Dužnosnica UN-a je ustvrdila da Rusija koristi silovanje kao svoju "vojnu strategiju" u Ukrajini tj. opskrbljuje vojnike drogom za seksualno zlostavljanje civila, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Kada čujete da žene svjedoče o ruskim vojnicima opremljenim Viagrom, to je očito vojna strategija", rekla je za AFP Pramila Patten, posebna UN-ova predstavnica za seksualno nasilje u sukobima.

Patten je dodala da je UN potvrdio "više od stotinu slučajeva" silovanja ili seksualnog napada od početka invazije u veljači. Žrtve su većinom bile djevojčice i žene, ali silovani su i dječaci i muškarci.

U rujnu je čelnik Neovisne međunarodne istražne komisije za Ukrajinu napisao da su ruske snage počinile ratne zločine protiv civila, uključujući silovanje, mučenje i nezakonito zatvaranje.

Čelnica komisije istaknula je da je broj žrtava seksualnog i rodno uvjetovanog nasilja u rasponu od četiri do 82, a u nekim su slučajevima članovi obitelji bili prisiljeni gledati ta djela, piše NY Post.

"Prijavljeni slučajevi samo su vrh ledenog brijega", rekla je Patten za AFP, ali je dodao da je teško održavati točnu statistiku tijekom aktivnog nasilnog sukoba. “Brojke nikada neće odražavati stvarnost, jer je seksualno nasilje tihi zločin.”

Rusija je odbacila optužbe za ratne zločine.

Dužnosnica UN-a je ustvrdila da Rusija koristi silovanje kao svoju "vojnu strategiju" u Ukrajini tj. opskrbljuje vojnike drogom za seksualno zlostavljanje civila, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Kada čujete da žene svjedoče o ruskim vojnicima opremljenim Viagrom, to je očito vojna strategija", rekla je za AFP Pramila Patten, posebna UN-ova predstavnica za seksualno nasilje u sukobima.

Patten je dodala da je UN potvrdio "više od stotinu slučajeva" silovanja ili seksualnog napada od početka invazije u veljači. Žrtve su većinom bile djevojčice i žene, ali silovani su i dječaci i muškarci.

U rujnu je čelnik Neovisne međunarodne istražne komisije za Ukrajinu napisao da su ruske snage počinile ratne zločine protiv civila, uključujući silovanje, mučenje i nezakonito zatvaranje.

Čelnica komisije istaknula je da je broj žrtava seksualnog i rodno uvjetovanog nasilja u rasponu od četiri do 82, a u nekim su slučajevima članovi obitelji bili prisiljeni gledati ta djela, piše NY Post.

"Prijavljeni slučajevi samo su vrh ledenog brijega", rekla je Patten za AFP, ali je dodao da je teško održavati točnu statistiku tijekom aktivnog nasilnog sukoba. “Brojke nikada neće odražavati stvarnost, jer je seksualno nasilje tihi zločin.”

Rusija je odbacila optužbe za ratne zločine.

Dužnosnica UN-a je ustvrdila da Rusija koristi silovanje kao svoju "vojnu strategiju" u Ukrajini tj. opskrbljuje vojnike drogom za seksualno zlostavljanje civila, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Kada čujete da žene svjedoče o ruskim vojnicima opremljenim Viagrom, to je očito vojna strategija", rekla je za AFP Pramila Patten, posebna UN-ova predstavnica za seksualno nasilje u sukobima.

Patten je dodala da je UN potvrdio "više od stotinu slučajeva" silovanja ili seksualnog napada od početka invazije u veljači. Žrtve su većinom bile djevojčice i žene, ali silovani su i dječaci i muškarci.

U rujnu je čelnik Neovisne međunarodne istražne komisije za Ukrajinu napisao da su ruske snage počinile ratne zločine protiv civila, uključujući silovanje, mučenje i nezakonito zatvaranje.

Čelnica komisije istaknula je da je broj žrtava seksualnog i rodno uvjetovanog nasilja u rasponu od četiri do 82, a u nekim su slučajevima članovi obitelji bili prisiljeni gledati ta djela, piše NY Post.

"Prijavljeni slučajevi samo su vrh ledenog brijega", rekla je Patten za AFP, ali je dodao da je teško održavati točnu statistiku tijekom aktivnog nasilnog sukoba. “Brojke nikada neće odražavati stvarnost, jer je seksualno nasilje tihi zločin.”

Rusija je odbacila optužbe za ratne zločine.
