- Takve je okolnosti čine izrazito osjetljivom arhitektonskom tipologijom, čija održivost ponajprije ovisi o mogućnostima prihvaćanja spomenutih promjena. Poseban je problem što te promjene još uvijek nisu sustavno znanstveno obrađene, iako određena istraživanja ukazuju na tešku prilagodbu modernističke hotelske izgradnje najvišim kategorijama, ponajprije zbog ograničavajućih konstruktivnih elemenata i vizualnog dojma koji u današnje vrijeme nije luksuzan.



Zadržavanje postojeće strukture hotela Belvedere, izgrađenog prema prvonagrađenom natječajnom rješenju poznatog arhitekta i autora brojnih uspješnica hotelske izgradnje Julija de Luce, uz nužno osuvremenjivanje sadržaja, preoblikovanje, energetsku sanaciju i ozelenjavanje svakako predstavlja jedno od mogućih rješenja. Položaj hotela uz spomenuti višeslojni složeni zahvat, inovativnu organizaciju i prvoklasnu personaliziranu uslugu daje mu mogućnost svrstavanja u vrhunske hotela svijeta. Takav hotel je pozornica za iznimne društvene događaje u zatvorenim i otvorenim prostorima.


Postojeći hotel Belvedere nije nikad dovršen, te je moguće da se navedenim zahvatom (temeljitom obnovom i redizajnom) dovrši i time potpuno uraste u svoju izuzetno vrijednu okolinu. Osim toga, nužno ga je prometno povezati s drugim dijelovima grada i obvezno riješiti pitanje prometa u mirovanju. Time bi bila riješena i prometna izolacija krajnjeg istočnog dijela grada - poručuje Božo Benić predsjednik DAD-a.

- Takve je okolnosti čine izrazito osjetljivom arhitektonskom tipologijom, čija održivost ponajprije ovisi o mogućnostima prihvaćanja spomenutih promjena. Poseban je problem što te promjene još uvijek nisu sustavno znanstveno obrađene, iako određena istraživanja ukazuju na tešku prilagodbu modernističke hotelske izgradnje najvišim kategorijama, ponajprije zbog ograničavajućih konstruktivnih elemenata i vizualnog dojma koji u današnje vrijeme nije luksuzan.



Zadržavanje postojeće strukture hotela Belvedere, izgrađenog prema prvonagrađenom natječajnom rješenju poznatog arhitekta i autora brojnih uspješnica hotelske izgradnje Julija de Luce, uz nužno osuvremenjivanje sadržaja, preoblikovanje, energetsku sanaciju i ozelenjavanje svakako predstavlja jedno od mogućih rješenja. Položaj hotela uz spomenuti višeslojni složeni zahvat, inovativnu organizaciju i prvoklasnu personaliziranu uslugu daje mu mogućnost svrstavanja u vrhunske hotela svijeta. Takav hotel je pozornica za iznimne društvene događaje u zatvorenim i otvorenim prostorima.


Postojeći hotel Belvedere nije nikad dovršen, te je moguće da se navedenim zahvatom (temeljitom obnovom i redizajnom) dovrši i time potpuno uraste u svoju izuzetno vrijednu okolinu. Osim toga, nužno ga je prometno povezati s drugim dijelovima grada i obvezno riješiti pitanje prometa u mirovanju. Time bi bila riješena i prometna izolacija krajnjeg istočnog dijela grada - poručuje Božo Benić predsjednik DAD-a.

Predsjednik Društva arhitekata Dubrovnik, Božo Benić komentirajući mogućnost obnove posljednjeg niz rata neobnovljenog hotela u Dubrovniku, Belvederea, ističe kako je hotelska izgradnja trajno izložena periodičkim prilagodbama koje s jedne strane uvjetuju dinamičke promjene turističkih trendova, a s druge kontinuirano osuvremenjivanje tehničkih standarda i propisa.

- Takve je okolnosti čine izrazito osjetljivom arhitektonskom tipologijom, čija održivost ponajprije ovisi o mogućnostima prihvaćanja spomenutih promjena. Poseban je problem što te promjene još uvijek nisu sustavno znanstveno obrađene, iako određena istraživanja ukazuju na tešku prilagodbu modernističke hotelske izgradnje najvišim kategorijama, ponajprije zbog ograničavajućih konstruktivnih elemenata i vizualnog dojma koji u današnje vrijeme nije luksuzan.



Zadržavanje postojeće strukture hotela Belvedere, izgrađenog prema prvonagrađenom natječajnom rješenju poznatog arhitekta i autora brojnih uspješnica hotelske izgradnje Julija de Luce, uz nužno osuvremenjivanje sadržaja, preoblikovanje, energetsku sanaciju i ozelenjavanje svakako predstavlja jedno od mogućih rješenja. Položaj hotela uz spomenuti višeslojni složeni zahvat, inovativnu organizaciju i prvoklasnu personaliziranu uslugu daje mu mogućnost svrstavanja u vrhunske hotela svijeta. Takav hotel je pozornica za iznimne društvene događaje u zatvorenim i otvorenim prostorima.


Postojeći hotel Belvedere nije nikad dovršen, te je moguće da se navedenim zahvatom (temeljitom obnovom i redizajnom) dovrši i time potpuno uraste u svoju izuzetno vrijednu okolinu. Osim toga, nužno ga je prometno povezati s drugim dijelovima grada i obvezno riješiti pitanje prometa u mirovanju. Time bi bila riješena i prometna izolacija krajnjeg istočnog dijela grada - poručuje Božo Benić predsjednik DAD-a.
