Hripavac je bolest koja pogađa mlađu populaciju, a tko se sve može zaraziti hripavcem otkrio je u HRT-ovoj emisiji ‘Dobro jutro, Hrvatska‘. Ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", prof. prim. dr. sc. Branko Kolarić, prenosi Jutarnji list.
- Oboljeti mogu svi, ali najviše obolijevaju mlađi i najviše je zaraženih među školarcima, sedmi i osmi razred. Najviše je ova bolest opasna za novorođenčad, koja nije cijepljena, rekao je ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", prof. prim. dr. sc. Branko Kolarić.
Nakon cijepljenja, zaštita od bolesti ne traje vječno.

- U prvoj godini se 95 posto djece cijepi, a u petoj godini docjepljivanje je 88 posto. Da bismo imali zaštitu kod djece, 96 posto ih mora biti cijepljeno, a ospice su druga najzaraznija bolest. Cjepivo ne pruža cjeloživotni imunitet. Nakon docjepljivanja zaštita traje 10 godina, ali se mogu zaraziti i cijepljena djeca, kazao je Kolarić u emisiji "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska".
Kako prepoznati da ste zaraženi hripavcem?
Otkrio je i zašto je zaraza najčešća kod djece.
- Djeca žive u grupama i u bliskom su kontaktu i zato se brzo zaraze. Imamo 530 prijavljenih slučajeva, ali je zaraženih puno više, a stariji se zaraze u manjem broju, kaže Kolarić.
Hripavac rijetko prelazi u neki drugi, teži oblik bolesti.

- Kada krenemo sa sezonom grijanja, normalno je za ovo doba godine da ima hripavca i COVID-a. Karakteristično za hripavac je da napadaji kašlja stvaraju osjećaj nedostatka zraka i na kraju kašlja bude uzdah. Rijetko kad hripavac prelazi u upalu pluća, pojasnio je Kolarić.
Najavio je i brzo testiranje iz automobila.
- Od sutra otvaramo drive-in HZJZ-a i sljedeći dan se odmah dobije nalaz. Svake godine imamo slučaj hripavca. Sada nam je tri godine od pandemije i postali smo osjetljiviji i dodatno nam je pala cijepljenost zbog nepovjerenja, istaknuo je Kolarić.
- Od 1100 zaraženih nema nikoga u bolnicama, nema ozbiljno bolesnih i nema teške kliničke slike te ga liječimo antibioticima, a oni koji imaju dojenčad trebaju biti pažljiviji, zaključio je Kolarić za HRT, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Hripavac je bolest koja pogađa mlađu populaciju, a tko se sve može zaraziti hripavcem otkrio je u HRT-ovoj emisiji ‘Dobro jutro, Hrvatska‘. Ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", prof. prim. dr. sc. Branko Kolarić, prenosi Jutarnji list.
- Oboljeti mogu svi, ali najviše obolijevaju mlađi i najviše je zaraženih među školarcima, sedmi i osmi razred. Najviše je ova bolest opasna za novorođenčad, koja nije cijepljena, rekao je ravnatelj Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", prof. prim. dr. sc. Branko Kolarić.
Nakon cijepljenja, zaštita od bolesti ne traje vječno.

- U prvoj godini se 95 posto djece cijepi, a u petoj godini docjepljivanje je 88 posto. Da bismo imali zaštitu kod djece, 96 posto ih mora biti cijepljeno, a ospice su druga najzaraznija bolest. Cjepivo ne pruža cjeloživotni imunitet. Nakon docjepljivanja zaštita traje 10 godina, ali se mogu zaraziti i cijepljena djeca, kazao je Kolarić u emisiji "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska".
Kako prepoznati da ste zaraženi hripavcem?
Otkrio je i zašto je zaraza najčešća kod djece.
- Djeca žive u grupama i u bliskom su kontaktu i zato se brzo zaraze. Imamo 530 prijavljenih slučajeva, ali je zaraženih puno više, a stariji se zaraze u manjem broju, kaže Kolarić.
Hripavac rijetko prelazi u neki drugi, teži oblik bolesti.

- Kada krenemo sa sezonom grijanja, normalno je za ovo doba godine da ima hripavca i COVID-a. Karakteristično za hripavac je da napadaji kašlja stvaraju osjećaj nedostatka zraka i na kraju kašlja bude uzdah. Rijetko kad hripavac prelazi u upalu pluća, pojasnio je Kolarić.
Najavio je i brzo testiranje iz automobila.
- Od sutra otvaramo drive-in HZJZ-a i sljedeći dan se odmah dobije nalaz. Svake godine imamo slučaj hripavca. Sada nam je tri godine od pandemije i postali smo osjetljiviji i dodatno nam je pala cijepljenost zbog nepovjerenja, istaknuo je Kolarić.
- Od 1100 zaraženih nema nikoga u bolnicama, nema ozbiljno bolesnih i nema teške kliničke slike te ga liječimo antibioticima, a oni koji imaju dojenčad trebaju biti pažljiviji, zaključio je Kolarić za HRT, prenosi Jutarnji list.
