Pučka pravobraniteljica Tena Šimonović Einwalter poslala je priopćenje medijima u kojem ističe kako osuđuje kampiranje Dražena Keleminca u Srbu i prateće događaje, te ističe kako traži jasniju zakonsku zabranu ustaških simbola i i znakovlja - prenosi Jutarnji.hr koji priopćenje prenosi u cijelosti:

'I ove godine 27. srpnja Srpsko narodno vijeće (SNV) organizira komemorativni skup u Srbu, a već godinama tada u Srb dolazi i Dražen Keleminec, čelnik Autohtone – Hrvatske stranke prava (A-HSP), u javnosti poznat po postrojavanju pripadnika svoje stranke u crnim odorama, kao i uzvikivanju pokliča „Za dom spremni“ i salutiranja ustaškim pozdravom, za što je i prekršajno osuđivan.

Ove je godine Keleminec s nekoliko svojih sljedbenika u Srb došao nekoliko dana prije održavanja komemorativnog skupa, a njihov boravak obilježilo je više incidenata, koji su rezultirali prekršajnim postupcima, kako protiv Keleminca, tako i protiv nekoliko mještana Srba. Vlastite izjave, ali i neke incidentne situacije, sam je Keleminec snimio i objavio na internetu, a neki prateći komentari sadrže eksplicitne poruke mržnje i/ili ustaški pozdrav.

SNV je 26. srpnja reagirao konferencijom za medije, na kojoj je navedeno kako su Keleminec i njegove pristaše u središtu Srba postavili kamp kućicu na kojoj su bili izvješeni ustaški simboli, uz otvoreno provociranje mještana Srba. Nezadovoljstvo su iskazali zbog postupanja policije, koja, naveli su, nije poduzela ništa protiv organizatora tih provokacija, no istodobno je zbog negodovanja koje su iskazali protiv Keleminca i njegovih pristaša, privela nekoliko mladića srpske nacionalnosti. Između ostaloga, čelnici SNV-a naveli su i da sudovi ne reagiraju pravovremeno na prijave koje su protiv njega podnijeli, odnosno da je po prijavi iz 2015. godine prvo ročište održano tek nedavno.

Istoga dana, 26. srpnja, policija je, nakon što su se oglušili o naredbu da se raziđu s mjesta na kojem su boravili s kamper vozilom, uporabom sredstava prisile Keleminca i još četiri osobe dovela u policijske prostorije, protiv njih podnijela optužne prijedloge zbog prekršaja protiv javnog reda i mira te ih i prepratila iz Srba. Prema navodima u medijima, policija je još 23. srpnja prijavila Keleminca zbog remećenja javnog reda i mira i zatražila mjeru opreza udaljenja iz Srba, no sud ovu mjeru nije odredio.

S obzirom na navode iznijete na konferenciji SNV-a o isticanju ustaških simbola, pučka će pravobraniteljica od Ravnateljstva policije zatražiti očitovanje o utvrđenim okolnostima i poduzetim mjerama, te po potrebi ispitati okolnosti nastavno na navode o dugotrajnosti i tijeku sudskog postupka iniciranog 2015. godine radi sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela javnog pozivanja na nasilje i mržnju.

Dodatno, još jednom ukazujemo kako postojeće zakonodavstvo sadržava mehanizme za kažnjavanje javne upotrebe obilježja mržnje, no s obzirom na neujednačenost sudske prakse, ali i jasne stavove Ustavnog suda o neprihvatljivosti simbola te karaktera NDH, kao negacije temeljnih vrednota ustavnog poretka RH, te vodeći se načelima pravne sigurnosti, izvjesnosti i predvidljivosti, smatramo kako je potrebno jasnije normativno regulirati neprihvatljivu javnu uporabu obilježja mržnje.

S tim u vezi, podržavamo inicijativu predstavnika naroda stradalih od ustaškog režima za eksplicitnom zabranom upotrebe ustaškog znakovlja, među kojima i pokliča „Za dom spremni“.'

Pučka pravobraniteljica Tena Šimonović Einwalter poslala je priopćenje medijima u kojem ističe kako osuđuje kampiranje Dražena Keleminca u Srbu i prateće događaje, te ističe kako traži jasniju zakonsku zabranu ustaških simbola i i znakovlja - prenosi Jutarnji.hr koji priopćenje prenosi u cijelosti:

'I ove godine 27. srpnja Srpsko narodno vijeće (SNV) organizira komemorativni skup u Srbu, a već godinama tada u Srb dolazi i Dražen Keleminec, čelnik Autohtone – Hrvatske stranke prava (A-HSP), u javnosti poznat po postrojavanju pripadnika svoje stranke u crnim odorama, kao i uzvikivanju pokliča „Za dom spremni“ i salutiranja ustaškim pozdravom, za što je i prekršajno osuđivan.

Ove je godine Keleminec s nekoliko svojih sljedbenika u Srb došao nekoliko dana prije održavanja komemorativnog skupa, a njihov boravak obilježilo je više incidenata, koji su rezultirali prekršajnim postupcima, kako protiv Keleminca, tako i protiv nekoliko mještana Srba. Vlastite izjave, ali i neke incidentne situacije, sam je Keleminec snimio i objavio na internetu, a neki prateći komentari sadrže eksplicitne poruke mržnje i/ili ustaški pozdrav.

SNV je 26. srpnja reagirao konferencijom za medije, na kojoj je navedeno kako su Keleminec i njegove pristaše u središtu Srba postavili kamp kućicu na kojoj su bili izvješeni ustaški simboli, uz otvoreno provociranje mještana Srba. Nezadovoljstvo su iskazali zbog postupanja policije, koja, naveli su, nije poduzela ništa protiv organizatora tih provokacija, no istodobno je zbog negodovanja koje su iskazali protiv Keleminca i njegovih pristaša, privela nekoliko mladića srpske nacionalnosti. Između ostaloga, čelnici SNV-a naveli su i da sudovi ne reagiraju pravovremeno na prijave koje su protiv njega podnijeli, odnosno da je po prijavi iz 2015. godine prvo ročište održano tek nedavno.

Istoga dana, 26. srpnja, policija je, nakon što su se oglušili o naredbu da se raziđu s mjesta na kojem su boravili s kamper vozilom, uporabom sredstava prisile Keleminca i još četiri osobe dovela u policijske prostorije, protiv njih podnijela optužne prijedloge zbog prekršaja protiv javnog reda i mira te ih i prepratila iz Srba. Prema navodima u medijima, policija je još 23. srpnja prijavila Keleminca zbog remećenja javnog reda i mira i zatražila mjeru opreza udaljenja iz Srba, no sud ovu mjeru nije odredio.

S obzirom na navode iznijete na konferenciji SNV-a o isticanju ustaških simbola, pučka će pravobraniteljica od Ravnateljstva policije zatražiti očitovanje o utvrđenim okolnostima i poduzetim mjerama, te po potrebi ispitati okolnosti nastavno na navode o dugotrajnosti i tijeku sudskog postupka iniciranog 2015. godine radi sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela javnog pozivanja na nasilje i mržnju.

Dodatno, još jednom ukazujemo kako postojeće zakonodavstvo sadržava mehanizme za kažnjavanje javne upotrebe obilježja mržnje, no s obzirom na neujednačenost sudske prakse, ali i jasne stavove Ustavnog suda o neprihvatljivosti simbola te karaktera NDH, kao negacije temeljnih vrednota ustavnog poretka RH, te vodeći se načelima pravne sigurnosti, izvjesnosti i predvidljivosti, smatramo kako je potrebno jasnije normativno regulirati neprihvatljivu javnu uporabu obilježja mržnje.

S tim u vezi, podržavamo inicijativu predstavnika naroda stradalih od ustaškog režima za eksplicitnom zabranom upotrebe ustaškog znakovlja, među kojima i pokliča „Za dom spremni“.'

Pučka pravobraniteljica o incidentu u Srbu: Ustaško znakovlje i ZDS treba eksplicitno zabraniti!

Pučka pravobraniteljica Tena Šimonović Einwalter poslala je priopćenje medijima u kojem ističe kako osuđuje kampiranje Dražena Keleminca u Srbu i prateće događaje, te ističe kako traži jasniju zakonsku zabranu ustaških simbola i i znakovlja - prenosi Jutarnji.hr koji priopćenje prenosi u cijelosti:

'I ove godine 27. srpnja Srpsko narodno vijeće (SNV) organizira komemorativni skup u Srbu, a već godinama tada u Srb dolazi i Dražen Keleminec, čelnik Autohtone – Hrvatske stranke prava (A-HSP), u javnosti poznat po postrojavanju pripadnika svoje stranke u crnim odorama, kao i uzvikivanju pokliča „Za dom spremni“ i salutiranja ustaškim pozdravom, za što je i prekršajno osuđivan.

Ove je godine Keleminec s nekoliko svojih sljedbenika u Srb došao nekoliko dana prije održavanja komemorativnog skupa, a njihov boravak obilježilo je više incidenata, koji su rezultirali prekršajnim postupcima, kako protiv Keleminca, tako i protiv nekoliko mještana Srba. Vlastite izjave, ali i neke incidentne situacije, sam je Keleminec snimio i objavio na internetu, a neki prateći komentari sadrže eksplicitne poruke mržnje i/ili ustaški pozdrav.

SNV je 26. srpnja reagirao konferencijom za medije, na kojoj je navedeno kako su Keleminec i njegove pristaše u središtu Srba postavili kamp kućicu na kojoj su bili izvješeni ustaški simboli, uz otvoreno provociranje mještana Srba. Nezadovoljstvo su iskazali zbog postupanja policije, koja, naveli su, nije poduzela ništa protiv organizatora tih provokacija, no istodobno je zbog negodovanja koje su iskazali protiv Keleminca i njegovih pristaša, privela nekoliko mladića srpske nacionalnosti. Između ostaloga, čelnici SNV-a naveli su i da sudovi ne reagiraju pravovremeno na prijave koje su protiv njega podnijeli, odnosno da je po prijavi iz 2015. godine prvo ročište održano tek nedavno.
