Kopajući po detaljima ponašanja 37-godišnjeg vozača BMW-a koji je 10. veljače na Sirobuji svojim vozilom udarao u Renault Clio zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, u kojem su bili jedna djevojka i dvojica mlađih muškaraca, dolazimo i do činjenice da je policija znala za jedan događaj koji se dogodio pola sata ranije u splitskom City Centeru one.

Rastrojeni divljak ima debeli dosje, pijan je prijetio pištoljem djevojčici... Sve to presudilo je šefu splitske PP

Naime, isti taj 37-godišnjak je oko 21.35 (pola sata prije Sirobuje) pokušao slomiti brisače na Golfu u vlasništvu jedne gospođe te je vozeći unatrag svojim BMW-om udario svom snagom u njezino vozilo. Događaj se zbio na rotoru toga trgovačkog centra. Nakon toga je krenuo prema Sirobuji, gdje je nasrnuo na mlade u Cliju, što je sablaznilo javnost, pri čemu je vozilom opet upravljala žena.

Dakle, djelatnici Druge policijske postaje znali su i za ovo djelo te za vozačevu ekstremnu upornost u činjenju ovakvih štetnih radnji, ali sve im to nije bilo dovoljno da donesu odluku da 37-godišnjaka ipak treba dovesti pritvorskom nadzorniku, a potom i na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo te sucu istrage. Znali su i za krim-dokumentaciju ovog čovjeka prema kojemu su sami postupali u prijašnjim slučajevima (kada je prijetio ocu u Stobreču 2021. i kada je u Podstrani vadio pištolj na 43-godišnjaka s kojim je bilo i maloljetno dijete te nakon toga pucao u zrak).

Znali su i za njegove zatvorske kazne pa i onu najnoviju – nepravomoćnu od dvije i pol godine zatvora upravo za djelo iz Podstrane, u kojemu su baš oni postupali i uhitili ovog počinitelja. Ne znamo tko je od odgovornih odlučivao o tome je li trebalo 37-godišnjaka privoditi, ali da su policajci posao odradili površno, ne uvažavajući počiniteljevu bahatost i upornost, kao i činjenicu da su o njemu morali znati apsolutno sve jer su ga već više puta prethodno obrađivali, još više baca sumnju na sposobnost tih ljudi te bi nakon ovoga uistinu trebao netko debelo odgovarati.

Kopajući po detaljima ponašanja 37-godišnjeg vozača BMW-a koji je 10. veljače na Sirobuji svojim vozilom udarao u Renault Clio zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, u kojem su bili jedna djevojka i dvojica mlađih muškaraca, dolazimo i do činjenice da je policija znala za jedan događaj koji se dogodio pola sata ranije u splitskom City Centeru one.

Rastrojeni divljak ima debeli dosje, pijan je prijetio pištoljem djevojčici... Sve to presudilo je šefu splitske PP

Naime, isti taj 37-godišnjak je oko 21.35 (pola sata prije Sirobuje) pokušao slomiti brisače na Golfu u vlasništvu jedne gospođe te je vozeći unatrag svojim BMW-om udario svom snagom u njezino vozilo. Događaj se zbio na rotoru toga trgovačkog centra. Nakon toga je krenuo prema Sirobuji, gdje je nasrnuo na mlade u Cliju, što je sablaznilo javnost, pri čemu je vozilom opet upravljala žena.

Dakle, djelatnici Druge policijske postaje znali su i za ovo djelo te za vozačevu ekstremnu upornost u činjenju ovakvih štetnih radnji, ali sve im to nije bilo dovoljno da donesu odluku da 37-godišnjaka ipak treba dovesti pritvorskom nadzorniku, a potom i na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo te sucu istrage. Znali su i za krim-dokumentaciju ovog čovjeka prema kojemu su sami postupali u prijašnjim slučajevima (kada je prijetio ocu u Stobreču 2021. i kada je u Podstrani vadio pištolj na 43-godišnjaka s kojim je bilo i maloljetno dijete te nakon toga pucao u zrak).

Znali su i za njegove zatvorske kazne pa i onu najnoviju – nepravomoćnu od dvije i pol godine zatvora upravo za djelo iz Podstrane, u kojemu su baš oni postupali i uhitili ovog počinitelja. Ne znamo tko je od odgovornih odlučivao o tome je li trebalo 37-godišnjaka privoditi, ali da su policajci posao odradili površno, ne uvažavajući počiniteljevu bahatost i upornost, kao i činjenicu da su o njemu morali znati apsolutno sve jer su ga već više puta prethodno obrađivali, još više baca sumnju na sposobnost tih ljudi te bi nakon ovoga uistinu trebao netko debelo odgovarati.

Kopajući po detaljima ponašanja 37-godišnjeg vozača BMW-a koji je 10. veljače na Sirobuji svojim vozilom udarao u Renault Clio zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, u kojem su bili jedna djevojka i dvojica mlađih muškaraca, dolazimo i do činjenice da je policija znala za jedan događaj koji se dogodio pola sata ranije u splitskom City Centeru one.

Rastrojeni divljak ima debeli dosje, pijan je prijetio pištoljem djevojčici... Sve to presudilo je šefu splitske PP

Naime, isti taj 37-godišnjak je oko 21.35 (pola sata prije Sirobuje) pokušao slomiti brisače na Golfu u vlasništvu jedne gospođe te je vozeći unatrag svojim BMW-om udario svom snagom u njezino vozilo. Događaj se zbio na rotoru toga trgovačkog centra. Nakon toga je krenuo prema Sirobuji, gdje je nasrnuo na mlade u Cliju, što je sablaznilo javnost, pri čemu je vozilom opet upravljala žena.

Dakle, djelatnici Druge policijske postaje znali su i za ovo djelo te za vozačevu ekstremnu upornost u činjenju ovakvih štetnih radnji, ali sve im to nije bilo dovoljno da donesu odluku da 37-godišnjaka ipak treba dovesti pritvorskom nadzorniku, a potom i na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo te sucu istrage. Znali su i za krim-dokumentaciju ovog čovjeka prema kojemu su sami postupali u prijašnjim slučajevima (kada je prijetio ocu u Stobreču 2021. i kada je u Podstrani vadio pištolj na 43-godišnjaka s kojim je bilo i maloljetno dijete te nakon toga pucao u zrak).

Znali su i za njegove zatvorske kazne pa i onu najnoviju – nepravomoćnu od dvije i pol godine zatvora upravo za djelo iz Podstrane, u kojemu su baš oni postupali i uhitili ovog počinitelja. Ne znamo tko je od odgovornih odlučivao o tome je li trebalo 37-godišnjaka privoditi, ali da su policajci posao odradili površno, ne uvažavajući počiniteljevu bahatost i upornost, kao i činjenicu da su o njemu morali znati apsolutno sve jer su ga već više puta prethodno obrađivali, još više baca sumnju na sposobnost tih ljudi te bi nakon ovoga uistinu trebao netko debelo odgovarati.
