Hladne noge mogu biti znak loše cirkulacije, ili jednostavno veće osjetljivosti na hladnoću, ali ponekad mogu biti i signal zdravstvenih problema, piše Mondo, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Tijekom hladnih zimskih dana, većina se ljudi trudi što bolje zagrijati noge, ali ako vam se čini da vam to nikako ne uspijeva, možda imate jedan od ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Bolesti štitne žlijezde

Hipotiroidizam, ili slaba aktivnost štitne žlijezde, utječe na hormone koji pretvaraju hranu u energiju i njihov manjak može dovesti do osjećaja hladnoće.

Dijabetes

Nekoliko je komplikacija dijabetesa koje mogu biti u podlozi osjećaja hladnih stopala. Primjerice, periferalna neuropatija znači da su živci u stopalima oštećeni, što znači da ćete osjećati kao da su vam stopala hladna, ali će na dodir zapravo biti topla. Periferalna bolest arterija će, kao druga komplikacija, utjecati na krvne žile u stopalima.

Stres

Stres ostavlja mnoge negativne posljedice na naše tijelo. Ako ste često pod stresom, organizam će "upaliti" sistem za obranu koji veći dio krvi preusmjerava u središnji dio tijela, čime ekstremiteti, ruke i noge, ostaju bez tople krvi.

Visok kolesterol

Povišen kolesterol u krvi može izazvati cijeli niz simptoma jer utječe na cirkulaciju, ali i upalne procese u tijelu. Ako su vam noge često hladne, dobro bi bilo provjeriti imate li visok kolesterol, piše Mondo.

Hladne noge mogu biti znak loše cirkulacije, ili jednostavno veće osjetljivosti na hladnoću, ali ponekad mogu biti i signal zdravstvenih problema, piše Mondo, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Tijekom hladnih zimskih dana, većina se ljudi trudi što bolje zagrijati noge, ali ako vam se čini da vam to nikako ne uspijeva, možda imate jedan od ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Bolesti štitne žlijezde

Hipotiroidizam, ili slaba aktivnost štitne žlijezde, utječe na hormone koji pretvaraju hranu u energiju i njihov manjak može dovesti do osjećaja hladnoće.

Dijabetes

Nekoliko je komplikacija dijabetesa koje mogu biti u podlozi osjećaja hladnih stopala. Primjerice, periferalna neuropatija znači da su živci u stopalima oštećeni, što znači da ćete osjećati kao da su vam stopala hladna, ali će na dodir zapravo biti topla. Periferalna bolest arterija će, kao druga komplikacija, utjecati na krvne žile u stopalima.

Stres

Stres ostavlja mnoge negativne posljedice na naše tijelo. Ako ste često pod stresom, organizam će "upaliti" sistem za obranu koji veći dio krvi preusmjerava u središnji dio tijela, čime ekstremiteti, ruke i noge, ostaju bez tople krvi.

Visok kolesterol

Povišen kolesterol u krvi može izazvati cijeli niz simptoma jer utječe na cirkulaciju, ali i upalne procese u tijelu. Ako su vam noge često hladne, dobro bi bilo provjeriti imate li visok kolesterol, piše Mondo.

Hladne noge mogu biti znak loše cirkulacije, ili jednostavno veće osjetljivosti na hladnoću, ali ponekad mogu biti i signal zdravstvenih problema, piše Mondo, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Tijekom hladnih zimskih dana, većina se ljudi trudi što bolje zagrijati noge, ali ako vam se čini da vam to nikako ne uspijeva, možda imate jedan od ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema koje prenosimo u nastavku.

Bolesti štitne žlijezde

Hipotiroidizam, ili slaba aktivnost štitne žlijezde, utječe na hormone koji pretvaraju hranu u energiju i njihov manjak može dovesti do osjećaja hladnoće.

Dijabetes

Nekoliko je komplikacija dijabetesa koje mogu biti u podlozi osjećaja hladnih stopala. Primjerice, periferalna neuropatija znači da su živci u stopalima oštećeni, što znači da ćete osjećati kao da su vam stopala hladna, ali će na dodir zapravo biti topla. Periferalna bolest arterija će, kao druga komplikacija, utjecati na krvne žile u stopalima.

Stres

Stres ostavlja mnoge negativne posljedice na naše tijelo. Ako ste često pod stresom, organizam će "upaliti" sistem za obranu koji veći dio krvi preusmjerava u središnji dio tijela, čime ekstremiteti, ruke i noge, ostaju bez tople krvi.

Visok kolesterol

Povišen kolesterol u krvi može izazvati cijeli niz simptoma jer utječe na cirkulaciju, ali i upalne procese u tijelu. Ako su vam noge često hladne, dobro bi bilo provjeriti imate li visok kolesterol, piše Mondo.
