Digitalna platforma za rezervaciju smještaja odlučila je iznajmljivačima u Britaniji ponuditi do 3.000 funti (3.400 dolara) bespovratne pomoći za mjere poput zamjene bojlera i instalacija kako bi im pomogla uštediti energiju.
Airbnb je pokrenuo "plan za održivi hosting", pripremivši milijun funti za iznajmljivače koji žele zamijeniti bojlere, poboljšati izolaciju krova, zidova ili podova, instalirati toplinske pumpe ili ugraditi solarne ploče.
Mjere poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti mogu smanjiti račune na dulji rok, ali uključuju početne troškove koje je trenutno posebno teško pokriti zbog rasta troškova života.
Airbnb planira surađivati ​​s britanskim Energy Saving Trustom na personaliziranim provjerama energetske učinkovitosti nekretnina i akcijskim planovima za iznajmljivače, s informacijama o potencijalnim koracima uštede energije.
Bespovratnu pomoć moći će dobiti svi iznajmljivači s boravištem u Britaniji i rezervirana dva ili više posjeta u protekloj godini, prema podacima Airbnba koji se prošle godine obvezao svesti emisiju ugljika neto na nulu do 2030.
Zainteresirani bi mogli biti upućeni lokalnim obrtnicima i dobiti potporu od 1.000 do 3.000 funti,  pod uvjetom da ispunjavaju kriterije za status "superdomaćina".
Superdomaćini su iznajmljivači s najboljim ocjenama, napominje agencija dpa.
Ako su već odabrali majstora, mogu od njega zatražiti ponudu i poslati je Energy Saving Trustu na provjeru.
U uvjetima se također ističe da Airbnb-ova bespovratna sredstva mogu pokriti samo do 90 posto troškova radova i da se moraju koristiti isključivo koristiti za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti a ne za plaćanje računa za energiju.
Airbnb je sličan program pokrenuo i u Francuskoj.

Digitalna platforma za rezervaciju smještaja odlučila je iznajmljivačima u Britaniji ponuditi do 3.000 funti (3.400 dolara) bespovratne pomoći za mjere poput zamjene bojlera i instalacija kako bi im pomogla uštediti energiju.
Airbnb je pokrenuo "plan za održivi hosting", pripremivši milijun funti za iznajmljivače koji žele zamijeniti bojlere, poboljšati izolaciju krova, zidova ili podova, instalirati toplinske pumpe ili ugraditi solarne ploče.
Mjere poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti mogu smanjiti račune na dulji rok, ali uključuju početne troškove koje je trenutno posebno teško pokriti zbog rasta troškova života.
Airbnb planira surađivati ​​s britanskim Energy Saving Trustom na personaliziranim provjerama energetske učinkovitosti nekretnina i akcijskim planovima za iznajmljivače, s informacijama o potencijalnim koracima uštede energije.
Bespovratnu pomoć moći će dobiti svi iznajmljivači s boravištem u Britaniji i rezervirana dva ili više posjeta u protekloj godini, prema podacima Airbnba koji se prošle godine obvezao svesti emisiju ugljika neto na nulu do 2030.
Zainteresirani bi mogli biti upućeni lokalnim obrtnicima i dobiti potporu od 1.000 do 3.000 funti,  pod uvjetom da ispunjavaju kriterije za status "superdomaćina".
Superdomaćini su iznajmljivači s najboljim ocjenama, napominje agencija dpa.
Ako su već odabrali majstora, mogu od njega zatražiti ponudu i poslati je Energy Saving Trustu na provjeru.
U uvjetima se također ističe da Airbnb-ova bespovratna sredstva mogu pokriti samo do 90 posto troškova radova i da se moraju koristiti isključivo koristiti za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti a ne za plaćanje računa za energiju.
Airbnb je sličan program pokrenuo i u Francuskoj.

Airbnb nudi britanskim iznajmljivačima potporu za energetsku učinkovitost

Digitalna platforma za rezervaciju smještaja odlučila je iznajmljivačima u Britaniji ponuditi do 3.000 funti (3.400 dolara) bespovratne pomoći za mjere poput zamjene bojlera i instalacija kako bi im pomogla uštediti energiju.
Airbnb je pokrenuo "plan za održivi hosting", pripremivši milijun funti za iznajmljivače koji žele zamijeniti bojlere, poboljšati izolaciju krova, zidova ili podova, instalirati toplinske pumpe ili ugraditi solarne ploče.
Mjere poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti mogu smanjiti račune na dulji rok, ali uključuju početne troškove koje je trenutno posebno teško pokriti zbog rasta troškova života.
Airbnb planira surađivati ​​s britanskim Energy Saving Trustom na personaliziranim provjerama energetske učinkovitosti nekretnina i akcijskim planovima za iznajmljivače, s informacijama o potencijalnim koracima uštede energije.
Bespovratnu pomoć moći će dobiti svi iznajmljivači s boravištem u Britaniji i rezervirana dva ili više posjeta u protekloj godini, prema podacima Airbnba koji se prošle godine obvezao svesti emisiju ugljika neto na nulu do 2030.
Zainteresirani bi mogli biti upućeni lokalnim obrtnicima i dobiti potporu od 1.000 do 3.000 funti,  pod uvjetom da ispunjavaju kriterije za status "superdomaćina".
Superdomaćini su iznajmljivači s najboljim ocjenama, napominje agencija dpa.
Ako su već odabrali majstora, mogu od njega zatražiti ponudu i poslati je Energy Saving Trustu na provjeru.
U uvjetima se također ističe da Airbnb-ova bespovratna sredstva mogu pokriti samo do 90 posto troškova radova i da se moraju koristiti isključivo koristiti za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti a ne za plaćanje računa za energiju.
Airbnb je sličan program pokrenuo i u Francuskoj.
