Proveden je tehnički pregled građevine Interpretacijsko edukacijskog centra Grpašćak.

Na pregledu su sudjelovali projektanti Nikola Šimunić i Nikica Tabain, stručni nadzor kojeg su činili Jasminka Ćoza, Josip Baraba, Kristijan Bego, Mladen Bukša. Izvođači radova bili su Nikolina Morović i Stjepan Šunjić, dok su članovi komisije bili pod vodstvom Igora Bačića te predstavnici Javnopravnih tijela.

Intervencija na Grpašćaku je zapravo obnova i rekonstrukcija postojećih ostataka austrijske utvrde. Završetak radova produljen je do kraja godine. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 25,2 milijuna kuna, ukupni prihvatljivi troškovi su 15,5 milijuna kuna, a od toga 85 posto, ili 13,2 milijuna kuna, osigurano je iz EU fondova.

Arhitekt Nikola Šimunić iz zagrebačkog biroa Gradit glavni je projektant posjetiteljskog centra Grpašćak na Dugom otoku, smještenog neposredno iznad znamenitih klifova, strmih Stena, kako Dugootočani zovu taj prirodni fenomen na južnoj strani otoka.

Detaljni projektni zadatak bio je definiran prostornim planom posebnih obilježja Parka prirode Telašćica, no zbog specifičnosti lokacije i zahtjevnosti tražene rekonstrukcije bilo je potrebno dodatno surađivati s nadležnim tijelima pri Ministarstvu graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, tj. Hrvatskim zavodom za prostorni razvoj, Konzervatorskim odijelom u Zadru i Ministarstvom zaštite okoliša i prirode, što prije svega govori o zahtjevnosti i kompleksnosti same rekonstrukcije tvrđave.

Tvrđave se nalazi na najvišoj točki Parka, na 161 metar nadmorske visine, gdje pogled "puca" na sve četiri strane svijeta i moguće je vidjeti impresivne vizure fenomena Parka prirode Telašćica – jezero Telašćica, takozvane Stene Dugoga otoka koje se uzdižu do 200 metara nad morem i spuštaju u dubinu od 90 metara, te slano jezero Mir.

Izvorni izgled tvrđave Grpašćak datira iz 1911. godine, kada je izgrađena kao vojna utvrda Austro-Ugarske Monarhije i služila je isključivo kao vojna izvidnica austrougarske ratne mornarice. Tvrđava je godinama bila korištena kao vojna utvrda, te je kroz to vrijeme poprimala manje dorade, dogradnje i rekonstrukcije unutarnjih objekata. U novije doba utvrdu je koristila Hrvatska vojska koja ju je prepustila Parku prirode Telašćica.

Prostornim planom definirana rekonstrukcija se prvenstveno temeljila na strogom zadržavanju postojećih objekata uz njihovu vanjsku i unutarnju obnovu, te uređenja dvorišta tvrđave. Predviđena je mogućnost obnavljanja, tj. pretvaranja tih prostora u sljedeće sadržaje: prezentacijski/multimedijalni centar, informativni ​centar, suvenirnicu, sanitarni čvor, pomoćnu zgradu sa spremištem, terasu, vidikovac, ugostiteljski objekt. Prostor dvorišta je također bio jasno definiran kao prostor za park sa stolovima, klupama i boćalištem.

Proveden je tehnički pregled građevine Interpretacijsko edukacijskog centra Grpašćak.

Na pregledu su sudjelovali projektanti Nikola Šimunić i Nikica Tabain, stručni nadzor kojeg su činili Jasminka Ćoza, Josip Baraba, Kristijan Bego, Mladen Bukša. Izvođači radova bili su Nikolina Morović i Stjepan Šunjić, dok su članovi komisije bili pod vodstvom Igora Bačića te predstavnici Javnopravnih tijela.

Intervencija na Grpašćaku je zapravo obnova i rekonstrukcija postojećih ostataka austrijske utvrde. Završetak radova produljen je do kraja godine. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 25,2 milijuna kuna, ukupni prihvatljivi troškovi su 15,5 milijuna kuna, a od toga 85 posto, ili 13,2 milijuna kuna, osigurano je iz EU fondova.

Arhitekt Nikola Šimunić iz zagrebačkog biroa Gradit glavni je projektant posjetiteljskog centra Grpašćak na Dugom otoku, smještenog neposredno iznad znamenitih klifova, strmih Stena, kako Dugootočani zovu taj prirodni fenomen na južnoj strani otoka.

Detaljni projektni zadatak bio je definiran prostornim planom posebnih obilježja Parka prirode Telašćica, no zbog specifičnosti lokacije i zahtjevnosti tražene rekonstrukcije bilo je potrebno dodatno surađivati s nadležnim tijelima pri Ministarstvu graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, tj. Hrvatskim zavodom za prostorni razvoj, Konzervatorskim odijelom u Zadru i Ministarstvom zaštite okoliša i prirode, što prije svega govori o zahtjevnosti i kompleksnosti same rekonstrukcije tvrđave.

Tvrđave se nalazi na najvišoj točki Parka, na 161 metar nadmorske visine, gdje pogled "puca" na sve četiri strane svijeta i moguće je vidjeti impresivne vizure fenomena Parka prirode Telašćica – jezero Telašćica, takozvane Stene Dugoga otoka koje se uzdižu do 200 metara nad morem i spuštaju u dubinu od 90 metara, te slano jezero Mir.

Izvorni izgled tvrđave Grpašćak datira iz 1911. godine, kada je izgrađena kao vojna utvrda Austro-Ugarske Monarhije i služila je isključivo kao vojna izvidnica austrougarske ratne mornarice. Tvrđava je godinama bila korištena kao vojna utvrda, te je kroz to vrijeme poprimala manje dorade, dogradnje i rekonstrukcije unutarnjih objekata. U novije doba utvrdu je koristila Hrvatska vojska koja ju je prepustila Parku prirode Telašćica.

Prostornim planom definirana rekonstrukcija se prvenstveno temeljila na strogom zadržavanju postojećih objekata uz njihovu vanjsku i unutarnju obnovu, te uređenja dvorišta tvrđave. Predviđena je mogućnost obnavljanja, tj. pretvaranja tih prostora u sljedeće sadržaje: prezentacijski/multimedijalni centar, informativni ​centar, suvenirnicu, sanitarni čvor, pomoćnu zgradu sa spremištem, terasu, vidikovac, ugostiteljski objekt. Prostor dvorišta je također bio jasno definiran kao prostor za park sa stolovima, klupama i boćalištem.
