Idealna za vruće dane lubenica je voće omiljeno mnogima. U vrućim danima ljeta najbolje nam, uz vodu, gasi žeđ. Idealna je hrana koju je moguće konzumirati na više načina. Osim klasičnog načina konzumiranja, lubenica idealno pažše u maštovitim salata, netko pravi salsu od lubenice čak je i pizza od lubenice u điru. Ipak, dok vani prži preko 30 Celzijevih stupnjeva jedan osvježavajući koktel od lubenice malo tko bi odbio. To slatko, a pri tom i zdravo voće koje je izvrstan izvor vitamina C i A, kalija i magnezija, lijepo se slaže sa svim vrstama alkohola. Zaledite kockice lubenice. Ne zaboravite dio svježe lubenice sa zelenom korom ostaviti za ukras. Sok od ananasa, bijeli rum, kosovo mlijeko, nekoliko kockica zaleđene lubenice, sastojke pomiješati u blenderu, usuti u čašu, ukrasiti i ružičasto osvježenje je spremno. Ne sumnjamo kako je i verzija ovog zanimljivog miksa bez alkohola jednako idealna i pitka. Uostalom, proces se može i pojednostavniti pa primjerice napraviti jednostavan juice od lubenice uz par kockica leda. Svakako savršeno za ljetnu žegu.

Idealna za vruće dane lubenica je voće omiljeno mnogima. U vrućim danima ljeta najbolje nam, uz vodu, gasi žeđ. Idealna je hrana koju je moguće konzumirati na više načina. Osim klasičnog načina konzumiranja, lubenica idealno pažše u maštovitim salata, netko pravi salsu od lubenice čak je i pizza od lubenice u điru. Ipak, dok vani prži preko 30 Celzijevih stupnjeva jedan osvježavajući koktel od lubenice malo tko bi odbio. To slatko, a pri tom i zdravo voće koje je izvrstan izvor vitamina C i A, kalija i magnezija, lijepo se slaže sa svim vrstama alkohola. Zaledite kockice lubenice. Ne zaboravite dio svježe lubenice sa zelenom korom ostaviti za ukras. Sok od ananasa, bijeli rum, kosovo mlijeko, nekoliko kockica zaleđene lubenice, sastojke pomiješati u blenderu, usuti u čašu, ukrasiti i ružičasto osvježenje je spremno. Ne sumnjamo kako je i verzija ovog zanimljivog miksa bez alkohola jednako idealna i pitka. Uostalom, proces se može i pojednostavniti pa primjerice napraviti jednostavan juice od lubenice uz par kockica leda. Svakako savršeno za ljetnu žegu.

Idealna za vruće dane lubenica je voće omiljeno mnogima. U vrućim danima ljeta najbolje nam, uz vodu, gasi žeđ. Idealna je hrana koju je moguće konzumirati na više načina. Osim klasičnog načina konzumiranja, lubenica idealno pažše u maštovitim salata, netko pravi salsu od lubenice čak je i pizza od lubenice u điru. Ipak, dok vani prži preko 30 Celzijevih stupnjeva jedan osvježavajući koktel od lubenice malo tko bi odbio. To slatko, a pri tom i zdravo voće koje je izvrstan izvor vitamina C i A, kalija i magnezija, lijepo se slaže sa svim vrstama alkohola. Zaledite kockice lubenice. Ne zaboravite dio svježe lubenice sa zelenom korom ostaviti za ukras. Sok od ananasa, bijeli rum, kosovo mlijeko, nekoliko kockica zaleđene lubenice, sastojke pomiješati u blenderu, usuti u čašu, ukrasiti i ružičasto osvježenje je spremno. Ne sumnjamo kako je i verzija ovog zanimljivog miksa bez alkohola jednako idealna i pitka. Uostalom, proces se može i pojednostavniti pa primjerice napraviti jednostavan juice od lubenice uz par kockica leda. Svakako savršeno za ljetnu žegu.
