Podaci oglasnika Crozilla.com pokazali su kako su tijekom lipnja prosječne tražene cijene kuća na Jadranu najveći pad zabilježile u Dubrovniku, ali su unatoč tome i dalje ostale više no u drugim gradovima. Podaci oglasnika Crozilla.com pokazuju kako su cijene tamošnjih kuća pale za 2,8 posto, a cijena „kvadrata“, s uključenom cijenom okućnice, je iznosila 4020 eura.

U Poreču su prosječne tražene cijene četvornog metra kuće tijekom lipnja iznosile 1785 eura, što predstavlja blagi mjesečni pad od tek 0,1 posto. U istom je postotku porasla prosječna cijena kuća u Zadru te se za jedan kvadratni metar u tom gradu u prosjeku tražilo 1600 eura.

Najveći porast cijena kuća na moru zabilježen je u Šibeniku gdje je „kvadrat“ poskupio za 3,1 posto, te se popeo na 1412 eura.

U Senju su cijene kuća na mjesečnoj razini porasle za 1,7 posto, u Rijeci za 0,7 posto, a u oba je grada prosječna tražena cijena metra kvadratnog iznosila 1224 eura. Porast je zabilježen i u Puli gdje se za jedan četvorni metar u  prosjeku tražilo 1,4 posto više nego mjesec ranije, 1349 eura. Cijena „kvadrata“ kuće s uključenom cijenom okućnice, prema podacima oglasnika Crozilla.com, tijekom lipnja je u Splitu porasla za 1,3 posto te je iznosila 1997 eura.

Cijene kuća 17 posto niže od cijena stanova

Prosječne tražene cijene kuća, tijekom lipnja su, prema podacima oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com, bile oko 17 posto niže od cijena stanova.

Najveća je razlika zabilježena u Opatiji gdje je cijena stana bila viša od cijene kuća za 618 eura po metru kvadratnom.Velika je razlika zabilježena i u Zagrebu gdje su stanovi također bili skuplji no kuće, a razlika u cijenama „kvadrata“ je iznosila 451 euro.

Senj, Poreč i Dubrovnik, prema podacima oglasnika Crozilla.com jedini su gradovi u kojima su tijekom lipnja kuće bile nešto skuplje nego stanovi. U Senju je razlika u cijenama „kvadrata“ iznosila 19 eura, u Poreču 61 euro, a u Dubrovniku 145 eura.

Podaci oglasnika Crozilla.com pokazali su kako su tijekom lipnja prosječne tražene cijene kuća na Jadranu najveći pad zabilježile u Dubrovniku, ali su unatoč tome i dalje ostale više no u drugim gradovima. Podaci oglasnika Crozilla.com pokazuju kako su cijene tamošnjih kuća pale za 2,8 posto, a cijena „kvadrata“, s uključenom cijenom okućnice, je iznosila 4020 eura.

U Poreču su prosječne tražene cijene četvornog metra kuće tijekom lipnja iznosile 1785 eura, što predstavlja blagi mjesečni pad od tek 0,1 posto. U istom je postotku porasla prosječna cijena kuća u Zadru te se za jedan kvadratni metar u tom gradu u prosjeku tražilo 1600 eura.

Najveći porast cijena kuća na moru zabilježen je u Šibeniku gdje je „kvadrat“ poskupio za 3,1 posto, te se popeo na 1412 eura.

U Senju su cijene kuća na mjesečnoj razini porasle za 1,7 posto, u Rijeci za 0,7 posto, a u oba je grada prosječna tražena cijena metra kvadratnog iznosila 1224 eura. Porast je zabilježen i u Puli gdje se za jedan četvorni metar u  prosjeku tražilo 1,4 posto više nego mjesec ranije, 1349 eura. Cijena „kvadrata“ kuće s uključenom cijenom okućnice, prema podacima oglasnika Crozilla.com, tijekom lipnja je u Splitu porasla za 1,3 posto te je iznosila 1997 eura.

Cijene kuća 17 posto niže od cijena stanova

Prosječne tražene cijene kuća, tijekom lipnja su, prema podacima oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com, bile oko 17 posto niže od cijena stanova.

Najveća je razlika zabilježena u Opatiji gdje je cijena stana bila viša od cijene kuća za 618 eura po metru kvadratnom.Velika je razlika zabilježena i u Zagrebu gdje su stanovi također bili skuplji no kuće, a razlika u cijenama „kvadrata“ je iznosila 451 euro.

Senj, Poreč i Dubrovnik, prema podacima oglasnika Crozilla.com jedini su gradovi u kojima su tijekom lipnja kuće bile nešto skuplje nego stanovi. U Senju je razlika u cijenama „kvadrata“ iznosila 19 eura, u Poreču 61 euro, a u Dubrovniku 145 eura.
