Jesen je vrijeme bundeva, a kada bundevu spojite s hobotnicom dobit ćete odličan obrok, iako se na prvu možda čini nespojiva kombinacija. Mnogi bundevu koriste kako bi od nje skuhali krem juhe, pržili je izrezanu na tanke ploške, u razno raznim slatkim i slanim pitama, a mi vam donosimo recept kako bundevu iskoristiti ‘umjesto peke’. Potrebno vam je:

Jedna oveća okrugla bundeva

Hobotnica čija će veličina ovisiti o zapremini bundeve kada je izdubite

2 dcl maslinovog ulja

2 dcl bijelog vina

3 suha lovorova lista

Sol i papar

Priprema

Ovećoj bundevi odrežete vrh, na način da vam on ostane kao poklopac. Bundevu izdubite tako da vam na kori s unutrašnje strane ostane tri-četiri centimetra njezinog ‘mesa’. Hobotnicu možete prethodno obariti u posoljenoj vodi, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Obarenu je stavite u izdubljenu bundevu, dodate sastojke, poklopite poklopcem kojeg ste odrezali s vrha bundeve i stavite u dublji lim peći u pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Ovisno o veličini bundeve i hobotnice, preporučeno ju je peći od 40 do 50 minuta.

Kada je hobotnica mekana, na način da kroz nju možete probosti vilicu, ona je gotova. Izvadite je iz bundeve, izrežete, a žlicom izdubite meso koje je na kori bundeve ostalo, te servirajte uz sokove koji su ostali nakon pečenja.

Jesen je vrijeme bundeva, a kada bundevu spojite s hobotnicom dobit ćete odličan obrok, iako se na prvu možda čini nespojiva kombinacija. Mnogi bundevu koriste kako bi od nje skuhali krem juhe, pržili je izrezanu na tanke ploške, u razno raznim slatkim i slanim pitama, a mi vam donosimo recept kako bundevu iskoristiti ‘umjesto peke’. U njoj, naime, u svojoj kućnoj pećnici možete ispeći hobotnicu, piše doktorehitno.hr.

Potrebno vam je:

Jedna oveća okrugla bundeva

Hobotnica čija će veličina ovisiti o zapremini bundeve kada je izdubite

2 dcl maslinovog ulja

2 dcl bijelog vina

3 suha lovorova lista

Priprema

Ovećoj bundevi odrežete vrh, na način da vam on ostane kao poklopac. Bundevu izdubite tako da vam na kori s unutrašnje strane ostane tri-četiri centimetra njezinog ‘mesa’. Hobotnicu možete prethodno obariti u posoljenoj vodi, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Obarenu je stavite u izdubljenu bundevu, dodate sastojke, poklopite poklopcem kojeg ste odrezali s vrha bundeve i stavite u dublji lim peći u pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Ovisno o veličini bundeve i hobotnice, preporučeno ju je peći od 40 do 50 minuta.

Kada je hobotnica mekana, na način da kroz nju možete probosti vilicu, ona je gotova. Izvadite je iz bundeve, izrežete, a žlicom izdubite meso koje je na kori bundeve ostalo, te servirajte uz sokove koji su ostali nakon pečenja.

Hobotnica u bundevi zvuči možda čudno, no ovaj neobični recept trebate isprobati, super je za jesenske dane

Jesen je vrijeme bundeva, a kada bundevu spojite s hobotnicom dobit ćete odličan obrok, iako se na prvu možda čini nespojiva kombinacija. Mnogi bundevu koriste kako bi od nje skuhali krem juhe, pržili je izrezanu na tanke ploške, u razno raznim slatkim i slanim pitama, a mi vam donosimo recept kako bundevu iskoristiti ‘umjesto peke’. U njoj, naime, u svojoj kućnoj pećnici možete ispeći hobotnicu, piše doktorehitno.hr.

Potrebno vam je:

Jedna oveća okrugla bundeva

Hobotnica čija će veličina ovisiti o zapremini bundeve kada je izdubite

2 dcl maslinovog ulja

2 dcl bijelog vina

3 suha lovorova lista

Sol i papar

Priprema

Ovećoj bundevi odrežete vrh, na način da vam on ostane kao poklopac. Bundevu izdubite tako da vam na kori s unutrašnje strane ostane tri-četiri centimetra njezinog ‘mesa’. Hobotnicu možete prethodno obariti u posoljenoj vodi, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Obarenu je stavite u izdubljenu bundevu, dodate sastojke, poklopite poklopcem kojeg ste odrezali s vrha bundeve i stavite u dublji lim peći u pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Ovisno o veličini bundeve i hobotnice, preporučeno ju je peći od 40 do 50 minuta.

Kada je hobotnica mekana, na način da kroz nju možete probosti vilicu, ona je gotova. Izvadite je iz bundeve, izrežete, a žlicom izdubite meso koje je na kori bundeve ostalo, te servirajte uz sokove koji su ostali nakon pečenja.
