Tvrtka Tifon u 2023. stavila je još veći fokus na povećanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika i odlučila dodatno poboljšati uvjete rada u kompaniji. Potpisivanjem novog kolektivnog ugovora, koji je stupio na snagu 1. travnja, definirane su brojne materijalne prednosti za zaposlenike, a najznačajniji je porast mjesečnih primanja zaposlenika od 11 do 16 %.

Povodom finaliziranja kolektivnih pregovora Tifona i predstavnika sindikata, predsjednik Uprave Tifona g. Siniša Komnenović je izjavio:

„Naša poslovna strategija usmjerena je primarno na pružanje premium usluge krajnjim korisnicima, što je moguće samo zahvaljujući našim zaposlenicima. Kontinuirano radimo na osiguravanju najboljih radnih uvjeta za sve naše zaposlenike, jer su oni ključ uspjeha naše kompanije i temelj naših korporativnih vrijednosti. Iznimno me raduje što smo prosječna mjesečna neto primanja zaposlenika povećali u rasponu od 11 do 16%, a tu su i brojne druge prednosti koje novi ugovor donosi. Smatram da ćemo time adekvatno nagraditi lojalnost i zalaganje naših zaposlenika te pridonijeti još većem zadovoljstvu rada u Tifonu, u ovoj izazovnoj gospodarskoj situaciji u kojoj se cijeli svijet nalazi, ali i povećanju životnog standarda naših zaposlenika.“

Zaposlenici Tifona ostvarit će i druge pogodnosti koje su ili povećane u odnosu na prethodne ili novo uvedene. Uvedena je naknada za rad subotom od 15 %, a svim će se zaposlenicima isplaćivati mjesečna naknada za topli obrok u iznosu od 66,36 eura (500 kuna). Povodom Uskrsa, tijekom travnja svi će zaposlenici dobiti dar u naravi u vrijednosti od 132,72 eura (1000 kuna), povećani su iznosi i regresa i božićnice na 331,80 eura (2500 kuna), a za dijete do 15 godina starosti zaposlenicima će se isplatiti dar u iznosu od 132,72 eura (1000 kuna). Uz sve navedeno, materijalne pogodnosti koje će djelatnici značajno osjetiti vidljivi su i u ostalim segmentima – povećane su jubilarne novčane nagrade za zaposlenike, dok potpora za rođenje djeteta i otpremnina za odlazak u mirovinu rastu preko 100%. Uz sve to, zaposlenici će imati mogućnost ostvariti i mjesečni dodatak za učinkovitost, koji će se isplaćivati u neto iznosu do 83 eura (625 kuna).

Novi kolektivni ugovor s nizom vrijednih pogodnosti pokazuje da Tifon, vodeći brend premium benzinskih postaja u Hrvatskoj, osluškujući globalna ekonomska kretanja, nastavlja brinuti o dobrobiti svojih zaposlenika i opravdavati njihovo povjerenje, zbog čega je i ranije prepoznat i nagrađen certifikatom Poslodavac Partner. Završetak kolektivnih pregovora koji je zaposlenicima Tifona osigurao brojne prednosti pozitivno će utjecati i na pozicioniranje Tifona kao atraktivnog poslodavca u Hrvatskoj i kod budućih zaposlenika.

Tvrtka Tifon u 2023. stavila je još veći fokus na povećanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika i odlučila dodatno poboljšati uvjete rada u kompaniji. Potpisivanjem novog kolektivnog ugovora, koji je stupio na snagu 1. travnja, definirane su brojne materijalne prednosti za zaposlenike, a najznačajniji je porast mjesečnih primanja zaposlenika od 11 do 16 %.

Povodom finaliziranja kolektivnih pregovora Tifona i predstavnika sindikata, predsjednik Uprave Tifona g. Siniša Komnenović je izjavio:

„Naša poslovna strategija usmjerena je primarno na pružanje premium usluge krajnjim korisnicima, što je moguće samo zahvaljujući našim zaposlenicima. Kontinuirano radimo na osiguravanju najboljih radnih uvjeta za sve naše zaposlenike, jer su oni ključ uspjeha naše kompanije i temelj naših korporativnih vrijednosti. Iznimno me raduje što smo prosječna mjesečna neto primanja zaposlenika povećali u rasponu od 11 do 16%, a tu su i brojne druge prednosti koje novi ugovor donosi. Smatram da ćemo time adekvatno nagraditi lojalnost i zalaganje naših zaposlenika te pridonijeti još većem zadovoljstvu rada u Tifonu, u ovoj izazovnoj gospodarskoj situaciji u kojoj se cijeli svijet nalazi, ali i povećanju životnog standarda naših zaposlenika.“

Uvedena je naknada za rad subotom od 15 %, a svim će se zaposlenicima isplaćivati mjesečna naknada za topli obrok u iznosu od 66,36 eura (500 kuna). Povodom Uskrsa, tijekom travnja svi će zaposlenici dobiti dar u naravi u vrijednosti od 132,72 eura (1000 kuna), povećani su iznosi i regresa i božićnice na 331,80 eura (2500 kuna), a za dijete do 15 godina starosti zaposlenicima će se isplatiti dar u iznosu od 132,72 eura (1000 kuna). Uz sve navedeno, materijalne pogodnosti koje će djelatnici značajno osjetiti vidljivi su i u ostalim segmentima – povećane su jubilarne novčane nagrade za zaposlenike, dok potpora za rođenje djeteta i otpremnina za odlazak u mirovinu rastu preko 100%. Uz sve to, zaposlenici će imati mogućnost ostvariti i mjesečni dodatak za učinkovitost, koji će se isplaćivati u neto iznosu do 83 eura (625 kuna).

Tvrtka Tifon u 2023. stavila je još veći fokus na povećanje zadovoljstva zaposlenika i odlučila dodatno poboljšati uvjete rada u kompaniji. Potpisivanjem novog kolektivnog ugovora, koji je stupio na snagu 1. travnja, definirane su brojne materijalne prednosti za zaposlenike, a najznačajniji je porast mjesečnih primanja zaposlenika od 11 do 16 %.

Povodom finaliziranja kolektivnih pregovora Tifona i predstavnika sindikata, predsjednik Uprave Tifona g. Siniša Komnenović je izjavio:

„Naša poslovna strategija usmjerena je primarno na pružanje premium usluge krajnjim korisnicima, što je moguće samo zahvaljujući našim zaposlenicima. Kontinuirano radimo na osiguravanju najboljih radnih uvjeta za sve naše zaposlenike, jer su oni ključ uspjeha naše kompanije i temelj naših korporativnih vrijednosti. Iznimno me raduje što smo prosječna mjesečna neto primanja zaposlenika povećali u rasponu od 11 do 16%, a tu su i brojne druge prednosti koje novi ugovor donosi.
