Nakon četiri mjeseca istrage, zagrebačko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv hrvatsko-australskog jet-seta para, Luke Grge Mataka (31) i njegove supruge Adriane Matak (36), blogerice i influencerice, zbog pet prevara "teških" više od 350.000 eura.

Općinsko kazneno državno odvjetništvo Matakove tereti da su od listopada 2018. do rujna 2023. godine, zajedno i dogovorno, u nakani protupravnog stjecanja znatne imovinske koristi obmanuli petero oštećenika, piše Jutarnji list.

Neistinito su im, tvrdi tužiteljstvo, predočavali pružanje usluga investiranja na tržištu kapitala za račun oštećenika, iako su okrivljenici bili svjesni dvije stvari: 31-godišnji investicijski savjetnik Matak nema registriranu djelatnost posredovanja i pružanja investicijskih usluga niti je takve usluge stvarno mislio pružiti.

- Nakon što su im oštećenici povjerovali i s prvookrivljenikom sklopili ugovore o pružanju konzultantskih usluga, oštećenici su mu uplatili novac, odnosno ukupni iznos od oko 350.000,00 eura. Okrivljenici su neistinito uvjeravali oštećenike da je novac investiran, predočavali neistinite izvještaje da ostvaruju dobit te navodili različita opravdanja zbog kojih ne mogu vratiti novčana sredstva, iako novac nisu uložili na tržište kapitala, već su ga zadržali u zajedničku korist - navodi tužiteljstvo koje je u optužnici pristigloj na Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu za oboje zatražilo produljenje istražnog zatvora zbog ponavljanja djela, ali i opasnosti od bijega jer oboje imaju i australsko državljanstvo te adrese na tri kontinenta - u Australiji, Londonu i Dubaiju.

No postavlja se pitanje gdje je novac od tobožnjih ulaganja? Iako su supružnici živjeli na visokoj nozi, izdašno trošili na putovanja, odjeću te izlaske i vrlo vješto održavali imidž dobrostojećeg mladog para, teško da su do zadnjeg centa sve mogli potrošiti.

Na ispitivanju u tužiteljstvu Matakovi su porekli krivnju te kratko rekli da nitko nije prevaren, nego će novac njihovim klijentima biti isplaćen. Čak su dali naslutiti i da je na neki brokerski račun već prebačeno 600.000 eura kojima će namiriti sve koji se smatraju prevarenima. No oštećeni u te priče, koje su slušali mjesecima i godinama, i dalje ne vjeruju.

Idući na potezu je Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu koji će odlučivati o osnovanosti optužnice protiv Matakovih.

Ako je vijeće potvrdi, uskoro ćemo Matakove gledati na optuženičkoj klupi.

Nakon četiri mjeseca istrage, zagrebačko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv hrvatsko-australskog jet-seta para, Luke Grge Mataka (31) i njegove supruge Adriane Matak (36), blogerice i influencerice, zbog pet prevara "teških" više od 350.000 eura.

Općinsko kazneno državno odvjetništvo Matakove tereti da su od listopada 2018. do rujna 2023. godine, zajedno i dogovorno, u nakani protupravnog stjecanja znatne imovinske koristi obmanuli petero oštećenika, piše Jutarnji list.

Neistinito su im, tvrdi tužiteljstvo, predočavali pružanje usluga investiranja na tržištu kapitala za račun oštećenika, iako su okrivljenici bili svjesni dvije stvari: 31-godišnji investicijski savjetnik Matak nema registriranu djelatnost posredovanja i pružanja investicijskih usluga niti je takve usluge stvarno mislio pružiti.

- Nakon što su im oštećenici povjerovali i s prvookrivljenikom sklopili ugovore o pružanju konzultantskih usluga, oštećenici su mu uplatili novac, odnosno ukupni iznos od oko 350.000,00 eura. Okrivljenici su neistinito uvjeravali oštećenike da je novac investiran, predočavali neistinite izvještaje da ostvaruju dobit te navodili različita opravdanja zbog kojih ne mogu vratiti novčana sredstva, iako novac nisu uložili na tržište kapitala, već su ga zadržali u zajedničku korist - navodi tužiteljstvo koje je u optužnici pristigloj na Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu za oboje zatražilo produljenje istražnog zatvora zbog ponavljanja djela, ali i opasnosti od bijega jer oboje imaju i australsko državljanstvo te adrese na tri kontinenta - u Australiji, Londonu i Dubaiju.

No postavlja se pitanje gdje je novac od tobožnjih ulaganja? Iako su supružnici živjeli na visokoj nozi, izdašno trošili na putovanja, odjeću te izlaske i vrlo vješto održavali imidž dobrostojećeg mladog para, teško da su do zadnjeg centa sve mogli potrošiti.

Na ispitivanju u tužiteljstvu Matakovi su porekli krivnju te kratko rekli da nitko nije prevaren, nego će novac njihovim klijentima biti isplaćen. Čak su dali naslutiti i da je na neki brokerski račun već prebačeno 600.000 eura kojima će namiriti sve koji se smatraju prevarenima. No oštećeni u te priče, koje su slušali mjesecima i godinama, i dalje ne vjeruju.

Idući na potezu je Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu koji će odlučivati o osnovanosti optužnice protiv Matakovih.

Ako je vijeće potvrdi, uskoro ćemo Matakove gledati na optuženičkoj klupi.

Nakon četiri mjeseca istrage, zagrebačko tužiteljstvo podignulo je optužnicu protiv hrvatsko-australskog jet-seta para, Luke Grge Mataka (31) i njegove supruge Adriane Matak (36), blogerice i influencerice, zbog pet prevara "teških" više od 350.000 eura.

Općinsko kazneno državno odvjetništvo Matakove tereti da su od listopada 2018. do rujna 2023. godine, zajedno i dogovorno, u nakani protupravnog stjecanja znatne imovinske koristi obmanuli petero oštećenika, piše Jutarnji list.

Neistinito su im, tvrdi tužiteljstvo, predočavali pružanje usluga investiranja na tržištu kapitala za račun oštećenika, iako su okrivljenici bili svjesni dvije stvari: 31-godišnji investicijski savjetnik Matak nema registriranu djelatnost posredovanja i pružanja investicijskih usluga niti je takve usluge stvarno mislio pružiti.

- Nakon što su im oštećenici povjerovali i s prvookrivljenikom sklopili ugovore o pružanju konzultantskih usluga, oštećenici su mu uplatili novac, odnosno ukupni iznos od oko 350.000,00 eura. Okrivljenici su neistinito uvjeravali oštećenike da je novac investiran, predočavali neistinite izvještaje da ostvaruju dobit te navodili različita opravdanja zbog kojih ne mogu vratiti novčana sredstva, iako novac nisu uložili na tržište kapitala, već su ga zadržali u zajedničku korist - navodi tužiteljstvo koje je u optužnici pristigloj na Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu za oboje zatražilo produljenje istražnog zatvora zbog ponavljanja djela, ali i opasnosti od bijega jer oboje imaju i australsko državljanstvo te adrese na tri kontinenta - u Australiji, Londonu i Dubaiju.

No postavlja se pitanje gdje je novac od tobožnjih ulaganja? Iako su supružnici živjeli na visokoj nozi, izdašno trošili na putovanja, odjeću te izlaske i vrlo vješto održavali imidž dobrostojećeg mladog para, teško da su do zadnjeg centa sve mogli potrošiti.

Na ispitivanju u tužiteljstvu Matakovi su porekli krivnju te kratko rekli da nitko nije prevaren, nego će novac njihovim klijentima biti isplaćen. Čak su dali naslutiti i da je na neki brokerski račun već prebačeno 600.000 eura kojima će namiriti sve koji se smatraju prevarenima. No oštećeni u te priče, koje su slušali mjesecima i godinama, i dalje ne vjeruju.

Idući na potezu je Općinski kazneni sud u Zagrebu koji će odlučivati o osnovanosti optužnice protiv Matakovih.
