- Cesta od magistrale do Bosanke zaista je u sramotnom stanju. Nije potrebno naglašavati značaj te ceste ne samo za stanovnike Bosanke, nego i za turiste koji idu na Srđ. U našem programu cesta za Bosanku je navedena kao jedan od prioriteta kod rješavanja problema prometne infrastrukture. Bosanka zaslužuje cestu! – poručio je 2015. kandidat za gradonačelnika Mato Franković.

Sedam godina kasnije, gradonačelniku Frankoviću stiže odbijenica konzervatora za projekt proširenja ceste do Bosanke. A namjera je bila proširiti izuzetno opasni puteljak koji vodi na Srđ, koji skoro pa ne udovoljava ni sigurnosnim standardima pješačke staze, a kamoli dvosmjerne prometnice. No konzervatori drže da bi se iskopom i širenjem prometnice narušila vizura padina Srđa. Pa su stoga pozvali gradsku vlast da osmisli bolje rješenje koje će odobriti. A možda i neće. Dotad će se svi koji požele vidjeti četvrtu dimenziju Grada naguravati po ‘kozjoj stazi‘ (od iduće godine samo do Bosanke), a dubrovački ‘gorštaci‘ dobiti infarkt na samu pomisao da ujutro moraju na posao, u školu ili u spenzu te da se nakon toga moraju vratiti doma. Ne do im Bog zaboraviti takujin, mobitel ili očale!

No kakvo drugo rješenje u ovom slučaju postoji osim kopanja brda? Nagledao sam se svega i svačega, ali doista mi ništa drugo osim ‘pikamera‘ ne pada na pamet. I kakve nam koristi što smo cestu od Bosanke do tvrđave vratili u prostorni plan kad će pred njom biti rampa? A što drugo kad je od rampe do magistrale isti problem. To je zakon spojenih posuda. Kakve nam koristi što smo na dar dobili privatnu zemlju kako bismo prije četiri godine iskopali dio brda i barem malo proširili skretanje s magistrale i spasili pokoji život? Istina, pri tom smo nepovratno pokvarili vizuru padina Srđa.

A kad se netko poziva na vizure Srđa, prisjetim se guste borove šume koja je prekrivala južne obronke najvećeg dubrovačkog brda. I onda pogledam onu golet niz koju se zimi slijevaju rijeke, kotrljaju stijene, na kojoj više nema ni šake zemlje. Naravno, nitko nije pošao u Srđ i posjekao borove, prije dubove, osim starih Dubrovčana. Napravili su to požari, no bilo ih je i prije. Ali poslije svakog bi se pošumljavalo. Iako se to nazivalo radnom akcijom, akcijom ‘NNNI‘ i drugim pogrdnim imenima, Srđ bi se nakon svakog požara zazelenio. Pa mi nije jasno zašto konzervatori ne nalože pošumljavanje kako bi vratile izvorne vizure prelijepog Srđa u čijoj se gustoj šumi, gledajući sa vrha Lokruma, ne bi vidjela ni autocesta.

- Cesta od magistrale do Bosanke zaista je u sramotnom stanju. Nije potrebno naglašavati značaj te ceste ne samo za stanovnike Bosanke, nego i za turiste koji idu na Srđ. U našem programu cesta za Bosanku je navedena kao jedan od prioriteta kod rješavanja problema prometne infrastrukture. Bosanka zaslužuje cestu! – poručio je 2015. kandidat za gradonačelnika Mato Franković.

Sedam godina kasnije, gradonačelniku Frankoviću stiže odbijenica konzervatora za projekt proširenja ceste do Bosanke. A namjera je bila proširiti izuzetno opasni puteljak koji vodi na Srđ, koji skoro pa ne udovoljava ni sigurnosnim standardima pješačke staze, a kamoli dvosmjerne prometnice. No konzervatori drže da bi se iskopom i širenjem prometnice narušila vizura padina Srđa. Pa su stoga pozvali gradsku vlast da osmisli bolje rješenje koje će odobriti. A možda i neće. Dotad će se svi koji požele vidjeti četvrtu dimenziju Grada naguravati po ‘kozjoj stazi‘ (od iduće godine samo do Bosanke), a dubrovački ‘gorštaci‘ dobiti infarkt na samu pomisao da ujutro moraju na posao, u školu ili u spenzu te da se nakon toga moraju vratiti doma. Ne do im Bog zaboraviti takujin, mobitel ili očale!

No kakvo drugo rješenje u ovom slučaju postoji osim kopanja brda? Nagledao sam se svega i svačega, ali doista mi ništa drugo osim ‘pikamera‘ ne pada na pamet. I kakve nam koristi što smo cestu od Bosanke do tvrđave vratili u prostorni plan kad će pred njom biti rampa? A što drugo kad je od rampe do magistrale isti problem. To je zakon spojenih posuda. Kakve nam koristi što smo na dar dobili privatnu zemlju kako bismo prije četiri godine iskopali dio brda i barem malo proširili skretanje s magistrale i spasili pokoji život? Istina, pri tom smo nepovratno pokvarili vizuru padina Srđa.

A kad se netko poziva na vizure Srđa, prisjetim se guste borove šume koja je prekrivala južne obronke najvećeg dubrovačkog brda. I onda pogledam onu golet niz koju se zimi slijevaju rijeke, kotrljaju stijene, na kojoj više nema ni šake zemlje. Naravno, nitko nije pošao u Srđ i posjekao borove, prije dubove, osim starih Dubrovčana. Napravili su to požari, no bilo ih je i prije. Ali poslije svakog bi se pošumljavalo. Iako se to nazivalo radnom akcijom, akcijom ‘NNNI‘ i drugim pogrdnim imenima, Srđ bi se nakon svakog požara zazelenio. Pa mi nije jasno zašto konzervatori ne nalože pošumljavanje kako bi vratile izvorne vizure prelijepog Srđa u čijoj se gustoj šumi, gledajući sa vrha Lokruma, ne bi vidjela ni autocesta.

A da pošumimo Srđ? Onda se ni autoput uz njega ne bi vidio iz Grada

- Cesta od magistrale do Bosanke zaista je u sramotnom stanju. Nije potrebno naglašavati značaj te ceste ne samo za stanovnike Bosanke, nego i za turiste koji idu na Srđ. U našem programu cesta za Bosanku je navedena kao jedan od prioriteta kod rješavanja problema prometne infrastrukture. Bosanka zaslužuje cestu! – poručio je 2015. kandidat za gradonačelnika Mato Franković.

Sedam godina kasnije, gradonačelniku Frankoviću stiže odbijenica konzervatora za projekt proširenja ceste do Bosanke. A namjera je bila proširiti izuzetno opasni puteljak koji vodi na Srđ, koji skoro pa ne udovoljava ni sigurnosnim standardima pješačke staze, a kamoli dvosmjerne prometnice. No konzervatori drže da bi se iskopom i širenjem prometnice narušila vizura padina Srđa. Pa su stoga pozvali gradsku vlast da osmisli bolje rješenje koje će odobriti. A možda i neće. Dotad će se svi koji požele vidjeti četvrtu dimenziju Grada naguravati po ‘kozjoj stazi‘ (od iduće godine samo do Bosanke), a dubrovački ‘gorštaci‘ dobiti infarkt na samu pomisao da ujutro moraju na posao, u školu ili u spenzu te da se nakon toga moraju vratiti doma. Ne do im Bog zaboraviti takujin, mobitel ili očale!

No kakvo drugo rješenje u ovom slučaju postoji osim kopanja brda? Nagledao sam se svega i svačega, ali doista mi ništa drugo osim ‘pikamera‘ ne pada na pamet. I kakve nam koristi što smo cestu od Bosanke do tvrđave vratili u prostorni plan kad će pred njom biti rampa? A što drugo kad je od rampe do magistrale isti problem. To je zakon spojenih posuda. Kakve nam koristi što smo na dar dobili privatnu zemlju kako bismo prije četiri godine iskopali dio brda i barem malo proširili skretanje s magistrale i spasili pokoji život? Istina, pri tom smo nepovratno pokvarili vizuru padina Srđa.

A kad se netko poziva na vizure Srđa, prisjetim se guste borove šume koja je prekrivala južne obronke najvećeg dubrovačkog brda. I onda pogledam onu golet niz koju se zimi slijevaju rijeke, kotrljaju stijene, na kojoj više nema ni šake zemlje. Naravno, nitko nije pošao u Srđ i posjekao borove, prije dubove, osim starih Dubrovčana. Napravili su to požari, no bilo ih je i prije. Ali poslije svakog bi se pošumljavalo. Iako se to nazivalo radnom akcijom, akcijom ‘NNNI‘ i drugim pogrdnim imenima, Srđ bi se nakon svakog požara zazelenio. Pa mi nije jasno zašto konzervatori ne nalože pošumljavanje kako bi vratile izvorne vizure prelijepog Srđa u čijoj se gustoj šumi, gledajući sa vrha Lokruma, ne bi vidjela ni autocesta.
