Loše, gore(nje), najgore! Postoji li u božićno vrijeme nešto neromantičnije i stresnije od otkazivanja kućnog aparata? Za koji nikako ne biste htjeli da vas “napusti” u trenutku užurbanih priprema za jedan od najvećih i najljepših blagdana? Pretpostavljam da bi svi manje-više rekli pećnica ili grijanje. S obzirom da cijene goriva na tržištu rastu brže nego ponude za Gvardiolu, uskoro bismo mogli ostati bez svega toga.

U posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci u našem je domu nekoliko kućanskih aparata objavilo kraj rada, kad je dosta, dosta je! Neki su eksplodirali, a neki implodirali. Bolje da ne objašnjavam. I što sad? Popravljati ili ne? Osobno sam skloniji popravljanju i davanju “druge prilike” kućanskom aparatu, međutim, mali bojler ispod sudopera je otišao zauvijek. Mrtav. Nažalost, njegov odlazak ostavio nas je ne samo bez tople, već i bez hladne vode, tako da je zamjena bila jedino, a prema mojoj pretpostavci i najjednostavnije rješenje. Sve do trenutka susreta sa slovenskom tvrtkom Gore(nje), oprostite, Gorenje. Ako je ikako moguće, uvijek kupujem lokalne proizvode.
Znam da Gorenje nije lokalna tvrtka, al’ recimo da je lokalnija od Hitachija. Izgledalo je da će zamjena aparata biti lak posao. Butiga u koju smo otišli, ime joj se rimuje s Mevex, imala je točno to što trebamo. Mali 5-litarski bojler za ispod sudopera, marke Gorenje, jer je i prošli bio ista marka, isti model.

Savršeno. Sa’ ćemo mi to na brzinu! Ma nema problema! Pretpostavljao sam da će cijeli posao trajati sat vremena: otpakiraš bojler, spojiš ga s vodom, otvoriš vodu (uvijek napunite bojler prije uključivanja u struju) i…..i……ček’, što sad? Voda je počela curit ko luda s dna bojlera. Stani! Zaustavljaj! Na brzinu sam zatvorio vodu, očistio lokvu koja se stvorila i prouzročila dodatni nered. “Uključio sam ga i on je počeo curiti,” počeo sam govoriti preko telefona gospođi u Revexu.
“Ajme, oprostite. Morate nazvati u Zagreb i dogovoriti se sa servisom kad bi vam mogli doći,” rekla je stidljivo, očigledno se osjećajući neugodno. “Slušajte, meni treba bojler, nemam vremena čekati servis da dođe, što ćemo?”, upitao sam gospođu u Levexu (a i sebe). “A možete doć’ i kupit drugi,” stigao je odgovor. Rekli bi Englezi “jednom ugrižen, dva put se srami”. Trebala bi to biti normalna reakcija.
Moja svakako nije bila normalna. “Odlična ideja.” I, krenula je druga tura! Novi bojler, otpakiraj ga, spoji cijevi od vode… ne, čekaj, što je sad ovo? Cijevi od vode se nisu dale spojiti s bojlerom. Okretao sam, gurao, okretao, gurao…….I, opet se vratio u butigu s bojlerom u ruci. Dočekala me ista gospođa. “Nećete vjerovat, ali ni ovaj ne valja,” nisam bio baš sretan. Iz pokrajnjeg prolaza stigao je “stručnjak” koji je pokušao spojiti cijevi. “Bojim se da je ovo tvornička greška,” bio je njegov jedini zaključak.

Što sad? “Je li ja moram opet zvat u Zagreb?” upitao sam gospođu koja se bila dobro zacrvenila. Klimnula je glavom. I evo nas opet na početku. Bez bojlera, bojlerless, bojler free zona. Definicija kretena je ponavljati iste stvari i očekivati drugačije rezultate. Adio Gorenje! Rastajemo se u slatkoj tugi.
Nova butiga, nova marka i eto ga, vruće i hladne vode koliko hoćeš! Zvao sam i Zagreb i objasni gospođi u #nikadvisegorenju cijelu situaciju. “Oprostite, jeste li vi vratili dva bojlera?” upitala je iznenađena asistentica na telefonu. “Imao sam osjećaj da ako kupim treći da ću i njega morat vratit,” bio je moj mrtvo-hladan odgovor. Kojem sam dodao “Sretan Božić”! Loše, gore, najgore(nje)!

Loše, gore(nje), najgore! Postoji li u božićno vrijeme nešto neromantičnije i stresnije od otkazivanja kućnog aparata? Za koji nikako ne biste htjeli da vas “napusti” u trenutku užurbanih priprema za jedan od najvećih i najljepših blagdana? Pretpostavljam da bi svi manje-više rekli pećnica ili grijanje. S obzirom da cijene goriva na tržištu rastu brže nego ponude za Gvardiolu, uskoro bismo mogli ostati bez svega toga.

U posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci u našem je domu nekoliko kućanskih aparata objavilo kraj rada, kad je dosta, dosta je! Neki su eksplodirali, a neki implodirali. Bolje da ne objašnjavam. I što sad? Popravljati ili ne? Osobno sam skloniji popravljanju i davanju “druge prilike” kućanskom aparatu, međutim, mali bojler ispod sudopera je otišao zauvijek. Mrtav. Nažalost, njegov odlazak ostavio nas je ne samo bez tople, već i bez hladne vode, tako da je zamjena bila jedino, a prema mojoj pretpostavci i najjednostavnije rješenje. Sve do trenutka susreta sa slovenskom tvrtkom Gore(nje), oprostite, Gorenje. Ako je ikako moguće, uvijek kupujem lokalne proizvode.
Znam da Gorenje nije lokalna tvrtka, al’ recimo da je lokalnija od Hitachija. Izgledalo je da će zamjena aparata biti lak posao. Butiga u koju smo otišli, ime joj se rimuje s Mevex, imala je točno to što trebamo. Mali 5-litarski bojler za ispod sudopera, marke Gorenje, jer je i prošli bio ista marka, isti model.

Savršeno. Sa’ ćemo mi to na brzinu! Ma nema problema! Pretpostavljao sam da će cijeli posao trajati sat vremena: otpakiraš bojler, spojiš ga s vodom, otvoriš vodu (uvijek napunite bojler prije uključivanja u struju) i…..i……ček’, što sad? Voda je počela curit ko luda s dna bojlera. Stani! Zaustavljaj! Na brzinu sam zatvorio vodu, očistio lokvu koja se stvorila i prouzročila dodatni nered. “Uključio sam ga i on je počeo curiti,” počeo sam govoriti preko telefona gospođi u Revexu.
“Ajme, oprostite. Morate nazvati u Zagreb i dogovoriti se sa servisom kad bi vam mogli doći,” rekla je stidljivo, očigledno se osjećajući neugodno. “Slušajte, meni treba bojler, nemam vremena čekati servis da dođe, što ćemo?”, upitao sam gospođu u Levexu (a i sebe). “A možete doć’ i kupit drugi,” stigao je odgovor. Rekli bi Englezi “jednom ugrižen, dva put se srami”. Trebala bi to biti normalna reakcija.
Moja svakako nije bila normalna. “Odlična ideja.” I, krenula je druga tura! Novi bojler, otpakiraj ga, spoji cijevi od vode… ne, čekaj, što je sad ovo? Cijevi od vode se nisu dale spojiti s bojlerom. Okretao sam, gurao, okretao, gurao…….I, opet se vratio u butigu s bojlerom u ruci. Dočekala me ista gospođa. “Nećete vjerovat, ali ni ovaj ne valja,” nisam bio baš sretan. Iz pokrajnjeg prolaza stigao je “stručnjak” koji je pokušao spojiti cijevi. “Bojim se da je ovo tvornička greška,” bio je njegov jedini zaključak.

Što sad? “Je li ja moram opet zvat u Zagreb?” upitao sam gospođu koja se bila dobro zacrvenila. Klimnula je glavom. I evo nas opet na početku. Bez bojlera, bojlerless, bojler free zona. Definicija kretena je ponavljati iste stvari i očekivati drugačije rezultate. Adio Gorenje! Rastajemo se u slatkoj tugi.
Nova butiga, nova marka i eto ga, vruće i hladne vode koliko hoćeš! Zvao sam i Zagreb i objasni gospođi u #nikadvisegorenju cijelu situaciju. “Oprostite, jeste li vi vratili dva bojlera?” upitala je iznenađena asistentica na telefonu. “Imao sam osjećaj da ako kupim treći da ću i njega morat vratit,” bio je moj mrtvo-hladan odgovor. Kojem sam dodao “Sretan Božić”! Loše, gore, najgore(nje)!
U nadi da će vas zaobići budalaštine poput ove, svima želim sreće, zdravlja i mira! Sretan Božić i Nova godina!
