Jedan od onih bolničkih odjela u KBC-u Split čiji je rad bio najviše poremećen pojavom koronavirusa je zasigurno bio Klinički zavod za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju. Na tom zavodu se rade radiološke pretrage koje su većinom od životne važnosti za one koji su njima podvrgnuti. Naravno, tijekom COVID-19 krize na Radiologiji je, kao i u cijeloj bolnici, bio zaustavljen tzv. hladni pogon, ali su se primali hitni slučajevi.

– Naravno, svi onkološki bolesnici, svi oni u akutnim stanjima, kao i bolnički pacijenti dobivali su uslugu na našem zavodu. Oni drugi iz tzv. hladnog pogona tu uslugu zbog koronavirusa nisu mogli dobiti. No, mi smo već gotovo mjesec dana, od početka svibnja započeli s revidiranjem listi čekanja iz doba COVID-a i moram istaknuti kako smo riješili gotovo sve zaostatke MSCT pretraga iz tog razdoblja. Ujedno smo riješili i dio MR pretraga, u cijelosti gotovo sve mamografije, kao i RTG pretrage i dobar dio pretraga koje uključuju ultrazvuk – kaže nam doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, predstojnik bolničke radiologije i zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split.

Liste čekanja, koje opterećuju kompletno hrvatsko zdravstvo, pa tako i KBC Split minimalno su povećane u doba COVID-19 pandemije.

– Nisu pretjerano povećane, mogli bi reći tek nekih 10-ak posto, jer se naši sugrađani nisu ni upisivali. Sada već telefonski pozivamo ljude i nudimo im nove termine, ali kod mnogih je još uvijek strah od koronavirusa pa pitaju mogu li odgoditi pretrage, odnosno mogu li doći za nekoliko mjeseci – navodi dr. Dolić.

Neodgovorni pacijenti

Da ipak ne bi sve išlo kao "po špagu" pobrinuli su se sami pacijenti, koji znaju "picati" neku od radioloških pretraga.

– Kada smo prije nekih mjesec dana počeli pozivati ljude na radiološke pretrage, njih između 20 i 30 posto samo dva dana prije ponuđenog termina potvrdili bi dolazak na pretragu u novom terminu, a onda kada su trebali doći na MSCT, MR ili neku drugu pretragu, ne bi se pojavili u bolnici. Tako nam je taj termin propao. Sada je taj postotak izostanaka nešto smanjen i iznosi između 15 i 20 posto. Stoga, ovim putem želim zamoliti naše sugrađane, odnosno korisnike radioloških usluga na malo građanske odgovornosti i na strpljenje jer će svi u najkraćem mogućem roku biti obrađeni – poručuje naš sugovornik.

Da su na radiologiji dobro zasukali rukave, najbolje pokazuje i činjenica da rade gotovo neprestano.

– Na Firulama se radi punim pogonom, a na Križinama radimo kroz jutro, s tim da ćemo od sredine lipnja i na Križinama raditi ujutro i poslijepodne. Da bismo što prije pregledali sve naše pacijente, odnosno sve one koji imaju potrebu za radiološkom pretragom, uveli smo rad i subotom i zaista radimo na granici naših mogućnosti – zaključuje doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić.

Jedan od onih bolničkih odjela u KBC-u Split čiji je rad bio najviše poremećen pojavom koronavirusa je zasigurno bio Klinički zavod za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju. Na tom zavodu se rade radiološke pretrage koje su većinom od životne važnosti za one koji su njima podvrgnuti. Naravno, tijekom COVID-19 krize na Radiologiji je, kao i u cijeloj bolnici, bio zaustavljen tzv. hladni pogon, ali su se primali hitni slučajevi.

– Naravno, svi onkološki bolesnici, svi oni u akutnim stanjima, kao i bolnički pacijenti dobivali su uslugu na našem zavodu. Oni drugi iz tzv. hladnog pogona tu uslugu zbog koronavirusa nisu mogli dobiti. No, mi smo već gotovo mjesec dana, od početka svibnja započeli s revidiranjem listi čekanja iz doba COVID-a i moram istaknuti kako smo riješili gotovo sve zaostatke MSCT pretraga iz tog razdoblja. Ujedno smo riješili i dio MR pretraga, u cijelosti gotovo sve mamografije, kao i RTG pretrage i dobar dio pretraga koje uključuju ultrazvuk – kaže nam doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, predstojnik bolničke radiologije i zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split.

Liste čekanja, koje opterećuju kompletno hrvatsko zdravstvo, pa tako i KBC Split minimalno su povećane u doba COVID-19 pandemije.

– Nisu pretjerano povećane, mogli bi reći tek nekih 10-ak posto, jer se naši sugrađani nisu ni upisivali. Sada već telefonski pozivamo ljude i nudimo im nove termine, ali kod mnogih je još uvijek strah od koronavirusa pa pitaju mogu li odgoditi pretrage, odnosno mogu li doći za nekoliko mjeseci – navodi dr. Dolić.

Neodgovorni pacijenti

Da ipak ne bi sve išlo kao "po špagu" pobrinuli su se sami pacijenti, koji znaju "picati" neku od radioloških pretraga.

– Kada smo prije nekih mjesec dana počeli pozivati ljude na radiološke pretrage, njih između 20 i 30 posto samo dva dana prije ponuđenog termina potvrdili bi dolazak na pretragu u novom terminu, a onda kada su trebali doći na MSCT, MR ili neku drugu pretragu, ne bi se pojavili u bolnici. Tako nam je taj termin propao. Sada je taj postotak izostanaka nešto smanjen i iznosi između 15 i 20 posto. Stoga, ovim putem želim zamoliti naše sugrađane, odnosno korisnike radioloških usluga na malo građanske odgovornosti i na strpljenje jer će svi u najkraćem mogućem roku biti obrađeni – poručuje naš sugovornik.

Da su na radiologiji dobro zasukali rukave, najbolje pokazuje i činjenica da rade gotovo neprestano.

– Na Firulama se radi punim pogonom, a na Križinama radimo kroz jutro, s tim da ćemo od sredine lipnja i na Križinama raditi ujutro i poslijepodne. Da bismo što prije pregledali sve naše pacijente, odnosno sve one koji imaju potrebu za radiološkom pretragom, uveli smo rad i subotom i zaista radimo na granici naših mogućnosti – zaključuje doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić.

Zbog korone povećane liste čekanja: Radiologija zbog zaostataka prima pacijente i subotom

Jedan od onih bolničkih odjela u KBC-u Split čiji je rad bio najviše poremećen pojavom koronavirusa je zasigurno bio Klinički zavod za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju. Na tom zavodu se rade radiološke pretrage koje su većinom od životne važnosti za one koji su njima podvrgnuti. Naravno, tijekom COVID-19 krize na Radiologiji je, kao i u cijeloj bolnici, bio zaustavljen tzv. hladni pogon, ali su se primali hitni slučajevi.

– Naravno, svi onkološki bolesnici, svi oni u akutnim stanjima, kao i bolnički pacijenti dobivali su uslugu na našem zavodu. Oni drugi iz tzv. hladnog pogona tu uslugu zbog koronavirusa nisu mogli dobiti. No, mi smo već gotovo mjesec dana, od početka svibnja započeli s revidiranjem listi čekanja iz doba COVID-a i moram istaknuti kako smo riješili gotovo sve zaostatke MSCT pretraga iz tog razdoblja. Ujedno smo riješili i dio MR pretraga, u cijelosti gotovo sve mamografije, kao i RTG pretrage i dobar dio pretraga koje uključuju ultrazvuk – kaže nam doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić, predstojnik bolničke radiologije i zamjenik ravnatelja KBC-a Split.

Liste čekanja, koje opterećuju kompletno hrvatsko zdravstvo, pa tako i KBC Split minimalno su povećane u doba COVID-19 pandemije.

– Nisu pretjerano povećane, mogli bi reći tek nekih 10-ak posto, jer se naši sugrađani nisu ni upisivali. Sada već telefonski pozivamo ljude i nudimo im nove termine, ali kod mnogih je još uvijek strah od koronavirusa pa pitaju mogu li odgoditi pretrage, odnosno mogu li doći za nekoliko mjeseci – navodi dr. Dolić.

Neodgovorni pacijenti

Da ipak ne bi sve išlo kao "po špagu" pobrinuli su se sami pacijenti, koji znaju "picati" neku od radioloških pretraga.

– Kada smo prije nekih mjesec dana počeli pozivati ljude na radiološke pretrage, njih između 20 i 30 posto samo dva dana prije ponuđenog termina potvrdili bi dolazak na pretragu u novom terminu, a onda kada su trebali doći na MSCT, MR ili neku drugu pretragu, ne bi se pojavili u bolnici. Tako nam je taj termin propao. Sada je taj postotak izostanaka nešto smanjen i iznosi između 15 i 20 posto. Stoga, ovim putem želim zamoliti naše sugrađane, odnosno korisnike radioloških usluga na malo građanske odgovornosti i na strpljenje jer će svi u najkraćem mogućem roku biti obrađeni – poručuje naš sugovornik.

Da su na radiologiji dobro zasukali rukave, najbolje pokazuje i činjenica da rade gotovo neprestano.

– Na Firulama se radi punim pogonom, a na Križinama radimo kroz jutro, s tim da ćemo od sredine lipnja i na Križinama raditi ujutro i poslijepodne. Da bismo što prije pregledali sve naše pacijente, odnosno sve one koji imaju potrebu za radiološkom pretragom, uveli smo rad i subotom i zaista radimo na granici naših mogućnosti – zaključuje doc. dr. Krešimir Dolić.
