Obdukcijom će se utvrđivati od čega je i zašto u četvrtak navečer u policijskoj postaji umro 44-godišnji muškarac koji je uz još dvojicu jutro ranije bio priveden da je ispijanjem alkohola narušavao javni red i mir te zbog skitnje, a na čijem tijelu nisu pronađeni tragovi nasilja.

O smrtnom slučaju u njihovim službenim prostorijama izvijestili su u petak iz zagrebačke policije.

Priopćili su kako su jučer ujutro u Baštijanovoj ulici na Trešnjevci bez uporabe prisile i zbog počinjenih prekršaja priveli trojicu muškaraca. 

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja, sva trojica su alkotestirana te je utvrđeno da su pod utjecajem alkohola i to s oko 1,4 promila svaki - dvojica 44-godišnjaka i 69-godišnjak.

Policija ih je smjestila u svoju jedinicu za zadržavanje i prepratu do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva, nakon čega su trebali biti dovedeni na nadležni prekršajni sud.

U večernjim satima, dok su uhićenima donosili večeru, policajci su pokušali probuditi 44-godišnjeg muškarca, no s obzirom da nije davao znakove života odmah su zatražili dolazak Hitne medicinske pomoći, koja je nakon dolaska konstatirala njegovu smrt.

O navedenom događaju obaviješteno je nadležno državno odvjetništvo koje je obavljanje očevida prepustilo policiji.

Očevidom na tijelu umrloga nisu pronađeni tragovi koji bi ukazivali da je smrt nastupila kao posljedica kaznenog djela. Tijelo je prevezeno na Zavod za sudsku medicinu i kriminalistiku gdje će se obaviti obdukcija, a kako bi se utvrdio uzrok smrti.

Obdukcijom će se utvrđivati od čega je i zašto u četvrtak navečer u policijskoj postaji umro 44-godišnji muškarac koji je uz još dvojicu jutro ranije bio priveden da je ispijanjem alkohola narušavao javni red i mir te zbog skitnje, a na čijem tijelu nisu pronađeni tragovi nasilja.

O smrtnom slučaju u njihovim službenim prostorijama izvijestili su u petak iz zagrebačke policije.

Priopćili su kako su jučer ujutro u Baštijanovoj ulici na Trešnjevci bez uporabe prisile i zbog počinjenih prekršaja priveli trojicu muškaraca. 

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja, sva trojica su alkotestirana te je utvrđeno da su pod utjecajem alkohola i to s oko 1,4 promila svaki - dvojica 44-godišnjaka i 69-godišnjak.

Policija ih je smjestila u svoju jedinicu za zadržavanje i prepratu do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva, nakon čega su trebali biti dovedeni na nadležni prekršajni sud.

U večernjim satima, dok su uhićenima donosili večeru, policajci su pokušali probuditi 44-godišnjeg muškarca, no s obzirom da nije davao znakove života odmah su zatražili dolazak Hitne medicinske pomoći, koja je nakon dolaska konstatirala njegovu smrt.

O navedenom događaju obaviješteno je nadležno državno odvjetništvo koje je obavljanje očevida prepustilo policiji.

Očevidom na tijelu umrloga nisu pronađeni tragovi koji bi ukazivali da je smrt nastupila kao posljedica kaznenog djela. Tijelo je prevezeno na Zavod za sudsku medicinu i kriminalistiku gdje će se obaviti obdukcija, a kako bi se utvrdio uzrok smrti.

Umro u policijskoj postaji: utvrđuje se uzrok smrti muškarca (44) koji je priveden zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira

Obdukcijom će se utvrđivati od čega je i zašto u četvrtak navečer u policijskoj postaji umro 44-godišnji muškarac koji je uz još dvojicu jutro ranije bio priveden da je ispijanjem alkohola narušavao javni red i mir te zbog skitnje, a na čijem tijelu nisu pronađeni tragovi nasilja.

O smrtnom slučaju u njihovim službenim prostorijama izvijestili su u petak iz zagrebačke policije.

Priopćili su kako su jučer ujutro u Baštijanovoj ulici na Trešnjevci bez uporabe prisile i zbog počinjenih prekršaja priveli trojicu muškaraca. 

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja, sva trojica su alkotestirana te je utvrđeno da su pod utjecajem alkohola i to s oko 1,4 promila svaki - dvojica 44-godišnjaka i 69-godišnjak.

Policija ih je smjestila u svoju jedinicu za zadržavanje i prepratu do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva, nakon čega su trebali biti dovedeni na nadležni prekršajni sud.

U večernjim satima, dok su uhićenima donosili večeru, policajci su pokušali probuditi 44-godišnjeg muškarca, no s obzirom da nije davao znakove života odmah su zatražili dolazak Hitne medicinske pomoći, koja je nakon dolaska konstatirala njegovu smrt.

O navedenom događaju obaviješteno je nadležno državno odvjetništvo koje je obavljanje očevida prepustilo policiji.

Očevidom na tijelu umrloga nisu pronađeni tragovi koji bi ukazivali da je smrt nastupila kao posljedica kaznenog djela. Tijelo je prevezeno na Zavod za sudsku medicinu i kriminalistiku gdje će se obaviti obdukcija, a kako bi se utvrdio uzrok smrti.
