Zadarski Black Coffee je u 26 godina svog postojanja često posezao za hrvatskim pop standardima, primjerice 1996. Gibonnijevom "Lipa moja", 2003. Runjićevom "Ništa nova", 2011. Huljićevom "Ljube", a sada i u suradnji s legendarnom Zdenkom Kovačiček u obradi bezvremenske pjesme Miljenka Prohaske "Zbog jedne melodije davne", premijerno izvedene na Opatijskom festivalu davne 1970. godine.

- Glas Martine Thomas i dio teksta otpjevan na engleskom jeziku izvrsno dočarava bezvremenost ove kompozicije i dokaz je da naše kompozicije mogu stajati uz bok sa vrhunskim svjetskim evergreenima- izjavio je Renato Švorinić, član Black Coffee.

Black Coffee je u svom osebujnom stilu pjesmu prearanžirao u smooth jazz stilu, a singl je ujedno i najava za njihov 13. po redu album, koji bi svijetlo dana trebao dočekati na jesen 2019.

- Poslušala sam pjesmu i super mi zvuči. Ja čujem jednu potpuno novu verziju pjesme koju sam pjevala više od 40 godina. Imam osjećaj kao da je napisana sada upravo za dva naša vokala. Martina joj daje svježu boju i optimizam, a moj glas joj daje malo patnje i nostalgiju za nečim što je prošlo. Vrlo profinjeno i moderno - rekla je legendarna Zdenka Kovačiček.

Zadarski Black Coffee je u 26 godina svog postojanja često posezao za hrvatskim pop standardima, primjerice 1996. Gibonnijevom "Lipa moja", 2003. Runjićevom "Ništa nova", 2011. Huljićevom "Ljube", a sada i u suradnji s legendarnom Zdenkom Kovačiček u obradi bezvremenske pjesme Miljenka Prohaske "Zbog jedne melodije davne", premijerno izvedene na Opatijskom festivalu davne 1970. godine.

- Glas Martine Thomas i dio teksta otpjevan na engleskom jeziku izvrsno dočarava bezvremenost ove kompozicije i dokaz je da naše kompozicije mogu stajati uz bok sa vrhunskim svjetskim evergreenima- izjavio je Renato Švorinić, član Black Coffee.

Black Coffee je u svom osebujnom stilu pjesmu prearanžirao u smooth jazz stilu, a singl je ujedno i najava za njihov 13. po redu album, koji bi svijetlo dana trebao dočekati na jesen 2019.

- Poslušala sam pjesmu i super mi zvuči. Ja čujem jednu potpuno novu verziju pjesme koju sam pjevala više od 40 godina. Imam osjećaj kao da je napisana sada upravo za dva naša vokala. Martina joj daje svježu boju i optimizam, a moj glas joj daje malo patnje i nostalgiju za nečim što je prošlo. Vrlo profinjeno i moderno - rekla je legendarna Zdenka Kovačiček.
