Vidna nervoza koja se očitavala na licu srbijanskog vozača kamiona dok je pokušavao prijeći granični prijelaz Tovarnik te ući u Hrvatsku, bacila je samo dodatnu sumnju vukovarskim carinicima mobilne jedinice da temeljito pregledaju teret vozila. Među prijavljenom robom kruhom za tostiranje otkrili su preko jednu tonu duhanske melase te tako spriječili daljnje krijumčarenje u zemlje Europske unije, piše Jutarnji list.

- Temeljem analize raspoloživih informacija o vrsti prijavljene robe, vrsti postupka i načinu prijevoza, izvršen je pregled vozila i tereta uporabom RTG uređaja. Naime, kako je u predmetnom vozilu bila deklarirana roba za uvoz u Republiku Hrvatsku i to - tost kruh, pregledom je utvrđeno kako se u tovarnom prostoru - hladnjači, nalazi i roba koja izgledom odstupa od legalno prijavljene robe. Zbog same specifičnosti vrste robe koja se nalazila u hladnjači, analizom slike s RTG uređaja, ali i povezivanjem drugih indikatora (primjerice, vidno izraženog uznemirenog ponašanja vozača) koji su ukazivali kako se u predmetnom slučaju može raditi o određenim nepravilnostima, pristupilo se i detaljnom pregledu i pretrazi navedenog vozila i hladnjače te je u istom, unutar pakiranja prijavljene robe - tost kruha, skriveno, pronađeno i 107 kartonskih kutija ispunjenih duhanskom melasom za pušenje, ukupne neto težine 1026 kg - kažu iz Carinske uprave. 

Srbijanskom vozaču oduzeta je duhanska melasa za pušenje, a protiv njega je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog izbjegavanja carinskog nadzora.

A kako bi si osigurali naplatu trošarinskog duga od 117.117,90 eura, kamion i poluprikolica su oduzeti, dok je vozač završio u rukama djelatnika policije.

Vidna nervoza koja se očitavala na licu srbijanskog vozača kamiona dok je pokušavao prijeći granični prijelaz Tovarnik te ući u Hrvatsku, bacila je samo dodatnu sumnju vukovarskim carinicima mobilne jedinice da temeljito pregledaju teret vozila. Među prijavljenom robom kruhom za tostiranje otkrili su preko jednu tonu duhanske melase te tako spriječili daljnje krijumčarenje u zemlje Europske unije, piše Jutarnji list.

- Temeljem analize raspoloživih informacija o vrsti prijavljene robe, vrsti postupka i načinu prijevoza, izvršen je pregled vozila i tereta uporabom RTG uređaja. Naime, kako je u predmetnom vozilu bila deklarirana roba za uvoz u Republiku Hrvatsku i to - tost kruh, pregledom je utvrđeno kako se u tovarnom prostoru - hladnjači, nalazi i roba koja izgledom odstupa od legalno prijavljene robe. Zbog same specifičnosti vrste robe koja se nalazila u hladnjači, analizom slike s RTG uređaja, ali i povezivanjem drugih indikatora (primjerice, vidno izraženog uznemirenog ponašanja vozača) koji su ukazivali kako se u predmetnom slučaju može raditi o određenim nepravilnostima, pristupilo se i detaljnom pregledu i pretrazi navedenog vozila i hladnjače te je u istom, unutar pakiranja prijavljene robe - tost kruha, skriveno, pronađeno i 107 kartonskih kutija ispunjenih duhanskom melasom za pušenje, ukupne neto težine 1026 kg - kažu iz Carinske uprave. 

Srbijanskom vozaču oduzeta je duhanska melasa za pušenje, a protiv njega je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog izbjegavanja carinskog nadzora.

A kako bi si osigurali naplatu trošarinskog duga od 117.117,90 eura, kamion i poluprikolica su oduzeti, dok je vozač završio u rukama djelatnika policije.

Vozač iz Srbije vidno nervozan došao na granični prijelaz, vrlo brzo otkriveno je i zašto

Vidna nervoza koja se očitavala na licu srbijanskog vozača kamiona dok je pokušavao prijeći granični prijelaz Tovarnik te ući u Hrvatsku, bacila je samo dodatnu sumnju vukovarskim carinicima mobilne jedinice da temeljito pregledaju teret vozila. Među prijavljenom robom kruhom za tostiranje otkrili su preko jednu tonu duhanske melase te tako spriječili daljnje krijumčarenje u zemlje Europske unije, piše Jutarnji list.

- Temeljem analize raspoloživih informacija o vrsti prijavljene robe, vrsti postupka i načinu prijevoza, izvršen je pregled vozila i tereta uporabom RTG uređaja. Naime, kako je u predmetnom vozilu bila deklarirana roba za uvoz u Republiku Hrvatsku i to - tost kruh, pregledom je utvrđeno kako se u tovarnom prostoru - hladnjači, nalazi i roba koja izgledom odstupa od legalno prijavljene robe. Zbog same specifičnosti vrste robe koja se nalazila u hladnjači, analizom slike s RTG uređaja, ali i povezivanjem drugih indikatora (primjerice, vidno izraženog uznemirenog ponašanja vozača) koji su ukazivali kako se u predmetnom slučaju može raditi o određenim nepravilnostima, pristupilo se i detaljnom pregledu i pretrazi navedenog vozila i hladnjače te je u istom, unutar pakiranja prijavljene robe - tost kruha, skriveno, pronađeno i 107 kartonskih kutija ispunjenih duhanskom melasom za pušenje, ukupne neto težine 1026 kg - kažu iz Carinske uprave. 

Srbijanskom vozaču oduzeta je duhanska melasa za pušenje, a protiv njega je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava zbog izbjegavanja carinskog nadzora.

A kako bi si osigurali naplatu trošarinskog duga od 117.117,90 eura, kamion i poluprikolica su oduzeti, dok je vozač završio u rukama djelatnika policije.
