Gotovo 430 litara domaće rakije Područni carinski ured Zagreb prodaje putem javnog natječaja. Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda na neposrednu pogodbu trajat će od 12. do 19. listopada.

Procijenjena vrijednost 427,80 litara rakije je 427,80 eura. Kako je riječ o neposrednoj pogodbi ponuda, navodi se u pozivu, ne smije biti manja od 50 procijenjene vrijednosti i nije potrebna uplata jamčevine, piše jabuka.tv.

Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda provodi se po modelu viđeno kupljeno, bez garancije, uz obvezu kupca da ishodi potrebne dozvole i druge isprave.

U prikupljanju pisanih ponuda mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe (obrtnici) – ovlašteni držatelji trošarinskog skladišta – proizvođači, koji robu mogu koristiti kao sirovinu u proizvodnji novog trošarinskog proizvoda unutar kategorije alkoholnih pića, pri čemu na novi proizvod nastaje obveza obračunavanja i plaćanja trošarina, sukladno trošarinskim propisima, te pod uvjetom da su dostavili ponude kao ponuditelji i priložili potrebne preslike dokumentacije.

Kupac alkoholnog pića se obvezuje redestilirati kupljena alkoholna pića. Redestilacija kupljenih alkoholnih pića kontrolirati će se putem mjesečnih izvješća koje je kupac dužan dostaviti nadležnom trošarinskom uredu, piše u javnom pozivu zagrebačke carine.

Gotovo 430 litara domaće rakije Područni carinski ured Zagreb prodaje putem javnog natječaja. Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda na neposrednu pogodbu trajat će od 12. do 19. listopada.

Procijenjena vrijednost 427,80 litara rakije je 427,80 eura. Kako je riječ o neposrednoj pogodbi ponuda, navodi se u pozivu, ne smije biti manja od 50 procijenjene vrijednosti i nije potrebna uplata jamčevine, piše jabuka.tv.

Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda provodi se po modelu viđeno kupljeno, bez garancije, uz obvezu kupca da ishodi potrebne dozvole i druge isprave.

U prikupljanju pisanih ponuda mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe (obrtnici) – ovlašteni držatelji trošarinskog skladišta – proizvođači, koji robu mogu koristiti kao sirovinu u proizvodnji novog trošarinskog proizvoda unutar kategorije alkoholnih pića, pri čemu na novi proizvod nastaje obveza obračunavanja i plaćanja trošarina, sukladno trošarinskim propisima, te pod uvjetom da su dostavili ponude kao ponuditelji i priložili potrebne preslike dokumentacije.

Kupac alkoholnog pića se obvezuje redestilirati kupljena alkoholna pića. Redestilacija kupljenih alkoholnih pića kontrolirati će se putem mjesečnih izvješća koje je kupac dužan dostaviti nadležnom trošarinskom uredu, piše u javnom pozivu zagrebačke carine.

Gotovo 430 litara domaće rakije Područni carinski ured Zagreb prodaje putem javnog natječaja. Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda na neposrednu pogodbu trajat će od 12. do 19. listopada.

Procijenjena vrijednost 427,80 litara rakije je 427,80 eura. Kako je riječ o neposrednoj pogodbi ponuda, navodi se u pozivu, ne smije biti manja od 50 procijenjene vrijednosti i nije potrebna uplata jamčevine, piše jabuka.tv.

Prikupljanje pisanih ponuda provodi se po modelu viđeno kupljeno, bez garancije, uz obvezu kupca da ishodi potrebne dozvole i druge isprave.

U prikupljanju pisanih ponuda mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe (obrtnici) – ovlašteni držatelji trošarinskog skladišta – proizvođači, koji robu mogu koristiti kao sirovinu u proizvodnji novog trošarinskog proizvoda unutar kategorije alkoholnih pića, pri čemu na novi proizvod nastaje obveza obračunavanja i plaćanja trošarina, sukladno trošarinskim propisima, te pod uvjetom da su dostavili ponude kao ponuditelji i priložili potrebne preslike dokumentacije.

Kupac alkoholnog pića se obvezuje redestilirati kupljena alkoholna pića. Redestilacija kupljenih alkoholnih pića kontrolirati će se putem mjesečnih izvješća koje je kupac dužan dostaviti nadležnom trošarinskom uredu, piše u javnom pozivu zagrebačke carine.
