Slika državne ceste Makarska - Vrgorac, na potezu od Ravče do Tinova grada, bez zaštitnih ograda uz provalije, potaknula nas je da se raspitamo što se krije iza takve opasnosti za vozače i njihove suputnike.

Od početka smo pratili rekonstrukciju i dogradnju sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone "Ravča" do Vrgorca koji uključuje i obnovu glavne prometnice na istoj dionici, dugu sedam i pol kilometara. Na početku projekta govorilo se o cijeni od 4,1 milijun eura koja je "skočila" za gotovo trećinu, na oko 5,3 milijuna eura.

Velikim dijelom se sve radilo za potrebe Mesne industrije "Braća Pivac" koji su svoje pogone iz Vrgorca prebacili u spomenutu zonu. Investitori radova bile su državne tvrtke "Hrvatske vode", HEP, "Hrvatske ceste", te Grad Vrgorac i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska, a izvođač radova je bio "Elektrocentar Petek" sa svojim partnerima.

Zbog "probijanja" rokova, izgradnja se razvukla na gotovo 15 mjeseci, a kada su građani, koji su sve to (ne)izravno i platili, pomislili da je sve gotovo i da je agonija završila, vozeći se tom dionicom u oko im je upala činjenica kako je zahvat završen, a da na pojedinim mjestima nisu postavljene sigurnosne ograde koje bi na tim dijelovima ceste trebale biti jer tako nalažu i zakon i zdrava logika.

Kontaktirali smo naš izvor, dobro upućen u cijeli slučaj, ali je želio ostati anoniman zbog razumljivih razloga.

- Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama propisuje da iznad dijelova ceste gdje su bočne dubine ili provalije veće od dva metra treba postaviti zaštitnu ogradu. A to od Ravče do Vrgorca nigdje nije napravljeno.

Osim toga, tehnički pregled dionice je napravio jedan odjel "Hrvatskih cesta", a drugi, onaj zadužen za održavanje, nije ga preuzeo. Znači, taj cestovni potez je puštena u promet, ali nitko nema ugovor za održavanje prometnice i brigu o njoj.

Vidite li koliko dvostrukih znakova ima na tom dijelu ceste, a osim toga znam da je građevinska tvrtka koja je asfaltirala tu dionicu obavila radove, ali s naglaskom da ne odgovara za podlogu. Naravno, jer je cesta na nekoliko mjesta zbog loše izgrađene podloge već počela "tonuti".

Da ne govorimo kako stanovnici Ravče radi nesnosnog smrada ne smiju otvoriti svoje prozore u kućama. Jednostavno, sve je traljavo napravljeno, a novac je potrošen - kaže naš sugovornik.

Kontaktirali smo i "Hrvatske ceste" (HC) s pitanjima je li obavljen tehnički pregled dionice od Ravče do Vrgorca i zašto nisu postavljene zaštitne ograde na pojedinim dijelovima te zavojite prometnice.

- Dionica je završena, te je u lipnju obavljen tehnički pregled. Odbojne ograde nisu bile sastavni dio istog ugovora. Međutim, "Hrvatske ceste" kontinuirano provode mjere dodatnog povećanja sigurnosti prometa na državnim cestama.

Tako je naručen prometni elaborat kojim će se definirati eventualne dodatne izmjene i dopune prometne signalizacije na cijelom potezu od Ravče do Vrgorca, te će se ujedno obaviti i stručna analiza tog poteza - tvrde iz HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću.

Slika državne ceste Makarska - Vrgorac, na potezu od Ravče do Tinova grada, bez zaštitnih ograda uz provalije, potaknula nas je da se raspitamo što se krije iza takve opasnosti za vozače i njihove suputnike.

Od početka smo pratili rekonstrukciju i dogradnju sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone "Ravča" do Vrgorca koji uključuje i obnovu glavne prometnice na istoj dionici, dugu sedam i pol kilometara. Na početku projekta govorilo se o cijeni od 4,1 milijun eura koja je "skočila" za gotovo trećinu, na oko 5,3 milijuna eura.

Velikim dijelom se sve radilo za potrebe Mesne industrije "Braća Pivac" koji su svoje pogone iz Vrgorca prebacili u spomenutu zonu. Investitori radova bile su državne tvrtke "Hrvatske vode", HEP, "Hrvatske ceste", te Grad Vrgorac i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska, a izvođač radova je bio "Elektrocentar Petek" sa svojim partnerima.

Zbog "probijanja" rokova, izgradnja se razvukla na gotovo 15 mjeseci, a kada su građani, koji su sve to (ne)izravno i platili, pomislili da je sve gotovo i da je agonija završila, vozeći se tom dionicom u oko im je upala činjenica kako je zahvat završen, a da na pojedinim mjestima nisu postavljene sigurnosne ograde koje bi na tim dijelovima ceste trebale biti jer tako nalažu i zakon i zdrava logika.

Kontaktirali smo naš izvor, dobro upućen u cijeli slučaj, ali je želio ostati anoniman zbog razumljivih razloga.

- Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama propisuje da iznad dijelova ceste gdje su bočne dubine ili provalije veće od dva metra treba postaviti zaštitnu ogradu. A to od Ravče do Vrgorca nigdje nije napravljeno.

Osim toga, tehnički pregled dionice je napravio jedan odjel "Hrvatskih cesta", a drugi, onaj zadužen za održavanje, nije ga preuzeo. Znači, taj cestovni potez je puštena u promet, ali nitko nema ugovor za održavanje prometnice i brigu o njoj.

Vidite li koliko dvostrukih znakova ima na tom dijelu ceste, a osim toga znam da je građevinska tvrtka koja je asfaltirala tu dionicu obavila radove, ali s naglaskom da ne odgovara za podlogu. Naravno, jer je cesta na nekoliko mjesta zbog loše izgrađene podloge već počela "tonuti".

Da ne govorimo kako stanovnici Ravče radi nesnosnog smrada ne smiju otvoriti svoje prozore u kućama. Jednostavno, sve je traljavo napravljeno, a novac je potrošen - kaže naš sugovornik.

Kontaktirali smo i "Hrvatske ceste" (HC) s pitanjima je li obavljen tehnički pregled dionice od Ravče do Vrgorca i zašto nisu postavljene zaštitne ograde na pojedinim dijelovima te zavojite prometnice.

- Dionica je završena, te je u lipnju obavljen tehnički pregled. Odbojne ograde nisu bile sastavni dio istog ugovora. Međutim, "Hrvatske ceste" kontinuirano provode mjere dodatnog povećanja sigurnosti prometa na državnim cestama.

Tako je naručen prometni elaborat kojim će se definirati eventualne dodatne izmjene i dopune prometne signalizacije na cijelom potezu od Ravče do Vrgorca, te će se ujedno obaviti i stručna analiza tog poteza - tvrde iz HC-ova Ureda za odnose s javnošću.
