Ovaj put svjedočila je Anita Burić, koja je za vrijeme Vlahušićevog mandata bila pročelnica Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti i mjesnu samoupravu Grada Dubrovnika, a sad vodi UO za proračun i financije. 

Burić je odgovarala na pitanja tužiteljstva o naplati komunalne naknade i spomeničke rente za tvrđavu Revelin.

- Koliko znam, prvi put je komunalna naknada i spomenička renta za Revelin naplaćena 2011. godine. Ne znam koliki se dio tvrđave tada koristio, ali znam da je naš ured radio sukladno ugovorima”, prenosi Hina Burićkin iskaz.

USKOK je optužnicu podnio 30. prosinca 2015. te prvookrivljenog Andra Vlahušića osumnjičio kako je od svibnja 2010. do prosinca 2014. godine, u Dubrovniku, na traženje drugookrivljenog vlasnika ugostiteljskog obrta Lukše Frankovića u tvrđavi Revelin, poduzeo niz radnji kojima je na štetu Grada Dubrovnika drugookrivljeniku pribavio znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 3.070.849,40 kuna.

Frankovića se sumnjičilo i da je prikazao dvostruko manji broj prodanih ulaznica za klub i proračun RH oštetio za 242.331,48 kuna.

Nakon brojnih odgoda, tek 26. lipnja 2017. , sudsko vijeće napokon je potvrdilo optužnicu protiv Andra Vlahušića i Lukše Frankovića. Ročište je zakazano tek u svibnju 2018.

Odgode pripremnog ročišta su trajale sve do 4. veljače 2020., kad je sudac koji je preuzeo slučaj Dinko Mešin, napokon održao pripremno ročište.

Suđenje je započelo 3. srpnja 2020., a oba optuženika zanijekala su krivicu.

U sudskom procesu koji će nesumnjivo potrajati tužitelji će ispitati pedesetak svjedoka.

Županijskom sudu jučer je nastavljeno suđenje bivšem dubrovačkom gradonačelniku Andru Vlahušiću i poduzetniku Lukši Frankoviću u aferi Revelin, javila je Hina.

Ovaj put svjedočila je Anita Burić, koja je za vrijeme Vlahušićevog mandata bila pročelnica Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti i mjesnu samoupravu Grada Dubrovnika, a sad vodi UO za proračun i financije. 

Burić je odgovarala na pitanja tužiteljstva o naplati komunalne naknade i spomeničke rente za tvrđavu Revelin.

- Koliko znam, prvi put je komunalna naknada i spomenička renta za Revelin naplaćena 2011. godine. Ne znam koliki se dio tvrđave tada koristio, ali znam da je naš ured radio sukladno ugovorima”, prenosi Hina Burićkin iskaz.

USKOK je optužnicu podnio 30. prosinca 2015. te prvookrivljenog Andra Vlahušića osumnjičio kako je od svibnja 2010. do prosinca 2014. godine, u Dubrovniku, na traženje drugookrivljenog vlasnika ugostiteljskog obrta Lukše Frankovića u tvrđavi Revelin, poduzeo niz radnji kojima je na štetu Grada Dubrovnika drugookrivljeniku pribavio znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 3.070.849,40 kuna.

Frankovića se sumnjičilo i da je prikazao dvostruko manji broj prodanih ulaznica za klub i proračun RH oštetio za 242.331,48 kuna.

Nakon brojnih odgoda, tek 26. lipnja 2017. , sudsko vijeće napokon je potvrdilo optužnicu protiv Andra Vlahušića i Lukše Frankovića. Ročište je zakazano tek u svibnju 2018.

Odgode pripremnog ročišta su trajale sve do 4. veljače 2020., kad je sudac koji je preuzeo slučaj Dinko Mešin, napokon održao pripremno ročište.

Suđenje je započelo 3. srpnja 2020., a oba optuženika zanijekala su krivicu.

U sudskom procesu koji će nesumnjivo potrajati tužitelji će ispitati pedesetak svjedoka.

NOVA EPIZODA AFERE REVELIN Na suđenju bivšem gradonačelniku Vlahušiću i ugostitelju Frankoviću svjedočila pročelnica Anita Burić

Na splitskom Županijskom sudu jučer je nastavljeno suđenje bivšem dubrovačkom gradonačelniku Andru Vlahušiću i poduzetniku Lukši Frankoviću u aferi Revelin, javila je Hina.

Ovaj put svjedočila je Anita Burić, koja je za vrijeme Vlahušićevog mandata bila pročelnica Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti i mjesnu samoupravu Grada Dubrovnika, a sad vodi UO za proračun i financije. 

Burić je odgovarala na pitanja tužiteljstva o naplati komunalne naknade i spomeničke rente za tvrđavu Revelin.

- Koliko znam, prvi put je komunalna naknada i spomenička renta za Revelin naplaćena 2011. godine. Ne znam koliki se dio tvrđave tada koristio, ali znam da je naš ured radio sukladno ugovorima”, prenosi Hina Burićkin iskaz.

USKOK je optužnicu podnio 30. prosinca 2015. te prvookrivljenog Andra Vlahušića osumnjičio kako je od svibnja 2010. do prosinca 2014. godine, u Dubrovniku, na traženje drugookrivljenog vlasnika ugostiteljskog obrta Lukše Frankovića u tvrđavi Revelin, poduzeo niz radnji kojima je na štetu Grada Dubrovnika drugookrivljeniku pribavio znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist od 3.070.849,40 kuna.

Frankovića se sumnjičilo i da je prikazao dvostruko manji broj prodanih ulaznica za klub i proračun RH oštetio za 242.331,48 kuna.

Nakon brojnih odgoda, tek 26. lipnja 2017. , sudsko vijeće napokon je potvrdilo optužnicu protiv Andra Vlahušića i Lukše Frankovića. Ročište je zakazano tek u svibnju 2018.

Odgode pripremnog ročišta su trajale sve do 4. veljače 2020., kad je sudac koji je preuzeo slučaj Dinko Mešin, napokon održao pripremno ročište.

Suđenje je započelo 3. srpnja 2020., a oba optuženika zanijekala su krivicu.

U sudskom procesu koji će nesumnjivo potrajati tužitelji će ispitati pedesetak svjedoka.
