Vodeće afričke države: Egipat, Južnoafrička Republika, Komorski otoci, Senegal, Uganda, Republika Kongo i Zambija iznijele su mirovni plan o razrješenju rata u Ukrajini.

Agencija Reuters objavila je neke dijelove afričkog prijedloga koji u Moskvi, s obzirom na trud koji ulažu u plasiranje "svoje priče" o Ukrajini na tom kontinentu, neće biti dobro primljen. Ističu se četiri bitna prijedloga - naime, Afrikanci predlažu "povlačenje ruskih trupa" s područja Ukrajine (nije jasno obuhvaća li to i Krim, s obzirom na to da te zemlje nisu priznale aneksiju ukrajinskog poluotoka još 2014. godine), a druga točka je da Rusija povuče nuklearno oružja s teritorija Bjelorusije. Podsjetimo da je to razmještanje i skladištenje nuklearnog naoružanja na području Bjelorusije počelo ovih dana, piše Jutarnji list.

U zamjenu za to, Rusiji se ide u susret tako da se traži "ublažavanje gospodarskih sankcija koje joj je Zapad uveo te kao četvrta točka tog plana, traži se suspenzija tjeralice Međunarodnog kaznenog suda u Haagu koja je podignuta protiv ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina. Posebno na tome inzistira JAR, koji je krajem kolovoza domaćin summita zemalja BRICS-a, a poštuju odluke Međunarodnog kaznenog suda (ICC), te bi morali privesti Putina.

Osim toga, posebna točka u planu je inzistiranje na "bezuvjetnom ispunjenju dogovora o žitu i gnojivima", s obzirom na to da većina afričkih država ovisi o uvozu žitarica upravo iz Ukrajine te se ove godina nagađalo da bi se neke države, poput Egipta, Etiopije ili Sudana, mogle suočiti s velikim nestašicama kruha, zbog blokade ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka. No, afrički plan predviđa i brojne zasebne pregovore, poput Rusije s EU, zatim s NATO-om i posebno sa SAD-om.

Osim toga, predsjednik JAR-a Cyril Ramaphosa uputio se nakon posjeta Poljskoj s tim mirovnim prijedlogom u Kijev k ukrajinskom predsjedniku Volodimiru Zelenskom, a potom, nakon tog susreta, idu u Sankt Peterburg k ruskom šefu Vladimiru Putinu, koji tamo organizira "ruski Davos".

Moskovski list RBK javlja da se Putin već čuo s Ramaphosom, ali i to da je kineski šef države Xi Jinping "podržao afrički prijedlog, ali navodi i riječi prvog Putinova diplomata Sergeja Lavrova da je Rusija sprema razmotriti svaki mirovni plan, ali "za razliku od Pekinga, još ništa nisu dobili napismeno". Neki ruski mediji prenijeli su afrički prijedlog, ali ističu, poput prorežimskog Moskovskog komsomolca, da predlagatelji mirovnog plana ne navodi gdje se to točno trebaju povlačiti ruske trupe", premda je jasno upozoreno s "ukrajinskog teritorija", iako je dio ukrajinskog teritorija na kojem se trenutačno vode žestoke borbe, nedavno anektirala Rusija pa se očekuje da će i Vladimir Putin govoriti o tome.

Podsjetimo, od početka agresije na Ukrajinu Rusija je poduzela nekoliko jakih diplomatskih ofenziva u Africi kako bi pridobila tamošnje lidere te ih nagovorila da se ne priključe sankcijama protiv Rusije i ne "drže stranu Zapada u sukobu".

Vodeće afričke države: Egipat, Južnoafrička Republika, Komorski otoci, Senegal, Uganda, Republika Kongo i Zambija iznijele su mirovni plan o razrješenju rata u Ukrajini.

Agencija Reuters objavila je neke dijelove afričkog prijedloga koji u Moskvi, s obzirom na trud koji ulažu u plasiranje "svoje priče" o Ukrajini na tom kontinentu, neće biti dobro primljen. Ističu se četiri bitna prijedloga - naime, Afrikanci predlažu "povlačenje ruskih trupa" s područja Ukrajine (nije jasno obuhvaća li to i Krim, s obzirom na to da te zemlje nisu priznale aneksiju ukrajinskog poluotoka još 2014. godine), a druga točka je da Rusija povuče nuklearno oružja s teritorija Bjelorusije. Podsjetimo da je to razmještanje i skladištenje nuklearnog naoružanja na području Bjelorusije počelo ovih dana, piše Jutarnji list.

U zamjenu za to, Rusiji se ide u susret tako da se traži "ublažavanje gospodarskih sankcija koje joj je Zapad uveo te kao četvrta točka tog plana, traži se suspenzija tjeralice Međunarodnog kaznenog suda u Haagu koja je podignuta protiv ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina. Posebno na tome inzistira JAR, koji je krajem kolovoza domaćin summita zemalja BRICS-a, a poštuju odluke Međunarodnog kaznenog suda (ICC), te bi morali privesti Putina.

Osim toga, posebna točka u planu je inzistiranje na "bezuvjetnom ispunjenju dogovora o žitu i gnojivima", s obzirom na to da većina afričkih država ovisi o uvozu žitarica upravo iz Ukrajine te se ove godina nagađalo da bi se neke države, poput Egipta, Etiopije ili Sudana, mogle suočiti s velikim nestašicama kruha, zbog blokade ukrajinskih crnomorskih luka. No, afrički plan predviđa i brojne zasebne pregovore, poput Rusije s EU, zatim s NATO-om i posebno sa SAD-om.

Osim toga, predsjednik JAR-a Cyril Ramaphosa uputio se nakon posjeta Poljskoj s tim mirovnim prijedlogom u Kijev k ukrajinskom predsjedniku Volodimiru Zelenskom, a potom, nakon tog susreta, idu u Sankt Peterburg k ruskom šefu Vladimiru Putinu, koji tamo organizira "ruski Davos".

Moskovski list RBK javlja da se Putin već čuo s Ramaphosom, ali i to da je kineski šef države Xi Jinping "podržao afrički prijedlog, ali navodi i riječi prvog Putinova diplomata Sergeja Lavrova da je Rusija sprema razmotriti svaki mirovni plan, ali "za razliku od Pekinga, još ništa nisu dobili napismeno". Neki ruski mediji prenijeli su afrički prijedlog, ali ističu, poput prorežimskog Moskovskog komsomolca, da predlagatelji mirovnog plana ne navodi gdje se to točno trebaju povlačiti ruske trupe", premda je jasno upozoreno s "ukrajinskog teritorija", iako je dio ukrajinskog teritorija na kojem se trenutačno vode žestoke borbe, nedavno anektirala Rusija pa se očekuje da će i Vladimir Putin govoriti o tome.

Podsjetimo, od početka agresije na Ukrajinu Rusija je poduzela nekoliko jakih diplomatskih ofenziva u Africi kako bi pridobila tamošnje lidere te ih nagovorila da se ne priključe sankcijama protiv Rusije i ne "drže stranu Zapada u sukobu".

Vodeće afričke države: Egipat, Južnoafrička Republika, Komorski otoci, Senegal, Uganda, Republika Kongo i Zambija iznijele su mirovni plan o razrješenju rata u Ukrajini.

Agencija Reuters objavila je neke dijelove afričkog prijedloga koji u Moskvi, s obzirom na trud koji ulažu u plasiranje "svoje priče" o Ukrajini na tom kontinentu, neće biti dobro primljen. Ističu se četiri bitna prijedloga - naime, Afrikanci predlažu "povlačenje ruskih trupa" s područja Ukrajine (nije jasno obuhvaća li to i Krim, s obzirom na to da te zemlje nisu priznale aneksiju ukrajinskog poluotoka još 2014. godine), a druga točka je da Rusija povuče nuklearno oružja s teritorija Bjelorusije. Podsjetimo da je to razmještanje i skladištenje nuklearnog naoružanja na području Bjelorusije počelo ovih dana, piše Jutarnji list.

U zamjenu za to, Rusiji se ide u susret tako da se traži "ublažavanje gospodarskih sankcija koje joj je Zapad uveo te kao četvrta točka tog plana, traži se suspenzija tjeralice Međunarodnog kaznenog suda u Haagu koja je podignuta protiv ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina. Posebno na tome inzistira JAR, koji je krajem kolovoza domaćin summita zemalja BRICS-a, a poštuju odluke Međunarodnog kaznenog suda (ICC), te bi morali privesti Putina.
