Iz Klinike za dječje bolesti u Klaićevoj u Zagrebu u nedjelju nešto poslije 15 sati priopćili su tužnu vijest o sudbini dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice, koja je ondje iz Nove Gradiške prije nekoliko dana dovezena u izuzetno teškom stanju od ozljeda koje je pretrpjela.

- S velikom tugom i žaljenjem moramo vas izvijestiti da je kod naše male pacijentice, unatoč svim poduzetim terapijskim mjerma i izuzetnim naporima intenzivističkog tima, došlo do kritičnog kliničkog pogoršanja, započinje priopćenje bolnice.

- U skladu s tim, prema protokolu proveden je postupak za utvrđivanje moždane smrti, što je nažalost potvrđeno u 15:20. Počivala u miru, stoji u kratkom priopćenju iz Klaićeve, o čemu piše jutarnji.hr.

Podsjetimo, djevojčica je dovezena u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški teškim ozljedama glave, nagnječenjem mozga, te je reanimirana i intubirana, nakon čega je, zbog zahtjevnosti ozljeda, prevezena u Klaićevu u Zagreb. Odmah se posumnjalo na nasilje u obitelji, pa je policija privela roditelje, 24-godišnjakinju i 27-godišnjaka koji imaju još troje djece.

Policajci su utvrdili da je majka prošle srijede, 31. ožujka, zlostavljala svoju kći udarajući je šakama po glavi i cijelom tijelu. Od siline udaraca djevojčica je zadobila teške ozljede glave i drugdje po tijelu nakon čega je zapala u komatozno stanja, a na Uskrs i izgubila bitku za život.

Tijekom istrage policajci su utvrdili da je djevojčica od strane oboje roditelja bila fizički često zlostavljana kroz posljednjih pet mjeseci. To potvrđuju i liječničke konstatacije da je djevojčica po dolasku u bolnicu na tijelu imala vidljive ozljede koje su svježijeg nastanka, ali i one koje su nastale ranije.

Uz kriminalističko istraživanje promptno je proveden i nadzor nad Centrom za socijalnu skrb u Novoj Gradiški, kojim su utvrđeni propusti te je smijenjen ravnatelj Branko Medunić.

Tek nakon što je slučaj premlaćivanja djevojčice dospio u javnost, djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su ostalu djecu u međuvremenu uhićenih roditelja izmjestili u drugu udomiteljsku obitelj.

Djevojčica je dvije godine provela u udomiteljskoj obitelji, jer su roditelji rekli da se ne mogu brinuti o njoj, no vraćena je biološkim roditeljima jer je Centar ustanovio da se stanje u obitelji popravilo. Dijete je u bolnicu dovezeno s masnicama za koje je evidentno da su nastale ranije, kao i sa novim, stravičnim ozljedama kojima je podlegla.

Roditelji su saslušani u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Slavonskom Brodu gdje su djelomično priznali krivnju i opsežno izlagali obranu. Kao što je i najavljeno u slučaju najgoreg ishoda, koji se na žalost dogodio, sada će doći do prekvalifikacije kaznenog djela te će im se na teret najvjerojatnije staviti kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva.

Iz Klinike za dječje bolesti u Klaićevoj u Zagrebu u nedjelju nešto poslije 15 sati priopćili su tužnu vijest o sudbini dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice, koja je ondje iz Nove Gradiške prije nekoliko dana dovezena u izuzetno teškom stanju od ozljeda koje je pretrpjela.

- S velikom tugom i žaljenjem moramo vas izvijestiti da je kod naše male pacijentice, unatoč svim poduzetim terapijskim mjerma i izuzetnim naporima intenzivističkog tima, došlo do kritičnog kliničkog pogoršanja, započinje priopćenje bolnice.

- U skladu s tim, prema protokolu proveden je postupak za utvrđivanje moždane smrti, što je nažalost potvrđeno u 15:20. Počivala u miru, stoji u kratkom priopćenju iz Klaićeve, o čemu piše jutarnji.hr.

Podsjetimo, djevojčica je dovezena u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški teškim ozljedama glave, nagnječenjem mozga, te je reanimirana i intubirana, nakon čega je, zbog zahtjevnosti ozljeda, prevezena u Klaićevu u Zagreb. Odmah se posumnjalo na nasilje u obitelji, pa je policija privela roditelje, 24-godišnjakinju i 27-godišnjaka koji imaju još troje djece.

Policajci su utvrdili da je majka prošle srijede, 31. ožujka, zlostavljala svoju kći udarajući je šakama po glavi i cijelom tijelu. Od siline udaraca djevojčica je zadobila teške ozljede glave i drugdje po tijelu nakon čega je zapala u komatozno stanja, a na Uskrs i izgubila bitku za život.

Tijekom istrage policajci su utvrdili da je djevojčica od strane oboje roditelja bila fizički često zlostavljana kroz posljednjih pet mjeseci. To potvrđuju i liječničke konstatacije da je djevojčica po dolasku u bolnicu na tijelu imala vidljive ozljede koje su svježijeg nastanka, ali i one koje su nastale ranije.

Uz kriminalističko istraživanje promptno je proveden i nadzor nad Centrom za socijalnu skrb u Novoj Gradiški, kojim su utvrđeni propusti te je smijenjen ravnatelj Branko Medunić.

Tek nakon što je slučaj premlaćivanja djevojčice dospio u javnost, djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su ostalu djecu u međuvremenu uhićenih roditelja izmjestili u drugu udomiteljsku obitelj.

Djevojčica je dvije godine provela u udomiteljskoj obitelji, jer su roditelji rekli da se ne mogu brinuti o njoj, no vraćena je biološkim roditeljima jer je Centar ustanovio da se stanje u obitelji popravilo. Dijete je u bolnicu dovezeno s masnicama za koje je evidentno da su nastale ranije, kao i sa novim, stravičnim ozljedama kojima je podlegla.

Roditelji su saslušani u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Slavonskom Brodu gdje su djelomično priznali krivnju i opsežno izlagali obranu. Kao što je i najavljeno u slučaju najgoreg ishoda, koji se na žalost dogodio, sada će doći do prekvalifikacije kaznenog djela te će im se na teret najvjerojatnije staviti kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva.

Doktori izgubili bitku za život curice (2) čiji su roditelji uhićeni zbog brutalnog zlostavljanja

Iz Klinike za dječje bolesti u Klaićevoj u Zagrebu u nedjelju nešto poslije 15 sati priopćili su tužnu vijest o sudbini dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice, koja je ondje iz Nove Gradiške prije nekoliko dana dovezena u izuzetno teškom stanju od ozljeda koje je pretrpjela.

- S velikom tugom i žaljenjem moramo vas izvijestiti da je kod naše male pacijentice, unatoč svim poduzetim terapijskim mjerma i izuzetnim naporima intenzivističkog tima, došlo do kritičnog kliničkog pogoršanja, započinje priopćenje bolnice.

- U skladu s tim, prema protokolu proveden je postupak za utvrđivanje moždane smrti, što je nažalost potvrđeno u 15:20. Počivala u miru, stoji u kratkom priopćenju iz Klaićeve, o čemu piše jutarnji.hr.

Podsjetimo, djevojčica je dovezena u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški teškim ozljedama glave, nagnječenjem mozga, te je reanimirana i intubirana, nakon čega je, zbog zahtjevnosti ozljeda, prevezena u Klaićevu u Zagreb. Odmah se posumnjalo na nasilje u obitelji, pa je policija privela roditelje, 24-godišnjakinju i 27-godišnjaka koji imaju još troje djece.

Policajci su utvrdili da je majka prošle srijede, 31. ožujka, zlostavljala svoju kći udarajući je šakama po glavi i cijelom tijelu. Od siline udaraca djevojčica je zadobila teške ozljede glave i drugdje po tijelu nakon čega je zapala u komatozno stanja, a na Uskrs i izgubila bitku za život.

Tijekom istrage policajci su utvrdili da je djevojčica od strane oboje roditelja bila fizički često zlostavljana kroz posljednjih pet mjeseci. To potvrđuju i liječničke konstatacije da je djevojčica po dolasku u bolnicu na tijelu imala vidljive ozljede koje su svježijeg nastanka, ali i one koje su nastale ranije.

Uz kriminalističko istraživanje promptno je proveden i nadzor nad Centrom za socijalnu skrb u Novoj Gradiški, kojim su utvrđeni propusti te je smijenjen ravnatelj Branko Medunić.

Tek nakon što je slučaj premlaćivanja djevojčice dospio u javnost, djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su ostalu djecu u međuvremenu uhićenih roditelja izmjestili u drugu udomiteljsku obitelj.

Djevojčica je dvije godine provela u udomiteljskoj obitelji, jer su roditelji rekli da se ne mogu brinuti o njoj, no vraćena je biološkim roditeljima jer je Centar ustanovio da se stanje u obitelji popravilo. Dijete je u bolnicu dovezeno s masnicama za koje je evidentno da su nastale ranije, kao i sa novim, stravičnim ozljedama kojima je podlegla.

Roditelji su saslušani u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Slavonskom Brodu gdje su djelomično priznali krivnju i opsežno izlagali obranu. Kao što je i najavljeno u slučaju najgoreg ishoda, koji se na žalost dogodio, sada će doći do prekvalifikacije kaznenog djela te će im se na teret najvjerojatnije staviti kazneno djelo teškog ubojstva.
