Bogato je i raznoliko područje ljudskog praznovjerja, od izbjeganja crne mačke preko puta do hvatanja za botun kada se vidi dimnjačar. Oni koji su dublje zaglibili u takve teorije zbog nekih takvih znakova odustaju od svojih obaveza ili nauma.

U takvom praznovjerju i sam broj 13 kao "nesretni broj" ima svoje mjesto, a petak 13. ima dodatnu snagu u takvim vjerovanjima.

Razlog za nastanak praznovjerja vezanih za petak 13. brojni proučavatelji vide u događaju iz nordijske mitologije kada je 12 bogova večeralo u Valhalli pa se iznenada pojavio 13. bog Loki, u nordijskoj mitologiji bog trikova i spletki, nakon čega je svijetom zavladao mrak.

Pojavom kršćanstva podsjećalo se da je za posljednjom večerom Juda koji je izdao Isusa bio 13. K tome, Thomas Fermsler, znanstvenik poznat i pod nadimkom dr. 13, tvrdi kako je Isus raspet upravo na petak 13.

Dio povjesničara smatra da je petak 13. na tlu glasu jer je na taj dan 1307. francuski kralj Filip IV. naredio uhićenje više od stotine vitezova Templara, zbog hereze. Mnogi od njih su mučenički ubijeni.

Strah od ovog datuma ima ime, paraskavedekatriafobija ili frigatriskaidekafobija. Neke bolnice i hoteli izbjegavaju sobe s brojem 13, doduše ova je praksa prisutnija vani nego u Hrvatskoj.

No, većina stvari u našim životima je onakva kakve ih sami posložimo, tvrdi doktorica.

"Najveći rizik je vjerovanje u kobnost petka 13., da su tada u većoj opasnosti nego kroz ostatak godine. Zbog toga su vjerojatno napetiji i slabije fokusirani, što može dovesti do različitih nesreća. Praznovjerje tako postaje samoispunjujuće proročanstvo", pojasnila je dr. Caroline Watt sa Sveučilišta u Edinburghu, piše Zagreb-info.

Takve ljude je teško razuvjeriti, morali bi sami moći usporediti održivost takvih vjerovanja, posebno ako ih životno ugrožavaju. Kod ostaloga, znatno većega dijela populacije takva vjerovanja znaju biti dio urbanoga folklora.

Bogato je i raznoliko područje ljudskog praznovjerja, od izbjeganja crne mačke preko puta do hvatanja za botun kada se vidi dimnjačar. Oni koji su dublje zaglibili u takve teorije zbog nekih takvih znakova odustaju od svojih obaveza ili nauma.

U takvom praznovjerju i sam broj 13 kao "nesretni broj" ima svoje mjesto, a petak 13. ima dodatnu snagu u takvim vjerovanjima.

Razlog za nastanak praznovjerja vezanih za petak 13. brojni proučavatelji vide u događaju iz nordijske mitologije kada je 12 bogova večeralo u Valhalli pa se iznenada pojavio 13. bog Loki, u nordijskoj mitologiji bog trikova i spletki, nakon čega je svijetom zavladao mrak.

Pojavom kršćanstva podsjećalo se da je za posljednjom večerom Juda koji je izdao Isusa bio 13. K tome, Thomas Fermsler, znanstvenik poznat i pod nadimkom dr. 13, tvrdi kako je Isus raspet upravo na petak 13.

Dio povjesničara smatra da je petak 13. na tlu glasu jer je na taj dan 1307. francuski kralj Filip IV. naredio uhićenje više od stotine vitezova Templara, zbog hereze. Mnogi od njih su mučenički ubijeni.

Strah od ovog datuma ima ime, paraskavedekatriafobija ili frigatriskaidekafobija. Neke bolnice i hoteli izbjegavaju sobe s brojem 13, doduše ova je praksa prisutnija vani nego u Hrvatskoj.

No, većina stvari u našim životima je onakva kakve ih sami posložimo, tvrdi doktorica.

"Najveći rizik je vjerovanje u kobnost petka 13., da su tada u većoj opasnosti nego kroz ostatak godine. Zbog toga su vjerojatno napetiji i slabije fokusirani, što može dovesti do različitih nesreća. Praznovjerje tako postaje samoispunjujuće proročanstvo", pojasnila je dr. Caroline Watt sa Sveučilišta u Edinburghu, piše Zagreb-info.

Takve ljude je teško razuvjeriti, morali bi sami moći usporediti održivost takvih vjerovanja, posebno ako ih životno ugrožavaju. Kod ostaloga, znatno većega dijela populacije takva vjerovanja znaju biti dio urbanoga folklora.
