedica dogovora radnika i poslodavca te ako postoji mogućnost vraćanja na petodnevni radni tjedan za one koji se predomisle "kada vide kako je raditi četiri dana po deset sati".

Napominje kako je to lakše izvedivo za intelektualne poslove, informatičare i slično, ali u proizvodnji mnogo teže, jer fizički rad nije tako lako obavljati deset sati u kontinuitetu. "Tehnološki napredak omogućuje skraćivanje radnog vremena pa bi se u toj kombinaciji trebalo uvoditi skraćeni radni tjedan. Drugim riječima, ili uvesti kraći radni dan pet dana u tjednu ili zadržati osmosatno radno vrijeme, ali četiri dana tjedno", objašnjava Sever.

Na Islandu su testirali model koji se temelji upravo na manjem broju radnih sati tjedno, što je na kraju dovelo do promjene na tržištu rada. Najprije su proveli testove u javnom sektoru 2015. i 2017. godine, u kojima je broj radnih sati tjedno bio uglavnom smanjen s 40 na 35 ili 36 sati, a plaća je pritom, naravno, ostala ista.

Studija koju je o tome ove godine objavilo islandsko udruženje Alda navodi da je produktivnost ostala ista ili se povećala, pružene usluge nisu bile smanjene, a radnici koji su sudjelovali u testovima, rekli su kako je to "imalo snažan utjecaj na ravnotežu privatnog i poslovnog života". Imali su više vremena za djecu i hobije, a muškarci u vezama više su sudjelovali u kućnim poslovima.

Zvučna vijest da bi se Belgija, zbog reformi tržišta rada, uskoro mogla prebaciti na četverodnevni radni tjedan nije tako revolucionarna kao što se to na prvi pogled čini. Prema prijedlogu koji je procurio u javnost, Belgijci bi i dalje radili isti broj sati tjedno, od 38 do 40, ali bi to obavljali stisnuto u četiri dana.

Drugim riječima, dobili bi istu plaću i radili bi isti broj sati, ali u četiri dulja radna dana, pri čemu bi imali jedan dan tjedno više za sebe, nešto kao redoviti "produljeni vikend". Ako se belgijska vlada zaista odluči na takav zakonski prijedlog, detalje o provedbi tek treba razraditi s predstavnicima poslodavaca i sindikata, što bi moglo potrajati šest mjeseci, javlja Euronews. U svakom slučaju, prelazak na četverodnevni radni tjedan belgijska vlada, koliko je zasad poznato, nije zamislila kao obavezu. Što kažu na sve to u Hrvatskoj udruzi poslodavaca? Nisu neskloni, piše Jutarnji list.

Mogućnost izbora

Glavna ekonomistica HUP-a Iva Tomić odgovara nam kako bi takvu odluku trebalo prepustiti svakom pojedinom poslodavcu na izbor, ali važno je da izbor postoji, da postoji fleksibilnost u samom zakonu. "Naime, različite industrije i sektori teško mogu biti svedeni na isti oblik rada.

Kod nekih poslodavaca, a posebno u koronakrizi, opseg rada uvelike je smanjen, kod nekih je zasigurno i povećan, stoga bi bilo dobro imati otvorenu mogućnost za četverodnevni radni tjedan za one poslodavce koji se odluče za tu opciju, i koja za njih bude optimalna i u vidu produktivnosti i zadovoljstva radnika", kaže Iva Tomić. Dodaje da politika plaća ovisi o svakoj tvrtki te je za neke "možda moguće zadržati istu razinu produktivnosti, pa i iste plaće, za manji fond sati, no tu odluku prepuštamo samim poslodavcima".

Testiranje na Islandu

Krešimir Sever, čelnik Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata, kaže kako i sindikati podupiru mogućnost četverodnevnog radnog tjedna, pod uvjetom da je to dragovoljno, odnosno ako je posljedica dogovora radnika i poslodavca te ako postoji mogućnost vraćanja na petodnevni radni tjedan za one koji se predomisle "kada vide kako je raditi četiri dana po deset sati".

Napominje kako je to lakše izvedivo za intelektualne poslove, informatičare i slično, ali u proizvodnji mnogo teže, jer fizički rad nije tako lako obavljati deset sati u kontinuitetu. "Tehnološki napredak omogućuje skraćivanje radnog vremena pa bi se u toj kombinaciji trebalo uvoditi skraćeni radni tjedan. Drugim riječima, ili uvesti kraći radni dan pet dana u tjednu ili zadržati osmosatno radno vrijeme, ali četiri dana tjedno", objašnjava Sever.

Na Islandu su testirali model koji se temelji upravo na manjem broju radnih sati tjedno, što je na kraju dovelo do promjene na tržištu rada. Najprije su proveli testove u javnom sektoru 2015. i 2017. godine, u kojima je broj radnih sati tjedno bio uglavnom smanjen s 40 na 35 ili 36 sati, a plaća je pritom, naravno, ostala ista.

Studija koju je o tome ove godine objavilo islandsko udruženje Alda navodi da je produktivnost ostala ista ili se povećala, pružene usluge nisu bile smanjene, a radnici koji su sudjelovali u testovima, rekli su kako je to "imalo snažan utjecaj na ravnotežu privatnog i poslovnog života". Imali su više vremena za djecu i hobije, a muškarci u vezama više su sudjelovali u kućnim poslovima.

Zvučna vijest da bi se Belgija, zbog reformi tržišta rada, uskoro mogla prebaciti na četverodnevni radni tjedan nije tako revolucionarna kao što se to na prvi pogled čini. Prema prijedlogu koji je procurio u javnost, Belgijci bi i dalje radili isti broj sati tjedno, od 38 do 40, ali bi to obavljali stisnuto u četiri dana.

Drugim riječima, dobili bi istu plaću i radili bi isti broj sati, ali u četiri dulja radna dana, pri čemu bi imali jedan dan tjedno više za sebe, nešto kao redoviti "produljeni vikend". Ako se belgijska vlada zaista odluči na takav zakonski prijedlog, detalje o provedbi tek treba razraditi s predstavnicima poslodavaca i sindikata, što bi moglo potrajati šest mjeseci, javlja Euronews. U svakom slučaju, prelazak na četverodnevni radni tjedan belgijska vlada, koliko je zasad poznato, nije zamislila kao obavezu. Što kažu na sve to u Hrvatskoj udruzi poslodavaca? Nisu neskloni, piše Jutarnji list.

Mogućnost izbora

Glavna ekonomistica HUP-a Iva Tomić odgovara nam kako bi takvu odluku trebalo prepustiti svakom pojedinom poslodavcu na izbor, ali važno je da izbor postoji, da postoji fleksibilnost u samom zakonu. "Naime, različite industrije i sektori teško mogu biti svedeni na isti oblik rada.

Kod nekih poslodavaca, a posebno u koronakrizi, opseg rada uvelike je smanjen, kod nekih je zasigurno i povećan, stoga bi bilo dobro imati otvorenu mogućnost za četverodnevni radni tjedan za one poslodavce koji se odluče za tu opciju, i koja za njih bude optimalna i u vidu produktivnosti i zadovoljstva radnika", kaže Iva Tomić. Dodaje da politika plaća ovisi o svakoj tvrtki te je za neke "možda moguće zadržati istu razinu produktivnosti, pa i iste plaće, za manji fond sati, no tu odluku prepuštamo samim poslodavcima".

Testiranje na Islandu

Krešimir Sever, čelnik Nezavisnih hrvatskih sindikata, kaže kako i sindikati podupiru mogućnost četverodnevnog radnog tjedna, pod uvjetom da je to dragovoljno, odnosno ako je posljedica dogovora radnika i poslodavca te ako postoji mogućnost vraćanja na petodnevni radni tjedan za one koji se predomisle "kada vide kako je raditi četiri dana po deset sati".

Napominje kako je to lakše izvedivo za intelektualne poslove, informatičare i slično, ali u proizvodnji mnogo teže, jer fizički rad nije tako lako obavljati deset sati u kontinuitetu. "Tehnološki napredak omogućuje skraćivanje radnog vremena pa bi se u toj kombinaciji trebalo uvoditi skraćeni radni tjedan. Drugim riječima, ili uvesti kraći radni dan pet dana u tjednu ili zadržati osmosatno radno vrijeme, ali četiri dana tjedno", objašnjava Sever.
