Hrvatska se u Zagrebu sprema na novoj lokaciji, u Agram Clubu na Radničkoj cesti, gdje je izolirana i ima vrhunske uvjete. U četvrtak su na posljednjih pola sata treninga pušteni i novinari. Od onoga što moglo vidjeti jest da je Josip Sesar uigravao petorku u kojoj je Goran Filipović bio na playu, Jaleen Smith na combu, Mario Hezonja na krilu, dok su dvije visoke pozicije rezervirane bile za Darija Šarića i Ivicu Zupca. Je li to startna petorka ili će tu biti promjena nećemo znati do nedjelje i podbacivanja kontra Belgije u Istanbulu.

 - Sve dosadašnje zajedničke treninge iskoristili smo kako bismo što prije u sustav uklopili četiri igrača koji su nam se naknadno priključili, dakle Darija Šarića, Marija Hezonju, Ivicu Zupca i Jaleena Smitha. Igrači su kroz sezonu bili u svojim sustavima i sada sve to uklopiti da funkcionira zajedno, od pravovremenog tajminga i spejsinga u igri. Trebalo je postaviti i principe u obrani, jer jedna će obrana igrati kad je na petici Ivica Zubac, a druga kad je tu Dario Šarić. Postavljali smo i neke alternativne obrane. Puno je nekih taktičkih opcija koje trebaju profunkcionirati i igrači trebaju što prije postati momčad. Posjedujemo ekstra individualno kvalitetu u četiri pridošla igrača, ali ako ne budemo momčad, teško ćemo išta napraviti. Ako budemo istrčali u Istanbulu kao momčad, ako budemo igrali jedan za drugoga, onda se imamo pravo nadati. Nije floskula, lijepo je vidjeti sve te igrače, ali ako bude bilo tko od njih igrao jedan na pet, možda ćemo jednu utakmicu dobiti, ali u kontinuitetu to neće biti dovoljno.

Kako je sve to skupa djelovala do sada na treninzima?

- Kroz treninge smo dobro radili, ali treninzi su kontrolirali uvjeti. Vidim da su igrači povezani, ne samo na terenu, nego i izvan njega. odlaze zajedno na kave, ručkove, zajedno gledaju utakmice, kao grupa su kliki. Ali, takvi moraju biti i na terenu kad krenu utakmice.

Sesar je dao i primjer.

- Momčad koja je bila skupa od 5. srpnja je kliknula kao momčad, kliknula je i van terena i na terenu. Četiri igrača koja su došla naknadno su sjajno prihvaćeni od tog dijela momčadi koja je od prvog dana ovdje, a i njih četvorica su sjajno prihvatili taj dio momčadi. Evo, Dario je rekao da vodi cijelu momčad na ručak i svi su otišli, nitko nije propustio. Ali, samo će utakmice reći jesmo li ili nismo momčad.

Toni Perković je u Francuskoj, otišao je u četvrtak obaviti privatnu obvezu i stići će u petak direktno u Istanbul. No, još je Sesarov zadatak prekrižiti jednog igrača, ostaviti ga u Zagrebu...

- U petak ću donijeti odluku, znam već u kojem smjeru razmišljam, ali pričekajmo do petka.

Može li riječ, dvije o protivnicima? Otvaramo s Belgijom u nedjelju...

- Belgija je u slaganju, imaju nove igrače. Dario Gjergja je u top pet najboljih hrvatskih trenera, čovjek je to koji ima sjajnu karijeru i sigurno poznaje naš mentalitet i način na koji naši igrači igraju. Tu je u nekoj maloj prednosti što se tiče same utakmice, Međutim, mi skautiramo njihove igrače, gledamo individualne karakteristike, gledamo kako napadaju, kako igraju obranu i pokušat ćemo se najbolje pripremiti za tu utakmicu - završio je Josip Sesar.

Hrvatska se u Zagrebu sprema na novoj lokaciji, u Agram Clubu na Radničkoj cesti, gdje je izolirana i ima vrhunske uvjete. U četvrtak su na posljednjih pola sata treninga pušteni i novinari. Od onoga što moglo vidjeti jest da je Josip Sesar uigravao petorku u kojoj je Goran Filipović bio na playu, Jaleen Smith na combu, Mario Hezonja na krilu, dok su dvije visoke pozicije rezervirane bile za Darija Šarića i Ivicu Zupca. Je li to startna petorka ili će tu biti promjena nećemo znati do nedjelje i podbacivanja kontra Belgije u Istanbulu.

 - Sve dosadašnje zajedničke treninge iskoristili smo kako bismo što prije u sustav uklopili četiri igrača koji su nam se naknadno priključili, dakle Darija Šarića, Marija Hezonju, Ivicu Zupca i Jaleena Smitha. Igrači su kroz sezonu bili u svojim sustavima i sada sve to uklopiti da funkcionira zajedno, od pravovremenog tajminga i spejsinga u igri. Trebalo je postaviti i principe u obrani, jer jedna će obrana igrati kad je na petici Ivica Zubac, a druga kad je tu Dario Šarić. Postavljali smo i neke alternativne obrane. Puno je nekih taktičkih opcija koje trebaju profunkcionirati i igrači trebaju što prije postati momčad. Posjedujemo ekstra individualno kvalitetu u četiri pridošla igrača, ali ako ne budemo momčad, teško ćemo išta napraviti. Ako budemo istrčali u Istanbulu kao momčad, ako budemo igrali jedan za drugoga, onda se imamo pravo nadati. Nije floskula, lijepo je vidjeti sve te igrače, ali ako bude bilo tko od njih igrao jedan na pet, možda ćemo jednu utakmicu dobiti, ali u kontinuitetu to neće biti dovoljno.

Kako je sve to skupa djelovala do sada na treninzima?

- Kroz treninge smo dobro radili, ali treninzi su kontrolirali uvjeti. Vidim da su igrači povezani, ne samo na terenu, nego i izvan njega. odlaze zajedno na kave, ručkove, zajedno gledaju utakmice, kao grupa su kliki. Ali, takvi moraju biti i na terenu kad krenu utakmice.

Sesar je dao i primjer.

- Momčad koja je bila skupa od 5. srpnja je kliknula kao momčad, kliknula je i van terena i na terenu. Četiri igrača koja su došla naknadno su sjajno prihvaćeni od tog dijela momčadi koja je od prvog dana ovdje, a i njih četvorica su sjajno prihvatili taj dio momčadi. Evo, Dario je rekao da vodi cijelu momčad na ručak i svi su otišli, nitko nije propustio. Ali, samo će utakmice reći jesmo li ili nismo momčad.

Toni Perković je u Francuskoj, otišao je u četvrtak obaviti privatnu obvezu i stići će u petak direktno u Istanbul. No, još je Sesarov zadatak prekrižiti jednog igrača, ostaviti ga u Zagrebu...

- U petak ću donijeti odluku, znam već u kojem smjeru razmišljam, ali pričekajmo do petka.

Može li riječ, dvije o protivnicima? Otvaramo s Belgijom u nedjelju...

- Belgija je u slaganju, imaju nove igrače. Dario Gjergja je u top pet najboljih hrvatskih trenera, čovjek je to koji ima sjajnu karijeru i sigurno poznaje naš mentalitet i način na koji naši igrači igraju. Tu je u nekoj maloj prednosti što se tiče same utakmice, Međutim, mi skautiramo njihove igrače, gledamo individualne karakteristike, gledamo kako napadaju, kako igraju obranu i pokušat ćemo se najbolje pripremiti za tu utakmicu - završio je Josip Sesar.

Hrvatska se u Zagrebu sprema na novoj lokaciji, u Agram Clubu na Radničkoj cesti, gdje je izolirana i ima vrhunske uvjete. U četvrtak su na posljednjih pola sata treninga pušteni i novinari. Od onoga što moglo vidjeti jest da je Josip Sesar uigravao petorku u kojoj je Goran Filipović bio na playu, Jaleen Smith na combu, Mario Hezonja na krilu, dok su dvije visoke pozicije rezervirane bile za Darija Šarića i Ivicu Zupca. Je li to startna petorka ili će tu biti promjena nećemo znati do nedjelje i podbacivanja kontra Belgije u Istanbulu.

 - Sve dosadašnje zajedničke treninge iskoristili smo kako bismo što prije u sustav uklopili četiri igrača koji su nam se naknadno priključili, dakle Darija Šarića, Marija Hezonju, Ivicu Zupca i Jaleena Smitha. Igrači su kroz sezonu bili u svojim sustavima i sada sve to uklopiti da funkcionira zajedno, od pravovremenog tajminga i spejsinga u igri. Trebalo je postaviti i principe u obrani, jer jedna će obrana igrati kad je na petici Ivica Zubac, a druga kad je tu Dario Šarić. Postavljali smo i neke alternativne obrane. Puno je nekih taktičkih opcija koje trebaju profunkcionirati i igrači trebaju što prije postati momčad.
