Luk je na zlu glasu zbog problema koje nam zadaje prilikom pripreme - grize za oči, a nekima je i izrazito kompliciran za sjeckanje - no ta korisna i zdrava namirnica stvara još jedan prilično nezgodan problem: nakon što ga iskoristimo za pripremu jela, ostavi nam smrdljivi podsjetnik da smo ga upotrijebili.

Miris luka zavuče nam se u kosu i odjeću, a često cijela kuća još satima zadrži njegovu specifičnu aromu. Srećom, postoji način za ublažiti muke koje nam luk zadaje, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako je glavni krivac za neprijatan mirisa sumpor koji se oslobađa dok luk sjeckamo i pirjamo, glavni saveznik nam je jednostavan i jeftin dodatak koji nas većina ima u kuhinji. Soda bikarbona ekpresno neutralizira oslobođeni sumpor i time nam olakšava pripremu luka. Dodatni bonus: skraćuje vrijeme pripreme a luk čini lakše probavljivim.

Sve što trebate učiniti prilikom pripreme jela s lukom je u posudu s lukom i uljem ubaciti žličicu sode bikarbone,tiganj sa zagrijanim uljem i jednom kafenom kašičicom sode bikarbone. Ovaj će trik spasiti stvar kuhate li jelo s prosječnom količinom luka, do pola kilograma, no pripremate li, na primjer, neki bogati mesni toć koji pita veću količinu luka, dodat ćete pola žlice ili više.

Luk je na zlu glasu zbog problema koje nam zadaje prilikom pripreme - grize za oči, a nekima je i izrazito kompliciran za sjeckanje - no ta korisna i zdrava namirnica stvara još jedan prilično nezgodan problem: nakon što ga iskoristimo za pripremu jela, ostavi nam smrdljivi podsjetnik da smo ga upotrijebili.

Miris luka zavuče nam se u kosu i odjeću, a često cijela kuća još satima zadrži njegovu specifičnu aromu. Srećom, postoji način za ublažiti muke koje nam luk zadaje, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako je glavni krivac za neprijatan mirisa sumpor koji se oslobađa dok luk sjeckamo i pirjamo, glavni saveznik nam je jednostavan i jeftin dodatak koji nas većina ima u kuhinji. Soda bikarbona ekpresno neutralizira oslobođeni sumpor i time nam olakšava pripremu luka. Dodatni bonus: skraćuje vrijeme pripreme a luk čini lakše probavljivim.

Sve što trebate učiniti prilikom pripreme jela s lukom je u posudu s lukom i uljem ubaciti žličicu sode bikarbone,tiganj sa zagrijanim uljem i jednom kafenom kašičicom sode bikarbone. Ovaj će trik spasiti stvar kuhate li jelo s prosječnom količinom luka, do pola kilograma, no pripremate li, na primjer, neki bogati mesni toć koji pita veću količinu luka, dodat ćete pola žlice ili više.

Luk je na zlu glasu zbog problema koje nam zadaje prilikom pripreme - grize za oči, a nekima je i izrazito kompliciran za sjeckanje - no ta korisna i zdrava namirnica stvara još jedan prilično nezgodan problem: nakon što ga iskoristimo za pripremu jela, ostavi nam smrdljivi podsjetnik da smo ga upotrijebili.

Miris luka zavuče nam se u kosu i odjeću, a često cijela kuća još satima zadrži njegovu specifičnu aromu. Srećom, postoji način za ublažiti muke koje nam luk zadaje, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako je glavni krivac za neprijatan mirisa sumpor koji se oslobađa dok luk sjeckamo i pirjamo, glavni saveznik nam je jednostavan i jeftin dodatak koji nas većina ima u kuhinji. Soda bikarbona ekpresno neutralizira oslobođeni sumpor i time nam olakšava pripremu luka. Dodatni bonus: skraćuje vrijeme pripreme a luk čini lakše probavljivim.

Sve što trebate učiniti prilikom pripreme jela s lukom je u posudu s lukom i uljem ubaciti žličicu sode bikarbone,tiganj sa zagrijanim uljem i jednom kafenom kašičicom sode bikarbone. Ovaj će trik spasiti stvar kuhate li jelo s prosječnom količinom luka, do pola kilograma, no pripremate li, na primjer, neki bogati mesni toć koji pita veću količinu luka, dodat ćete pola žlice ili više.
