Ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Damir Habijan kazao je četvrtak da će ukidanje vodnog doprinosa rasteretiti poduzetnike parafiskalnih nameta, a građani mogu očekivati smanjenje računa za vodu u iznosu od 20 eura godišnje.

‘‘Kada govorimo o računima za vodu, prosječni mjesečni račun za kućanstvo iznosi 26 eura, a godišnji račun 319 eura. Sa ovim smanjenjem tarifa, naknada za korištenje voda i naknada za zaštitu vode, račun se smanjuje za 1,5 eura mjesečno i za 19 eura na godišnjoj razini‘‘, rekao je ministar Habijan u Hrvatskom saboru.

Izmjenama Zakona o financiranju vodnog gospodarstva ukida se vodni doprinos koji su do sada naplaćivale Hrvatske vode, a investitori u građevini će, prema procjenama, time uštedjeti oko 17 milijuna eura godišnje.

‘‘Uzmimo za primjer investitora koji želi investirati u građevinu za poslovne namjene u zoni A, to se odnosi na Grad Zagreb ili na more gdje su i najskuplje cijene. Ušteda za volumen od 1.500 metara kubnih ili 500 metara četvornih je 1.666 eura‘‘, kazao je ministar.

Habijan: Ukidanje vodnog doprinosa neće imati negativan utjecaj na gradnju objekata za obranu od poplave

Vodni doprinos jedan je od parafiskalnih nameta čije je ukidanje ili smanjenje predviđeno Akcijskim planom za smanjenje neporeznih i parafiskalnih davanja teških ukupno 136 milijuna eura.

‘‘Bilo kakav parafiskalni namet je trošak za investitore, ali ujedno i za građane, to je administrativna barijera u vidu vremena koje se mora potrošiti‘‘, istaknuo je Habijan.

Ministar gospodarstva napomenuo je da ukidanje vodnog doprinosa neće imati negativan utjecaj na gradnju objekata za obranu od poplava ili sustava za navodnjavanje jer će Hrvatske vode navedenu djelatnost financirati iz EU sredstava.

Također, gradovi i općine u Krapinsko- zagorskoj županiji neće ostati bez novčanih sredstva potrebnih za sanaciju klizišta, s obzirom na to da je osam posto prihoda od vodnog doprinosa išlo jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

‘‘Provedba Akcijskog plana koji donosi rasterećenje od 136 milijuna eura, je uvjet za isplatu iz NPOO-a od 826 milijuna eura. Od toga će oko 300 milijuna biti namijenjeno za područje vodnog gospodarstva, a samim time za sanaciju klizišta‘‘, istaknuo je ministar Habijan, nakon što je zastupnik Socijaldemokrata Željko Pavić upozorio da su troškovi sanacija porasli sa 100 na 200 tisuća eura.

Smanjene parafiskalnih nameta pozdravili su klubovi HDZ-a i SDP-a.

‘‘Ovaj prijedlog pridonijet će da hrvatsko društvo bude konkurentnije, da poduzetnici imaju bolje okuženje za rad, s manje nepotrebnih troškova i više benefita kako bi mogli unaprijediti svoje poslovanje‘‘, poručio je Žarko Tušek (HDZ).

Branko Grčić (SDP) smatra da samo smanjene parafiskalnih nameta neće biti dovoljno za nastavak rasta domaćeg gospodarstva jer će Hrvatska, dugoročno gledano, neće na raspolaganju imati toliko europskog novac koliko ga ima danas.

Međutim, međunarodna komponenta hrvatskog gospodarstva slabi, što je rezultat usporavanje hrvatske industrijske proizvodnje, a posljedica toga je dvoznamenkasti pad robnog izvoza‘‘, rekao je

Rast gospodarstva treba tražiti u ulaganju u nove tehnologije, zelenu ekonomiju i u zapošljavanju visokoobrazovane radne snage, dodao je SDP-ov zastupnik.

Ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Damir Habijan kazao je četvrtak da će ukidanje vodnog doprinosa rasteretiti poduzetnike parafiskalnih nameta, a građani mogu očekivati smanjenje računa za vodu u iznosu od 20 eura godišnje.

‘‘Kada govorimo o računima za vodu, prosječni mjesečni račun za kućanstvo iznosi 26 eura, a godišnji račun 319 eura. Sa ovim smanjenjem tarifa, naknada za korištenje voda i naknada za zaštitu vode, račun se smanjuje za 1,5 eura mjesečno i za 19 eura na godišnjoj razini‘‘, rekao je ministar Habijan u Hrvatskom saboru.

Izmjenama Zakona o financiranju vodnog gospodarstva ukida se vodni doprinos koji su do sada naplaćivale Hrvatske vode, a investitori u građevini će, prema procjenama, time uštedjeti oko 17 milijuna eura godišnje.

‘‘Uzmimo za primjer investitora koji želi investirati u građevinu za poslovne namjene u zoni A, to se odnosi na Grad Zagreb ili na more gdje su i najskuplje cijene. Ušteda za volumen od 1.500 metara kubnih ili 500 metara četvornih je 1.666 eura‘‘, kazao je ministar.

Habijan: Ukidanje vodnog doprinosa neće imati negativan utjecaj na gradnju objekata za obranu od poplave

Vodni doprinos jedan je od parafiskalnih nameta čije je ukidanje ili smanjenje predviđeno Akcijskim planom za smanjenje neporeznih i parafiskalnih davanja teških ukupno 136 milijuna eura.

‘‘Bilo kakav parafiskalni namet je trošak za investitore, ali ujedno i za građane, to je administrativna barijera u vidu vremena koje se mora potrošiti‘‘, istaknuo je Habijan.

Ministar gospodarstva napomenuo je da ukidanje vodnog doprinosa neće imati negativan utjecaj na gradnju objekata za obranu od poplava ili sustava za navodnjavanje jer će Hrvatske vode navedenu djelatnost financirati iz EU sredstava.

Također, gradovi i općine u Krapinsko- zagorskoj županiji neće ostati bez novčanih sredstva potrebnih za sanaciju klizišta, s obzirom na to da je osam posto prihoda od vodnog doprinosa išlo jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

‘‘Provedba Akcijskog plana koji donosi rasterećenje od 136 milijuna eura, je uvjet za isplatu iz NPOO-a od 826 milijuna eura. Od toga će oko 300 milijuna biti namijenjeno za područje vodnog gospodarstva, a samim time za sanaciju klizišta‘‘, istaknuo je ministar Habijan, nakon što je zastupnik Socijaldemokrata Željko Pavić upozorio da su troškovi sanacija porasli sa 100 na 200 tisuća eura.

Smanjene parafiskalnih nameta pozdravili su klubovi HDZ-a i SDP-a.

‘‘Ovaj prijedlog pridonijet će da hrvatsko društvo bude konkurentnije, da poduzetnici imaju bolje okuženje za rad, s manje nepotrebnih troškova i više benefita kako bi mogli unaprijediti svoje poslovanje‘‘, poručio je Žarko Tušek (HDZ).

Branko Grčić (SDP) smatra da samo smanjene parafiskalnih nameta neće biti dovoljno za nastavak rasta domaćeg gospodarstva jer će Hrvatska, dugoročno gledano, neće na raspolaganju imati toliko europskog novac koliko ga ima danas.

"Iz recentnih analiza vidi se da je rast primarno baziran na pumpanju domaće potrošnje, prije svega kroz osobno potrošnju. Međutim, međunarodna komponenta hrvatskog gospodarstva slabi, što je rezultat usporavanje hrvatske industrijske proizvodnje, a posljedica toga je dvoznamenkasti pad robnog izvoza‘‘, rekao je

Rast gospodarstva treba tražiti u ulaganju u nove tehnologije, zelenu ekonomiju i u zapošljavanju visokoobrazovane radne snage, dodao je SDP-ov zastupnik.

Ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Damir Habijan kazao je četvrtak da će ukidanje vodnog doprinosa rasteretiti poduzetnike parafiskalnih nameta, a građani mogu očekivati smanjenje računa za vodu u iznosu od 20 eura godišnje.
