Broj izdanih dozvola za gradnju stanova u Njemačkoj potonuo je u prvih osam mjeseci ove godine za 28 posto, izvijestio je u srijedu statistički ured, ukazujući na više troškove gradnje i lošije uvjete financiranja.
To znači da se gradi 175.500 novih stanova, za 69.100 manje nego u istom prošlogodišnjem razdoblju, izračunao je Destatis.
Samo u kolovozu izdane su dozvole za gradnju 19.300 stanova, za 31,6 posto manje nego u istom prošlogodišnjem mjesecu.
Nagli pad vjerojatno su izazvali u prvom redu viši troškovi gradnje i sve lošiji uvjeti financiranja, nagađaju statističari.
Njemačka vlada zacrtala je gradnju 400 tisuća stanova godišnje.
Podaci "pokazuju da stanogradnji prijeti urušavanje", rekao je predsjednik Njemačke udruge za nekretnine Andreas Mattner. "Politika mora prijeći s riječi na djela. Još danas", naglasio je Mattner.
Sektor nekretnina godinama je bio temelj njemačkog gospodarstva, s petinom udjela u BDP-u i desetnom udjela u broju zaposlenih. Potaknuti niskim kamatnim stopama, ulagači su usmjeravali milijarde u imovinu koju su smatrali stabilnom i sigurnom.
Ulaganja su u međuvremenu presahnula zbog naglog rasta kamatnih stopa pa su kompanije za razvoj nekretnina potonule u insolventnost u okruženju zamrzavanja poslova i pada cijena. Broj zaposlenih u građevinarstvu počeo je padati prvi puta u gotovo deset godina.
Građevinari planiraju vladi do kraja mjeseca predložiti novi paket mjera koje bi trebale ublažiti najveću krizu u sektoru nekretnina u generaciji, izvijestio je Reuters prošli tjedan.
Kancelar Olaf Scholz sastao se u rujnu s čelnicima u sektoru nekretnina i regionalnim dužnosnicima. Neki sudionici sastanka rekli su tada Reutersu da su najavljene mjere potpore korak u pravom smjeru, ali su u cjelini gledano nedovoljne.

Broj izdanih dozvola za gradnju stanova u Njemačkoj potonuo je u prvih osam mjeseci ove godine za 28 posto, izvijestio je u srijedu statistički ured, ukazujući na više troškove gradnje i lošije uvjete financiranja.
To znači da se gradi 175.500 novih stanova, za 69.100 manje nego u istom prošlogodišnjem razdoblju, izračunao je Destatis.
Samo u kolovozu izdane su dozvole za gradnju 19.300 stanova, za 31,6 posto manje nego u istom prošlogodišnjem mjesecu.
Nagli pad vjerojatno su izazvali u prvom redu viši troškovi gradnje i sve lošiji uvjeti financiranja, nagađaju statističari.
Njemačka vlada zacrtala je gradnju 400 tisuća stanova godišnje.
Podaci "pokazuju da stanogradnji prijeti urušavanje", rekao je predsjednik Njemačke udruge za nekretnine Andreas Mattner. "Politika mora prijeći s riječi na djela. Još danas", naglasio je Mattner.
Sektor nekretnina godinama je bio temelj njemačkog gospodarstva, s petinom udjela u BDP-u i desetnom udjela u broju zaposlenih. Potaknuti niskim kamatnim stopama, ulagači su usmjeravali milijarde u imovinu koju su smatrali stabilnom i sigurnom.
Ulaganja su u međuvremenu presahnula zbog naglog rasta kamatnih stopa pa su kompanije za razvoj nekretnina potonule u insolventnost u okruženju zamrzavanja poslova i pada cijena. Broj zaposlenih u građevinarstvu počeo je padati prvi puta u gotovo deset godina.
Građevinari planiraju vladi do kraja mjeseca predložiti novi paket mjera koje bi trebale ublažiti najveću krizu u sektoru nekretnina u generaciji, izvijestio je Reuters prošli tjedan.
Kancelar Olaf Scholz sastao se u rujnu s čelnicima u sektoru nekretnina i regionalnim dužnosnicima. Neki sudionici sastanka rekli su tada Reutersu da su najavljene mjere potpore korak u pravom smjeru, ali su u cjelini gledano nedovoljne.
