Azerbajdžan, Gruzija, Crna Gora, Poljska, Rumunjska i San Marino zemlje su koje su u velikom eurovizijskom finalu i drugom eurovizijskom polufinalu bile izuzete od glasanja, nakon što su organizatori Eurosonga, ljudi iz Europske radiodifuzijskog udruženja (EBU), ustanovili izvjesne nepravilnosti prilikom glasovanja njihovih žirija, piše Jutarnji list.

Vijest je objavljena tijekom subotnjeg Velikog finala, a Europska radiodifuzna unija (eng. European Broadcasting Union - EBU) je sada otkrila što se, zapravo, dogodilo.

Nepravilnosti su otkrivene kod glasanja žirija iz šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu Eurosonga. Nacionalni žiriji iz Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske i San Marina glasovali su na vrlo neobičan način što je potaknulo sumnju.

Žiriji iz ovih šest zemalja međusobno su si dodjeljivali najviše iznose bodova, odnosno dogovorili su se da će glasati jedni za druge i jedni drugima davati najviše ocjene.

Zato je EBU odlučio ne uključiti rezultate namještenih glasanja tih šest nacionalnih žirija, već ih je zamijenio zbrojnim rezultatom koji se izračunava automatski.

Nakon, kako je rečeno, 'neobičnog obrasca glasovanja' - odnosno varanja - otkrivenog u drugom polufinalu, bodovi žirija šest zemalja također su isključeni iz Velikog finala. Razlog tome je što je slučaj ovakvog varanja na Eurosongu nezabilježen, a EBU je svakako želio sačuvati integritet sistema glasanja.

U priopćenju EBU-a, među ostalim, stoji:

'Neovisni paneuropski partner za glasanje Europske radiodifuzne unije (EBU) otkrio je nepravilne obrasce glasovanja u glasovanju žirija šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu: Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske, San Marino. Integritet glasovanja, kako nacionalnih žirija u svakoj zemlji, tako i gledatelja koji glasaju telefonom ili SMS-om, ključan je za uspjeh čitave emisije.

Dužnost EBU-a prema svim sudionicima je osigurati isporuku valjanog rezultata na kraju svake emisije uživo. Stoga se svako kršenje pravila shvaća vrlo ozbiljno', kazali su.

'U drugom polufinalu uočeno je da su četiri od šest žirija uvrstili pet preostalih zemalja u svojih pet najboljih (uzimajući u obzir da nisu mogli glasati za sebe); jedan žiri je glasovao za istih pet zemalja u svojih top šest; a posljednji od šest žirija smjestio je četiri druge zemlje u svojih top četiri, a peti u svojih top sedam.

Četiri od šest zemalja dobile su najmanje jednom 12 bodova, što je maksimum koji se može dodijeliti', objasnili su.

'Paneuropski partner za glasanje otkrio je neregularnost, a Independent Voting Monitor ju je potvrdio, budući da pet od ovih šest zemalja nije ušlo ni u prvih osam kad su u pitanju ocjene žirija u ostalih 15 zemalja koje su glasovale u istom polufinalu (koji je uključivao tri od velikih pet: Njemačku, Španjolsku i Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo).

Osim toga, četiri od šest zemalja bile su rangirane u donjih šest od ostalih 15 zemalja koje su glasovale u ovom polufinalu. Nepravilnost u glasovanju žirija u ovakvim razmjerima je bez presedana', stoji u priopćenju EBU-a, objavi je Jutarnji list.

Azerbajdžan, Gruzija, Crna Gora, Poljska, Rumunjska i San Marino zemlje su koje su u velikom eurovizijskom finalu i drugom eurovizijskom polufinalu bile izuzete od glasanja, nakon što su organizatori Eurosonga, ljudi iz Europske radiodifuzijskog udruženja (EBU), ustanovili izvjesne nepravilnosti prilikom glasovanja njihovih žirija, piše Jutarnji list.

Vijest je objavljena tijekom subotnjeg Velikog finala, a Europska radiodifuzna unija (eng. European Broadcasting Union - EBU) je sada otkrila što se, zapravo, dogodilo.

Nepravilnosti su otkrivene kod glasanja žirija iz šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu Eurosonga. Nacionalni žiriji iz Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske i San Marina glasovali su na vrlo neobičan način što je potaknulo sumnju.

Žiriji iz ovih šest zemalja međusobno su si dodjeljivali najviše iznose bodova, odnosno dogovorili su se da će glasati jedni za druge i jedni drugima davati najviše ocjene.

Zato je EBU odlučio ne uključiti rezultate namještenih glasanja tih šest nacionalnih žirija, već ih je zamijenio zbrojnim rezultatom koji se izračunava automatski.

Nakon, kako je rečeno, 'neobičnog obrasca glasovanja' - odnosno varanja - otkrivenog u drugom polufinalu, bodovi žirija šest zemalja također su isključeni iz Velikog finala. Razlog tome je što je slučaj ovakvog varanja na Eurosongu nezabilježen, a EBU je svakako želio sačuvati integritet sistema glasanja.

U priopćenju EBU-a, među ostalim, stoji:

'Neovisni paneuropski partner za glasanje Europske radiodifuzne unije (EBU) otkrio je nepravilne obrasce glasovanja u glasovanju žirija šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu: Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske, San Marino. Integritet glasovanja, kako nacionalnih žirija u svakoj zemlji, tako i gledatelja koji glasaju telefonom ili SMS-om, ključan je za uspjeh čitave emisije.

Dužnost EBU-a prema svim sudionicima je osigurati isporuku valjanog rezultata na kraju svake emisije uživo. Stoga se svako kršenje pravila shvaća vrlo ozbiljno', kazali su.

'U drugom polufinalu uočeno je da su četiri od šest žirija uvrstili pet preostalih zemalja u svojih pet najboljih (uzimajući u obzir da nisu mogli glasati za sebe); jedan žiri je glasovao za istih pet zemalja u svojih top šest; a posljednji od šest žirija smjestio je četiri druge zemlje u svojih top četiri, a peti u svojih top sedam.

Četiri od šest zemalja dobile su najmanje jednom 12 bodova, što je maksimum koji se može dodijeliti', objasnili su.

Azerbajdžan, Gruzija, Crna Gora, Poljska, Rumunjska i San Marino zemlje su koje su u velikom eurovizijskom finalu i drugom eurovizijskom polufinalu bile izuzete od glasanja, nakon što su organizatori Eurosonga, ljudi iz Europske radiodifuzijskog udruženja (EBU), ustanovili izvjesne nepravilnosti prilikom glasovanja njihovih žirija, piše Jutarnji list.

Vijest je objavljena tijekom subotnjeg Velikog finala, a Europska radiodifuzna unija (eng. European Broadcasting Union - EBU) je sada otkrila što se, zapravo, dogodilo.

Nepravilnosti su otkrivene kod glasanja žirija iz šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu Eurosonga. Nacionalni žiriji iz Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske i San Marina glasovali su na vrlo neobičan način što je potaknulo sumnju.

Žiriji iz ovih šest zemalja međusobno su si dodjeljivali najviše iznose bodova, odnosno dogovorili su se da će glasati jedni za druge i jedni drugima davati najviše ocjene.

Zato je EBU odlučio ne uključiti rezultate namještenih glasanja tih šest nacionalnih žirija, već ih je zamijenio zbrojnim rezultatom koji se izračunava automatski.

Nakon, kako je rečeno, 'neobičnog obrasca glasovanja' - odnosno varanja - otkrivenog u drugom polufinalu, bodovi žirija šest zemalja također su isključeni iz Velikog finala. Razlog tome je što je slučaj ovakvog varanja na Eurosongu nezabilježen, a EBU je svakako želio sačuvati integritet sistema glasanja.

U priopćenju EBU-a, među ostalim, stoji:

'Neovisni paneuropski partner za glasanje Europske radiodifuzne unije (EBU) otkrio je nepravilne obrasce glasovanja u glasovanju žirija šest zemalja koje su sudjelovale u drugom polufinalu: Azerbajdžana, Gruzije, Crne Gore, Poljske, Rumunjske, San Marino. Integritet glasovanja, kako nacionalnih žirija u svakoj zemlji, tako i gledatelja koji glasaju telefonom ili SMS-om, ključan je za uspjeh čitave emisije.

Dužnost EBU-a prema svim sudionicima je osigurati isporuku valjanog rezultata na kraju svake emisije uživo. Stoga se svako kršenje pravila shvaća vrlo ozbiljno', kazali su.

'U drugom polufinalu uočeno je da su četiri od šest žirija uvrstili pet preostalih zemalja u svojih pet najboljih (uzimajući u obzir da nisu mogli glasati za sebe); jedan žiri je glasovao za istih pet zemalja u svojih top šest; a posljednji od šest žirija smjestio je četiri druge zemlje u svojih top četiri, a peti u svojih top sedam.

Četiri od šest zemalja dobile su najmanje jednom 12 bodova, što je maksimum koji se može dodijeliti', objasnili su.
