Irac Adrian Keogh (37), invalid u kolicima, radovao se kratkom putovanju Ryanairom: "Planirao sam putovanje u Švedsku kako bih vidio svoju kćer Erin za njezin 14. rođendan. Priredili smo joj zabavu i željeli provesti vrijeme zajedno", rekao je za BILD.

No, komplikacije su se već pojavile u zračnoj luci Gothenburg-Landvetter: "Po dolasku rečeno mi je da će trebati najmanje sat vremena prije nego što imaju dizalo na raspolaganju da mi pomogne izaći iz aviona", piše Adrian koji je objavu postavio na Instagramu kako bi ukazao na komplikacije prilikom putovanja u invalidskim kolicima.

Nastaje problem: Adrian mora ići na zahod nakon leta, te mu sat vremena čekanja nije bila prihvatljiva opcija. Tada je kabinsko osoblje navodno reklo Keoghu da može ispuzati iz aviona ako ne želi čekati.

Nije prvi put da je Adrian bio prisiljen ispuzati iz aviona: "Prije tri godine nešto slično dogodilo mi se s British Airwaysom. I tamo sam imao problema s izlaskom iz aviona", prisjeća se Keogh.

Zbog objave Adriana na Instagramu, sada su se oglasili i odgovorni iz zračne luke Landvetter. "Žalimo zbog vašeg iskustva. Zbog nekih kašnjenja, više aviona je sletjelo otprilike u isto vrijeme kada i vaš let. Bilo je više slučajeva u kojima smo trebali pomoći putnicima te smo to rješavali po redu", stoji u komentaru ispod Keoghove objave na društvenim mrežama.

BILD je također pitao zrakoplovnu tvrtku. "Pomoć u invalidskim kolicima u zračnoj luci Landvetter upravlja treća strana - a ne Ryanair. Žao nam je što zračna luka Landvetter nije pružila posebnu pomoć ovom putniku po dolasku u Landvetter 29. travnja i surađujemo sa zračnom lukom Landvetter kako bismo osigurali da se to ne ponovi", rekao je Ryanair u odgovoru.

Prije osam godina Keogh je doživio nesreću na radu na gradilištu: "Bio sam zarobljen u odvodu, od tada imam ozljedu leđne moždine i koristim invalidska kolica."

Irac Adrian Keogh (37), invalid u kolicima, radovao se kratkom putovanju Ryanairom: "Planirao sam putovanje u Švedsku kako bih vidio svoju kćer Erin za njezin 14. rođendan. Priredili smo joj zabavu i željeli provesti vrijeme zajedno", rekao je za BILD.

No, komplikacije su se već pojavile u zračnoj luci Gothenburg-Landvetter: "Po dolasku rečeno mi je da će trebati najmanje sat vremena prije nego što imaju dizalo na raspolaganju da mi pomogne izaći iz aviona", piše Adrian koji je objavu postavio na Instagramu kako bi ukazao na komplikacije prilikom putovanja u invalidskim kolicima.

Nastaje problem: Adrian mora ići na zahod nakon leta, te mu sat vremena čekanja nije bila prihvatljiva opcija. Tada je kabinsko osoblje navodno reklo Keoghu da može ispuzati iz aviona ako ne želi čekati.

Nije prvi put da je Adrian bio prisiljen ispuzati iz aviona: "Prije tri godine nešto slično dogodilo mi se s British Airwaysom. I tamo sam imao problema s izlaskom iz aviona", prisjeća se Keogh.

Zbog objave Adriana na Instagramu, sada su se oglasili i odgovorni iz zračne luke Landvetter. "Žalimo zbog vašeg iskustva. Zbog nekih kašnjenja, više aviona je sletjelo otprilike u isto vrijeme kada i vaš let. Bilo je više slučajeva u kojima smo trebali pomoći putnicima te smo to rješavali po redu", stoji u komentaru ispod Keoghove objave na društvenim mrežama.

BILD je također pitao zrakoplovnu tvrtku. "Pomoć u invalidskim kolicima u zračnoj luci Landvetter upravlja treća strana - a ne Ryanair. Žao nam je što zračna luka Landvetter nije pružila posebnu pomoć ovom putniku po dolasku u Landvetter 29. travnja i surađujemo sa zračnom lukom Landvetter kako bismo osigurali da se to ne ponovi", rekao je Ryanair u odgovoru.

Prije osam godina Keogh je doživio nesreću na radu na gradilištu: "Bio sam zarobljen u odvodu, od tada imam ozljedu leđne moždine i koristim invalidska kolica."

Irac Adrian Keogh (37), invalid u kolicima, radovao se kratkom putovanju Ryanairom: "Planirao sam putovanje u Švedsku kako bih vidio svoju kćer Erin za njezin 14. rođendan. Priredili smo joj zabavu i željeli provesti vrijeme zajedno", rekao je za BILD.

No, komplikacije su se već pojavile u zračnoj luci Gothenburg-Landvetter: "Po dolasku rečeno mi je da će trebati najmanje sat vremena prije nego što imaju dizalo na raspolaganju da mi pomogne izaći iz aviona", piše Adrian koji je objavu postavio na Instagramu kako bi ukazao na komplikacije prilikom putovanja u invalidskim kolicima.

Nastaje problem: Adrian mora ići na zahod nakon leta, te mu sat vremena čekanja nije bila prihvatljiva opcija. Tada je kabinsko osoblje navodno reklo Keoghu da može ispuzati iz aviona ako ne želi čekati.

Nije prvi put da je Adrian bio prisiljen ispuzati iz aviona: "Prije tri godine nešto slično dogodilo mi se s British Airwaysom. I tamo sam imao problema s izlaskom iz aviona", prisjeća se Keogh.

Zbog objave Adriana na Instagramu, sada su se oglasili i odgovorni iz zračne luke Landvetter. "Žalimo zbog vašeg iskustva. Zbog nekih kašnjenja, više aviona je sletjelo otprilike u isto vrijeme kada i vaš let. Bilo je više slučajeva u kojima smo trebali pomoći putnicima te smo to rješavali po redu", stoji u komentaru ispod Keoghove objave na društvenim mrežama.

BILD je također pitao zrakoplovnu tvrtku. "Pomoć u invalidskim kolicima u zračnoj luci Landvetter upravlja treća strana - a ne Ryanair. Žao nam je što zračna luka Landvetter nije pružila posebnu pomoć ovom putniku po dolasku u Landvetter 29. travnja i surađujemo sa zračnom lukom Landvetter kako bismo osigurali da se to ne ponovi", rekao je Ryanair u odgovoru.

Prije osam godina Keogh je doživio nesreću na radu na gradilištu: "Bio sam zarobljen u odvodu, od tada imam ozljedu leđne moždine i koristim invalidska kolica."
