Slobodna Dalmacija objavila je priču o jednom od 36.643 građanina koji su od 13. do 20. studenog u nekoj od 170 poslovnica Fine uplatili 969.746.231 euro za državne trezorske zapise.

Njihov sugovornik je Splićanin, ekonomske struke. S članovima svoje obitelji uplatilo je ukupno 100.000 eura.

- Prije nekoliko dana nazvao me je otac nakon što je bio na piću s prijateljem koji je bivši profesor na Ekonomskom fakultetu. On mu je rekao da su trezorske obveznice dobra stvar, da je bolje uložiti u njih nego da novac stoji na računu i da ga gricka inflacija - kazao je sugovornik, te objasnio zašto je takvo ulaganje izabrao umjesto npr. kupnje nekretnine.

- Ovo je kratkoročno ulaganje na godinu dana, za koje razdoblje ćemo na 100.000 eura dobiti 3750 eura kamate. Procijenili smo da su cijene nekretnina trenutačno prenapuhane, a ovaj novac nam i služi da ga uložimo u nekretnine, ali čekamo da se tržište nekretnina korigira. Dok se to ne dogodi, ulaganjem u trezorske zapise čuvamo novac od inflacije.

Ministarstvo financija jamči kamatnu stopu od 3,75 posto, a naš sugovornik dodaje:

- Inflacija je trenutno veća od 3,75 posto. Ako se tako nastavi, onda će naš novac, unatoč ovom ulaganju, izgubiti na vrijednosti, ali manje nego da samo stoji na banci.

Zbog kupnje trezorskih zapisa u poslovnicama Fine do utorka je vladala gužva. U splitskoj poslovnici Fine tome je kumovalo što su tamo privremeno prebačeni i upravni poslovi Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, odnosno izdavanje osobnih iskaznica, vozačkih dozvola, putovnica...

- Otac je prvi došao u Finu u četvrtak u 11 sati i stao u jedan od tri reda. Stao je u onaj manji i kad smo mu se pridružili, relativno brzo smo došli na red, no onda se pokazalo da smo u krivom redu. Tada smo stali u jedan od dva "prava", gdje je u svakom bilo 20 ljudi, među kojima dosta osoba starije životne dobi, umirovljenika. Nakon sat vremena smo došli do šaltera.

Tamo su, nastavlja, dali osobne iskaznice i IBAN na koji će država za godinu dana vratiti novac.

- Dobiješ uplatnicu za uplatu, a oni koji su dolazili s gotovinom, za iznose veće od 30.000 eura trebali su donijeti i dokaz o porijeklu novca - nastavlja naš sugovornik.

Jedan od razloga zašto se odlučio na takvo ulaganje je što država garantira povrat novca; jedini je rizik da, napominje, država bankrotira, a procijenio je da se u sljedećih 12 mjeseci to neće dogoditi.

- U današnje vrijeme čovjek se mora zaštititi od inflacije. Ulaganja u nekretnine i zlato su super, ali će za dvije godine biti bolji trenutak za to. Centralne banke bore se protiv inflacije dizanjem kamatnih stopa i cijelo ekonomsko okruženje uvjetuje da su kamate koje država plaća na svoje dugove značajno povišene. Državi treba novac da podmiri svoje dugove, a razlog zbog kojih se država zadužila kod građana, a ne na tržištu kapitala, jest što im je to jeftinije.

Slobodna Dalmacija objavila je priču o jednom od 36.643 građanina koji su od 13. do 20. studenog u nekoj od 170 poslovnica Fine uplatili 969.746.231 euro za državne trezorske zapise.

Njihov sugovornik je Splićanin, ekonomske struke. S članovima svoje obitelji uplatilo je ukupno 100.000 eura.

- Prije nekoliko dana nazvao me je otac nakon što je bio na piću s prijateljem koji je bivši profesor na Ekonomskom fakultetu. On mu je rekao da su trezorske obveznice dobra stvar, da je bolje uložiti u njih nego da novac stoji na računu i da ga gricka inflacija - kazao je sugovornik, te objasnio zašto je takvo ulaganje izabrao umjesto npr. kupnje nekretnine.

- Ovo je kratkoročno ulaganje na godinu dana, za koje razdoblje ćemo na 100.000 eura dobiti 3750 eura kamate. Procijenili smo da su cijene nekretnina trenutačno prenapuhane, a ovaj novac nam i služi da ga uložimo u nekretnine, ali čekamo da se tržište nekretnina korigira. Dok se to ne dogodi, ulaganjem u trezorske zapise čuvamo novac od inflacije.

Ministarstvo financija jamči kamatnu stopu od 3,75 posto, a naš sugovornik dodaje:

- Inflacija je trenutno veća od 3,75 posto. Ako se tako nastavi, onda će naš novac, unatoč ovom ulaganju, izgubiti na vrijednosti, ali manje nego da samo stoji na banci.

Zbog kupnje trezorskih zapisa u poslovnicama Fine do utorka je vladala gužva. U splitskoj poslovnici Fine tome je kumovalo što su tamo privremeno prebačeni i upravni poslovi Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, odnosno izdavanje osobnih iskaznica, vozačkih dozvola, putovnica...

- Otac je prvi došao u Finu u četvrtak u 11 sati i stao u jedan od tri reda. Stao je u onaj manji i kad smo mu se pridružili, relativno brzo smo došli na red, no onda se pokazalo da smo u krivom redu. Tada smo stali u jedan od dva "prava", gdje je u svakom bilo 20 ljudi, među kojima dosta osoba starije životne dobi, umirovljenika. Nakon sat vremena smo došli do šaltera.

Tamo su, nastavlja, dali osobne iskaznice i IBAN na koji će država za godinu dana vratiti novac.

- Dobiješ uplatnicu za uplatu, a oni koji su dolazili s gotovinom, za iznose veće od 30.000 eura trebali su donijeti i dokaz o porijeklu novca - nastavlja naš sugovornik.

Jedan od razloga zašto se odlučio na takvo ulaganje je što država garantira povrat novca; jedini je rizik da, napominje, država bankrotira, a procijenio je da se u sljedećih 12 mjeseci to neće dogoditi.

- U današnje vrijeme čovjek se mora zaštititi od inflacije. Ulaganja u nekretnine i zlato su super, ali će za dvije godine biti bolji trenutak za to. Centralne banke bore se protiv inflacije dizanjem kamatnih stopa i cijelo ekonomsko okruženje uvjetuje da su kamate koje država plaća na svoje dugove značajno povišene. Državi treba novac da podmiri svoje dugove, a razlog zbog kojih se država zadužila kod građana, a ne na tržištu kapitala, jest što im je to jeftinije.
