Radi se o predstavnicima renomiranog američkog hotelskog lanca. – Oni su spremni obnoviti hotel u postojećim gabaritima te zadovoljiti standarde kategorije od pet plus zvjezdica. Upoznali smo ih s ograničenjima koja postoje, posebice oko ulice Vlaha Bukovca i granice pomorskog dobra, a oni nas uvjeravaju da s time nemaju nikakve probleme. Dapače, spremni obnoviti onaj javni dio koji je hotel imao i prije pa bi tako vratili butige i restorane na šetnici iznad amfiteatra – istaknuo je Franković dodajući kako su njegovi sugovornici na sastanak stigli pripremljeni uz već izrađene studije o obnovi hotela. Slijede dogovor sa vlasnikom hotela, ruskom milijarderom Viktorom Vekselbergom koji je već najavio mogućnost prodaje hotela nakon neuspjeha realizacije projekta novog, manjeg ali iznimno luksuznijeg hotela kojeg je napravio najpoznatiji dubrovački arhitekt, Marko Dabrović i njegov 3LHD. Radi se o predstavnicima renomiranog američkog hotelskog lanca. – Oni su spremni obnoviti hotel u postojećim gabaritima te zadovoljiti standarde kategorije od pet plus zvjezdica. Upoznali smo ih s ograničenjima koja postoje, posebice oko ulice Vlaha Bukovca i granice pomorskog dobra, a oni nas uvjeravaju da s time nemaju nikakve probleme. Dapače, spremni obnoviti onaj javni dio koji je hotel imao i prije pa bi tako vratili butige i restorane na šetnici iznad amfiteatra – istaknuo je Franković dodajući kako su njegovi sugovornici na sastanak stigli pripremljeni uz već izrađene studije o obnovi hotela.
