Danas se baš veselim ručku, a na jelovniku nemam uistinu ništa posebno. Ostatku obitelji pripremit ću nešto konkretno, no ja ću samo krumpir i salatu. Zašto bi vas bilo briga za to? Zato što ću vam u nastavku dati recept za krumpir, jer ovo je nešto najbolje što sam s njim ikad napravila.

A napravila sam to (jučer) sasvim slučajno, pobrkavši dva recepta. Namjera mi je bila iskušati jedan s New York Timesovog Instagrama, gledam ga već dobra dva tjedna.

No, kako nisam imala baš dobre nego samo neke 'meh' krumpire, stajao je na čekanju. Uvjerena da ga već znam napamet, nisam ga provjerila pa sam ga pobrkala s jednim drugim. I baš dobro da jesam jer rezultat me toliko oduševio da ću ga danas ponoviti.

Neću vas više gnjaviti, evo recepta i nadam se da ćete uživati bar kao ja.

Savršeno (ali baš savršeno) pečeni krumpir

5-6 srednje velikih krumpira

polovica limuna

maslinovo ulje

ružmarin

sol

Upalite pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Krumpire ogulite i narežite kako vam je drago. Kratko ih prokuhajte u posoljenoj vodi, 4-5 minuta, da tek malo omekšaju. Procijedite, a dio vode, oko 1 decilitar, sačuvajte. Dok su još u cjedilu, protresite ih, što više, to bolje, jer cilj je da im površina postane oštećena i hrapava. Kušajte koliko su slani.

Stavite ih u posudu za pečenje, ubacite onaj decilitar vode, dodajte sol ako je potrebno.

Iscijedite polovicu limuna i dodajte sok. Limun će okusu dati posebnu dimenziju i nipošto ga nemojte izostaviti iz recepta. Ubacite listiće ružmarina. Njih možete izostaviti ili zamijeniti timijanom.

Sve dobro promiješajte, pripazite da su krumpiri u ravnomjernom sloju i stavite peći. Pecite dok ne iznutra ne omekšaju, a iz vani ne postanu hrskavi.

Danas se baš veselim ručku, a na jelovniku nemam uistinu ništa posebno. Ostatku obitelji pripremit ću nešto konkretno, no ja ću samo krumpir i salatu. Zašto bi vas bilo briga za to? Zato što ću vam u nastavku dati recept za krumpir, jer ovo je nešto najbolje što sam s njim ikad napravila.

A napravila sam to (jučer) sasvim slučajno, pobrkavši dva recepta. Namjera mi je bila iskušati jedan s New York Timesovog Instagrama, gledam ga već dobra dva tjedna.

No, kako nisam imala baš dobre nego samo neke 'meh' krumpire, stajao je na čekanju. Uvjerena da ga već znam napamet, nisam ga provjerila pa sam ga pobrkala s jednim drugim. I baš dobro da jesam jer rezultat me toliko oduševio da ću ga danas ponoviti.

Neću vas više gnjaviti, evo recepta i nadam se da ćete uživati bar kao ja.

Savršeno (ali baš savršeno) pečeni krumpir

5-6 srednje velikih krumpira

polovica limuna

maslinovo ulje

ružmarin

sol

Upalite pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Krumpire ogulite i narežite kako vam je drago. Kratko ih prokuhajte u posoljenoj vodi, 4-5 minuta, da tek malo omekšaju. Procijedite, a dio vode, oko 1 decilitar, sačuvajte. Dok su još u cjedilu, protresite ih, što više, to bolje, jer cilj je da im površina postane oštećena i hrapava. Kušajte koliko su slani.

Stavite ih u posudu za pečenje, ubacite onaj decilitar vode, dodajte sol ako je potrebno.

Iscijedite polovicu limuna i dodajte sok. Limun će okusu dati posebnu dimenziju i nipošto ga nemojte izostaviti iz recepta. Ubacite listiće ružmarina. Njih možete izostaviti ili zamijeniti timijanom.

Sve dobro promiješajte, pripazite da su krumpiri u ravnomjernom sloju i stavite peći. Pecite dok ne iznutra ne omekšaju, a iz vani ne postanu hrskavi.

Danas se baš veselim ručku, a na jelovniku nemam uistinu ništa posebno. Ostatku obitelji pripremit ću nešto konkretno, no ja ću samo krumpir i salatu. Zašto bi vas bilo briga za to? Zato što ću vam u nastavku dati recept za krumpir, jer ovo je nešto najbolje što sam s njim ikad napravila.

A napravila sam to (jučer) sasvim slučajno, pobrkavši dva recepta. Namjera mi je bila iskušati jedan s New York Timesovog Instagrama, gledam ga već dobra dva tjedna.

No, kako nisam imala baš dobre nego samo neke 'meh' krumpire, stajao je na čekanju. Uvjerena da ga već znam napamet, nisam ga provjerila pa sam ga pobrkala s jednim drugim. I baš dobro da jesam jer rezultat me toliko oduševio da ću ga danas ponoviti.

Neću vas više gnjaviti, evo recepta i nadam se da ćete uživati bar kao ja.

Savršeno (ali baš savršeno) pečeni krumpir

5-6 srednje velikih krumpira

polovica limuna

maslinovo ulje

ružmarin

sol

Upalite pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Krumpire ogulite i narežite kako vam je drago. Kratko ih prokuhajte u posoljenoj vodi, 4-5 minuta, da tek malo omekšaju. Procijedite, a dio vode, oko 1 decilitar, sačuvajte. Dok su još u cjedilu, protresite ih, što više, to bolje, jer cilj je da im površina postane oštećena i hrapava. Kušajte koliko su slani.

Stavite ih u posudu za pečenje, ubacite onaj decilitar vode, dodajte sol ako je potrebno.

Iscijedite polovicu limuna i dodajte sok. Limun će okusu dati posebnu dimenziju i nipošto ga nemojte izostaviti iz recepta. Ubacite listiće ružmarina. Njih možete izostaviti ili zamijeniti timijanom.

Sve dobro promiješajte, pripazite da su krumpiri u ravnomjernom sloju i stavite peći. Pecite dok ne iznutra ne omekšaju, a iz vani ne postanu hrskavi.
