Portalu Gpmaljevac.com se javio šokirani vozač koji je kažnjen na Hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u njegov automobil kojeg je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer se tamo pokvario.

Naime, muškarac, hrvatski državljanin, bio je tijekom vikenda u Bosni i Hercegovini, na području USŽ, i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu.

‘Pukao mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu‘, navodi vozač te dodaje:

‘Kako bi se mogao vratiti, potražio sam majstora koji mi je popravio auto, dao račun koji je iznosio 1660 KM i nakon par dana krenuo sam preko graničnog prijelaza Hrvatska Kostajnica kući.

Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun od popravka vozila, kojeg nisam ni skrivao. Nisam ni znao da je veliki carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće “igranka” kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene autodijelove koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni na vozilo.‘ 

Kako se navodi u prekršajnom nalogu, kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu.

‘Dakle, kažnjen sam što po njihovom ispada da krijumčarim već postavljene autodijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima‘, požalio se vozač iz Hrvatske za portal Gpmaljevac.com, za koji je priložio i fotografije računa za popravak vozila zbog kojeg je našao u problemu, kao i računa za kaznu koju je morao platiti.

Napomenuo je i kako se planira žalitu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana.

Portalu Gpmaljevac.com se javio šokirani vozač koji je kažnjen na Hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u njegov automobil kojeg je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer se tamo pokvario.

Naime, muškarac, hrvatski državljanin, bio je tijekom vikenda u Bosni i Hercegovini, na području USŽ, i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu.

‘Pukao mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu‘, navodi vozač te dodaje:

‘Kako bi se mogao vratiti, potražio sam majstora koji mi je popravio auto, dao račun koji je iznosio 1660 KM i nakon par dana krenuo sam preko graničnog prijelaza Hrvatska Kostajnica kući.

Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun od popravka vozila, kojeg nisam ni skrivao. Nisam ni znao da je veliki carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće “igranka” kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene autodijelove koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni na vozilo.‘ 

Kako se navodi u prekršajnom nalogu, kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu.

‘Dakle, kažnjen sam što po njihovom ispada da krijumčarim već postavljene autodijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima‘, požalio se vozač iz Hrvatske za portal Gpmaljevac.com, za koji je priložio i fotografije računa za popravak vozila zbog kojeg je našao u problemu, kao i računa za kaznu koju je morao platiti.

Napomenuo je i kako se planira žalitu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana.

Vozač iz Hrvatske šokiran: U BiH mi se pokvarilo vozilo, majstor mi ga je popravio, a onda sam kažnjen s 480 eura!

Portalu Gpmaljevac.com se javio šokirani vozač koji je kažnjen na Hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u njegov automobil kojeg je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer se tamo pokvario.

Naime, muškarac, hrvatski državljanin, bio je tijekom vikenda u Bosni i Hercegovini, na području USŽ, i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu.

‘Pukao mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu‘, navodi vozač te dodaje:

‘Kako bi se mogao vratiti, potražio sam majstora koji mi je popravio auto, dao račun koji je iznosio 1660 KM i nakon par dana krenuo sam preko graničnog prijelaza Hrvatska Kostajnica kući.

Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun od popravka vozila, kojeg nisam ni skrivao. Nisam ni znao da je veliki carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće “igranka” kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene autodijelove koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni na vozilo.‘ 

Kako se navodi u prekršajnom nalogu, kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu.

‘Dakle, kažnjen sam što po njihovom ispada da krijumčarim već postavljene autodijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima‘, požalio se vozač iz Hrvatske za portal Gpmaljevac.com, za koji je priložio i fotografije računa za popravak vozila zbog kojeg je našao u problemu, kao i računa za kaznu koju je morao platiti.

Napomenuo je i kako se planira žalitu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana.
