Jedna za drugom padaju covid mjere i restrikcije pa i ona da svi koji to mogu rade od kuće. Covid-19 pao je u drugi plan, no ne i rad od kuće, jer se radnici širom svijeta nerado vraćaju u urede, piše u ponedjeljak Večernji list.
Tako je i kod nas, a u sindikalnim krugovima kažu da su najviše otpora povratku u urede pokazali zaposleni u telekomima. Suočene s otporima pa i otkazima, tvrtke su počele pozivati ljude da barem jedan ili dva dana u tjednu odrade u uredu kako bi prijelaz na “staro normalno" bio postupniji.
Kod nas još nije zabilježen veći broj oglasa za poslove od kuće, no američke agencije za zapošljavanje kažu da je svaki peti oglas za posao u SAD-u upravo takav. Interes za radna mjesta od kuće tri puta je veći od interesa za klasične poslove u uredima, institucijama ili trgovinama.
Procjena je američkih stručnjaka da će do kraja ove godine svaki četvrti oglas za zapošljavanje biti namijenjen radu na daljinu. Jedno istraživanje Instituta Becker Friedman na Sveučilištu Chicago pokazalo je da šefovi priželjkuju povratak radnika na posao otprilike dvostruko jače nego što bi sami radnici to željeli, a 42 posto radnika odgovorilo je da bi ili dali otkaz ili počeli tražiti novi posao kad bi se morali vratiti u ured s punim radnim vremenom, prenosi HINA.
Ideja o punom povratu je mrtva, rekao je Nicholas Bloom, profesor ekonomije na Sveučilištu Stanford, koji se bavi upravljanjem ljudskim resursima.
Eurostat tvrdi da se u EU udio zaposlenih koji su radili od kuće popeo na 12 posto, s tim da je u pojedinim regijama taj udio dosezao i do gotovo 40 posto. Njemački Handelsblatt anketirao je 50 najvećih njemačkih kompanija te tvrdi da se većina njih i dalje oslanja na kućne urede gdje god je to moguće.
Sociolog Dragan Bagić kaže da je još prije godinu i pol predvidio da će doći do “normalizacije" rada na daljinu.
Ljudi koji su se navikli raditi od kuće pronalaze niz prednosti takvog rada: ne gube vrijeme na prijevoz, komotniji su u organizaciji posla, mogu se brinuti o djeci, manje su podložni šikaniranjima nadređenih. Sociolog Bagić pribojava se nekog oblika društvenog autizma ako se identitet pojedinca ne bude gradio u snažnoj interakciji s okruženjem, pišu novinarke Večernjeg lista Radmila Kovačević i Ljubica Gatarić.

Jedna za drugom padaju covid mjere i restrikcije pa i ona da svi koji to mogu rade od kuće. Covid-19 pao je u drugi plan, no ne i rad od kuće, jer se radnici širom svijeta nerado vraćaju u urede, piše u ponedjeljak Večernji list.
Tako je i kod nas, a u sindikalnim krugovima kažu da su najviše otpora povratku u urede pokazali zaposleni u telekomima. Suočene s otporima pa i otkazima, tvrtke su počele pozivati ljude da barem jedan ili dva dana u tjednu odrade u uredu kako bi prijelaz na “staro normalno" bio postupniji.
Kod nas još nije zabilježen veći broj oglasa za poslove od kuće, no američke agencije za zapošljavanje kažu da je svaki peti oglas za posao u SAD-u upravo takav. Interes za radna mjesta od kuće tri puta je veći od interesa za klasične poslove u uredima, institucijama ili trgovinama.
Procjena je američkih stručnjaka da će do kraja ove godine svaki četvrti oglas za zapošljavanje biti namijenjen radu na daljinu. Jedno istraživanje Instituta Becker Friedman na Sveučilištu Chicago pokazalo je da šefovi priželjkuju povratak radnika na posao otprilike dvostruko jače nego što bi sami radnici to željeli, a 42 posto radnika odgovorilo je da bi ili dali otkaz ili počeli tražiti novi posao kad bi se morali vratiti u ured s punim radnim vremenom, prenosi HINA.
Ideja o punom povratu je mrtva, rekao je Nicholas Bloom, profesor ekonomije na Sveučilištu Stanford, koji se bavi upravljanjem ljudskim resursima.
Eurostat tvrdi da se u EU udio zaposlenih koji su radili od kuće popeo na 12 posto, s tim da je u pojedinim regijama taj udio dosezao i do gotovo 40 posto. Njemački Handelsblatt anketirao je 50 najvećih njemačkih kompanija te tvrdi da se većina njih i dalje oslanja na kućne urede gdje god je to moguće.
Sociolog Dragan Bagić kaže da je još prije godinu i pol predvidio da će doći do “normalizacije" rada na daljinu.
Ljudi koji su se navikli raditi od kuće pronalaze niz prednosti takvog rada: ne gube vrijeme na prijevoz, komotniji su u organizaciji posla, mogu se brinuti o djeci, manje su podložni šikaniranjima nadređenih. Sociolog Bagić pribojava se nekog oblika društvenog autizma ako se identitet pojedinca ne bude gradio u snažnoj interakciji s okruženjem, pišu novinarke Večernjeg lista Radmila Kovačević i Ljubica Gatarić.
