Slobodna Dalmacija već je
pisala da je Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo donio preporuku za trgovce i proizvođače maski, u kojima se navodilo da maske moraju biti pamučne, dvoslojne. Međutim, u ljekarnama, trgovinama, drogerijama, uvjerili su se da je većina maski – jednoslojna. Jesu li na taj način proizvođači i trgovci htjeli uštedjeti? 'Slobodnoj' u svom očitovanju kažu da su napravili sve po zakonu.
Pa tako na maski jednog proizvođača iz kontinentalnog dijela Hrvatske stoji "jednoslojna platnena maska (pamuk 100 posto)...". Na drugoj maski, zelene boje, drugog proizvođača, također stoji "jednoslojna platnena maska...".
Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo kolege iz 'Slobodne' su 31. kolovoza poslali upit, kao i fotografije i deklaracije spornih maski, međutim do danas nisu dobili odgovor! Kako bi zbunjoza bila još veća, HZJZ je prije nekoliko dana (12. listopada) nadopunio "preporuke za korištenje maski za lice, medicinskih i zaštitnih maski". I u njima stoji ovo:
- Maske za lice su, u najširem smislu, maske koje se izrađuju od komercijalno dostupnih dvoslojnih pamučnih materijala gušćeg tkanja i nose se u svakodnevnom životu. Za optimalnu učinkovitost dvoslojnu pamučnu tekstilnu masku za lice, koja ima ulogu tekstilne barijere, treba pravilno nositi (tj. staviti je da čvrsto prianja na nos i usta te da cijelo vrijeme nošenja prekriva istodobno i nos i usta).
Upute za proizvođače: Na deklaraciji se mora navesti sirovinski sastav i upute za održavanje, a pri opisu ili reklamiranju maske voditi računa o tome da se ne stvori dojam da je riječ o medicinskom proizvodu ili zaštitnoj opremi. Preporučuje se izrada maski za lice od dvoslojnih pamučnih tekstila gušćeg tkanja. Mijenjati je ako je mokra i ne dirati je dok se nosi - navodi HZJZ.
A onda su novinari '
Slobodne' opet napravili đir po trgovinama, drogerijama, ljekarnama. I naravno, maske su i dalje - jednoslojne?! Na očitu zbunjozu su ih upozorili građani kojima se tvrdi da su najbolje dvoslojne maske, a trgovci im nude - jednoslojne.
Državni inspektorat pojašnjava kakve maske mogu i trebaju biti.
– Dana 30. travnja 2020. godine Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je odluku o dopunama Odluke o iznimnim mjerama kontrole cijena za određene proizvode ("Narodne novine" 53/20) u kojoj je dodana "maska za lice" kao nova kategorija proizvoda na koju se odnosi iznimna mjera kontrole cijena sukladno navedenoj odluci.
Istom odlukom ograničava se cijena "maski za lice", pri čemu se ona odnosi na najvišu maloprodajnu cijenu maski za lice od 12 kuna. Inspektorat je u suradnji s Hrvatskim zavodom za javno zdravstvo izradio prijedloge deklaracije i za jednoslojne i za dvoslojne pamučne maske koje su obuhvaćene ovom odlukom – kažu u Inspektoratu.
Dakle, proizvođači i trgovci ne krše propise. No, svakako je bolje, tvrdi to i HZJZ, nositi dvoslojne od jednoslojnih. Međutim, i dalje pritom nije jasno zašto u svojim preporukama HZJZ piše da se proizvođačima "preporučuje da izrada maski za lice bude od dvoslojnih pamučnih tekstila gušćeg tkanja", te se ne spominju jednoslojne maske koje prodaju trgovci.

Slobodna Dalmacija već je
pisala da je Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo donio preporuku za trgovce i proizvođače maski, u kojima se navodilo da maske moraju biti pamučne, dvoslojne. Međutim, u ljekarnama, trgovinama, drogerijama, uvjerili su se da je većina maski – jednoslojna. Jesu li na taj način proizvođači i trgovci htjeli uštedjeti? 'Slobodnoj' u svom očitovanju kažu da su napravili sve po zakonu.
Pa tako na maski jednog proizvođača iz kontinentalnog dijela Hrvatske stoji "jednoslojna platnena maska (pamuk 100 posto)...". Na drugoj maski, zelene boje, drugog proizvođača, također stoji "jednoslojna platnena maska...".
Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo kolege iz 'Slobodne' su 31. kolovoza poslali upit, kao i fotografije i deklaracije spornih maski, međutim do danas nisu dobili odgovor! Kako bi zbunjoza bila još veća, HZJZ je prije nekoliko dana (12. listopada) nadopunio "preporuke za korištenje maski za lice, medicinskih i zaštitnih maski". I u njima stoji ovo:
- Maske za lice su, u najširem smislu, maske koje se izrađuju od komercijalno dostupnih dvoslojnih pamučnih materijala gušćeg tkanja i nose se u svakodnevnom životu. Za optimalnu učinkovitost dvoslojnu pamučnu tekstilnu masku za lice, koja ima ulogu tekstilne barijere, treba pravilno nositi (tj. staviti je da čvrsto prianja na nos i usta te da cijelo vrijeme nošenja prekriva istodobno i nos i usta).
Upute za proizvođače: Na deklaraciji se mora navesti sirovinski sastav i upute za održavanje, a pri opisu ili reklamiranju maske voditi računa o tome da se ne stvori dojam da je riječ o medicinskom proizvodu ili zaštitnoj opremi. Preporučuje se izrada maski za lice od dvoslojnih pamučnih tekstila gušćeg tkanja. Mijenjati je ako je mokra i ne dirati je dok se nosi - navodi HZJZ.
A onda su novinari '
Slobodne' opet napravili đir po trgovinama, drogerijama, ljekarnama. I naravno, maske su i dalje - jednoslojne?! Na očitu zbunjozu su ih upozorili građani kojima se tvrdi da su najbolje dvoslojne maske, a trgovci im nude - jednoslojne.
Državni inspektorat pojašnjava kakve maske mogu i trebaju biti.
– Dana 30. travnja 2020. godine Vlada Republike Hrvatske donijela je odluku o dopunama Odluke o iznimnim mjerama kontrole cijena za određene proizvode ("Narodne novine" 53/20) u kojoj je dodana "maska za lice" kao nova kategorija proizvoda na koju se odnosi iznimna mjera kontrole cijena sukladno navedenoj odluci.
Istom odlukom ograničava se cijena "maski za lice", pri čemu se ona odnosi na najvišu maloprodajnu cijenu maski za lice od 12 kuna. Inspektorat je u suradnji s Hrvatskim zavodom za javno zdravstvo izradio prijedloge deklaracije i za jednoslojne i za dvoslojne pamučne maske koje su obuhvaćene ovom odlukom – kažu u Inspektoratu.
Dakle, proizvođači i trgovci ne krše propise. No, svakako je bolje, tvrdi to i HZJZ, nositi dvoslojne od jednoslojnih. Međutim, i dalje pritom nije jasno zašto u svojim preporukama HZJZ piše da se proizvođačima "preporučuje da izrada maski za lice bude od dvoslojnih pamučnih tekstila gušćeg tkanja", te se ne spominju jednoslojne maske koje prodaju trgovci.
