Jedan od koraka zaštite od parodontoze i redovno čišćenje zubnih naslaga sa svih zuba minimalno dva puta godišnje odnosno skidanje kamenca. Na to kao osiguranici HZZO-a imamo pravo dva puta godišnje kod svog odabranog doktora dentalne medicine. Velik broj pacijenta ne zna za ovo svoje pravo te ga ne koristi, donosi portalzdravlje.hr.

S druge strane jedna osječka doktorica dentalne medicine tvrdi da stvar nije u tome da oni ovu uslugu ne žele raditi već u činjenici da ona nije neophodna svakom pacijentu. "Točno je da parodontolozi traže čišćenje kamenca prije svoje usluge, ali nama se događa da odradimo ovu uslugu na njihov zahtjev i onda pacijent nakon našeg čišćenja na njihovoj listi čeka par mjeseci za termin te kada dođe na red opet ima kamenac. S druge strane vi imate pacijente koji uopće nisu skloni kamencu i kojima nemate što uklanjati. Točno je da svatko ima pravo na ovu uslugu dva puta godišnje, ali bilo bi kontraproduktivno da ju ponudimo nekome kome ona uopće nije dobrodošla i tko već ima tanke zube bez kamenca", komentirala je naša sugovornica.

Recimo kako prema Pravilniku o dentalnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti iz obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz 2013. pacijent ima pravo na čišćenje kamenca do dva puta godišnje, koliko se i preporučuje.

Ipak većina pacijenata uvjerena je kako je riječ o estetskoj usluzi iako čišćenje zubnog kamenca ima prvenstveno zdravstveni, a tek onda i estetski učinak. Doktori dentalne medicine napominju kako kamenac i plak mogu dovesti do vrlo ozbiljnih bolesti desni kao što su gingivitis i paradontoza, kako pacijenti najčešće nazivaju parodontitis. Stoga ne čudi da je njegovo čišćenje nešto na čemu inzistiraju parodontolozi. Kamenac mijenja i boju zuba, izaziva karijes, a može dovesti i do gubitka zuba. Također se naglašava i kako podložnost stvaranja zubnog kamenca ovisi od osobe do osobe, sukladno tome i njegovo uklanjanje. Kod pacijenata koji pate od parodontnih bolesti postupak treba ponavljati i nekoliko puta godišnje. Stoga je bitno naglasiti da uz HZZO zdravstveno osiguranje imate pravo zatražiti uslugu čišćenja kamenca, a na doktoru je da procjeni hoće li vam, u skladu sa stanjem vaših zubi, ova usluga donijeti zdravstvene benefite.

Recimo i koje su to još usluge na koje osiguranici imaju pravo po pitanju dentalne zdravstvene zaštite na trošak obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja. Usluge koje pokriva HZZO za sve osobe iznad 18 godina su:

- vađenje zuba

- liječenje paradentoze

- djelomične i totalne zubne proteze

- čišćenje kamenca do 2 puta godišnje

- trošak kompozitnih (bijelih) ispuna za jedinicu, dvojku i trojku u gornjoj i donjoj čeljusti, za popravak ostalih zuba na amalgamske ispune.

Pacijent ima pravo i na RTG snimke zuba, za ortopan, zubne proteze, vađenje zuba i slično. Pacijenti mlađi od 18 godina uz sve ove usluge imaju još pravo i na zubni aparatić te bijele ispune za sve zube, donosi portalzdravlje.hr.

Detaljne upute za roditelje

Uputnica je ekvivalent novcu. To nekako zaboravljamo. Nema besplatnih usluga, sve mi to plaćamo kroz doprinose zdravstvu.

Djeca do 18 godine imaju pravo na ortodontsku terapiju, ali samo ako imaju jedan od 14 simptoma prema pravilniku. Među te ortodontske anomalije spadaju, primjerice pregriz, distopija, otvoreni zagriz... Ovdje ne govorimo o estetici, samo o medicinskim indkacijama. Naime, zbog razvoja i rasta kod djece dolazi do promjena, pa svako godinu dana imaju pravo na pregled.

Jedan od koraka zaštite od parodontoze i redovno čišćenje zubnih naslaga sa svih zuba minimalno dva puta godišnje odnosno skidanje kamenca. Na to kao osiguranici HZZO-a imamo pravo dva puta godišnje kod svog odabranog doktora dentalne medicine. Velik broj pacijenta ne zna za ovo svoje pravo te ga ne koristi, donosi portalzdravlje.hr.

S druge strane jedna osječka doktorica dentalne medicine tvrdi da stvar nije u tome da oni ovu uslugu ne žele raditi već u činjenici da ona nije neophodna svakom pacijentu. "Točno je da parodontolozi traže čišćenje kamenca prije svoje usluge, ali nama se događa da odradimo ovu uslugu na njihov zahtjev i onda pacijent nakon našeg čišćenja na njihovoj listi čeka par mjeseci za termin te kada dođe na red opet ima kamenac. S druge strane vi imate pacijente koji uopće nisu skloni kamencu i kojima nemate što uklanjati. Točno je da svatko ima pravo na ovu uslugu dva puta godišnje, ali bilo bi kontraproduktivno da ju ponudimo nekome kome ona uopće nije dobrodošla i tko već ima tanke zube bez kamenca", komentirala je naša sugovornica.

Recimo kako prema Pravilniku o dentalnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti iz obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz 2013. pacijent ima pravo na čišćenje kamenca do dva puta godišnje, koliko se i preporučuje.

Ipak većina pacijenata uvjerena je kako je riječ o estetskoj usluzi iako čišćenje zubnog kamenca ima prvenstveno zdravstveni, a tek onda i estetski učinak. Doktori dentalne medicine napominju kako kamenac i plak mogu dovesti do vrlo ozbiljnih bolesti desni kao što su gingivitis i paradontoza, kako pacijenti najčešće nazivaju parodontitis. Stoga ne čudi da je njegovo čišćenje nešto na čemu inzistiraju parodontolozi. Kamenac mijenja i boju zuba, izaziva karijes, a može dovesti i do gubitka zuba. Također se naglašava i kako podložnost stvaranja zubnog kamenca ovisi od osobe do osobe, sukladno tome i njegovo uklanjanje. Kod pacijenata koji pate od parodontnih bolesti postupak treba ponavljati i nekoliko puta godišnje. Stoga je bitno naglasiti da uz HZZO zdravstveno osiguranje imate pravo zatražiti uslugu čišćenja kamenca, a na doktoru je da procjeni hoće li vam, u skladu sa stanjem vaših zubi, ova usluga donijeti zdravstvene benefite.

Recimo i koje su to još usluge na koje osiguranici imaju pravo po pitanju dentalne zdravstvene zaštite na trošak obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja. Usluge koje pokriva HZZO za sve osobe iznad 18 godina su:

- vađenje zuba

- liječenje paradentoze

- djelomične i totalne zubne proteze

- čišćenje kamenca do 2 puta godišnje

- trošak kompozitnih (bijelih) ispuna za jedinicu, dvojku i trojku u gornjoj i donjoj čeljusti, za popravak ostalih zuba na amalgamske ispune.

Pacijent ima pravo i na RTG snimke zuba, za ortopan, zubne proteze, vađenje zuba i slično. Pacijenti mlađi od 18 godina uz sve ove usluge imaju još pravo i na zubni aparatić te bijele ispune za sve zube, donosi portalzdravlje.hr.

Detaljne upute za roditelje

Uputnica je ekvivalent novcu. To nekako zaboravljamo. Nema besplatnih usluga, sve mi to plaćamo kroz doprinose zdravstvu.

Djeca do 18 godine imaju pravo na ortodontsku terapiju, ali samo ako imaju jedan od 14 simptoma prema pravilniku. Među te ortodontske anomalije spadaju, primjerice pregriz, distopija, otvoreni zagriz... Ovdje ne govorimo o estetici, samo o medicinskim indkacijama. Naime, zbog razvoja i rasta kod djece dolazi do promjena, pa svako godinu dana imaju pravo na pregled.

Jedan od koraka zaštite od parodontoze i redovno čišćenje zubnih naslaga sa svih zuba minimalno dva puta godišnje odnosno skidanje kamenca. Na to kao osiguranici HZZO-a imamo pravo dva puta godišnje kod svog odabranog doktora dentalne medicine. Velik broj pacijenta ne zna za ovo svoje pravo te ga ne koristi, donosi portalzdravlje.hr.

S druge strane jedna osječka doktorica dentalne medicine tvrdi da stvar nije u tome da oni ovu uslugu ne žele raditi već u činjenici da ona nije neophodna svakom pacijentu. "Točno je da parodontolozi traže čišćenje kamenca prije svoje usluge, ali nama se događa da odradimo ovu uslugu na njihov zahtjev i onda pacijent nakon našeg čišćenja na njihovoj listi čeka par mjeseci za termin te kada dođe na red opet ima kamenac. S druge strane vi imate pacijente koji uopće nisu skloni kamencu i kojima nemate što uklanjati. Točno je da svatko ima pravo na ovu uslugu dva puta godišnje, ali bilo bi kontraproduktivno da ju ponudimo nekome kome ona uopće nije dobrodošla i tko već ima tanke zube bez kamenca", komentirala je naša sugovornica.

Recimo kako prema Pravilniku o dentalnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti iz obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja iz 2013. pacijent ima pravo na čišćenje kamenca do dva puta godišnje, koliko se i preporučuje.

Ipak većina pacijenata uvjerena je kako je riječ o estetskoj usluzi iako čišćenje zubnog kamenca ima prvenstveno zdravstveni, a tek onda i estetski učinak. Doktori dentalne medicine napominju kako kamenac i plak mogu dovesti do vrlo ozbiljnih bolesti desni kao što su gingivitis i paradontoza, kako pacijenti najčešće nazivaju parodontitis. Stoga ne čudi da je njegovo čišćenje nešto na čemu inzistiraju parodontolozi. Kamenac mijenja i boju zuba, izaziva karijes, a može dovesti i do gubitka zuba. Također se naglašava i kako podložnost stvaranja zubnog kamenca ovisi od osobe do osobe, sukladno tome i njegovo uklanjanje. Kod pacijenata koji pate od parodontnih bolesti postupak treba ponavljati i nekoliko puta godišnje. Stoga je bitno naglasiti da uz HZZO zdravstveno osiguranje imate pravo zatražiti uslugu čišćenja kamenca, a na doktoru je da procjeni hoće li vam, u skladu sa stanjem vaših zubi, ova usluga donijeti zdravstvene benefite.
