Nakon što se neuspješno liječio od ovisnosti i nakon što je nedavno svojevoljno izišao iz terapijske zajednice u Cisti Velikoj, Stanislav Zavadlav (23) ponovno je bio na meti policije. Prijavljen je za kazneno djelo teške krađe jer je ukrao lovačku pušku dok je njezin 72-godišnji vlasnik bespomoćno ležao na tlu jer je upravo tada doživio srčani udar, od čega je i umro, a puška mu je ispala iz ruku i nalazila se pokraj njegova automobila.

Umjesto da pomogne čovjeku, Stanislav je s tla parkirališta uzeo njegovu pušku i najvjerojatnije ju je prodao.

Zbog Stanislavovih problema s neplaćenim računima za drogu, što je dovelo i do njegova fizičkog zlostavljanja, njegov brat Filip (25) počinio je trostruko ubojstvo u siječnju ove godine, za što mu se sudi na Županijskom sudu u Splitu.

Stanislav je nakon povratka s liječenja otišao i od oca, s kojim je živio na Skalicama, pa ga je za ovo djelo teške krađe splitska policija tražila punih mjesec dana.

Prijavljen je jer je 6. kolovoza u 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, dok je 72-godišnji A. V. ležao bez svijesti pokraj svoje Toyote Yaris, uzeo njegovu poluautomatsku pušku Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, te ju je zadržao za sebe ili prodao, čime je počinio kazneno djelo teške krađe.

A. V. je tog jutra krenuo u Policijsku upravu produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov i, iako se tretira kao poluautomatsko oružje, dozvoljena je za lov. No, pozlilo mu je i pao je, a Stanislav Zavadlav, koji je tuda lunjao, to je iskoristio i ukrao mu pušku koja je već pala pokraj automobila. Iako je bilo svjedoka i kamere su snimile taj čin, nije mu se lako ušlo u trag.

Zavadlav je uhićen tek 1. rujna na području Kopilice jer ga policija nije uspjela pronaći budući da nema adrese gdje živi nakon što je otišao od oca. Sutradan je priveden na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, ali ga je sudac istrage pustio da se za ovo djelo počinjeno na doista morbidan način brani sa slobode.

Nakon što se neuspješno liječio od ovisnosti i nakon što je nedavno svojevoljno izišao iz terapijske zajednice u Cisti Velikoj, Stanislav Zavadlav (23) ponovno je bio na meti policije. Prijavljen je za kazneno djelo teške krađe jer je ukrao lovačku pušku dok je njezin 72-godišnji vlasnik bespomoćno ležao na tlu jer je upravo tada doživio srčani udar, od čega je i umro, a puška mu je ispala iz ruku i nalazila se pokraj njegova automobila.

Umjesto da pomogne čovjeku, Stanislav je s tla parkirališta uzeo njegovu pušku i najvjerojatnije ju je prodao.

Zbog Stanislavovih problema s neplaćenim računima za drogu, što je dovelo i do njegova fizičkog zlostavljanja, njegov brat Filip (25) počinio je trostruko ubojstvo u siječnju ove godine, za što mu se sudi na Županijskom sudu u Splitu.

Stanislav je nakon povratka s liječenja otišao i od oca, s kojim je živio na Skalicama, pa ga je za ovo djelo teške krađe splitska policija tražila punih mjesec dana.

Prijavljen je jer je 6. kolovoza u 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, dok je 72-godišnji A. V. ležao bez svijesti pokraj svoje Toyote Yaris, uzeo njegovu poluautomatsku pušku Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, te ju je zadržao za sebe ili prodao, čime je počinio kazneno djelo teške krađe.

A. V. je tog jutra krenuo u Policijsku upravu produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov i, iako se tretira kao poluautomatsko oružje, dozvoljena je za lov. No, pozlilo mu je i pao je, a Stanislav Zavadlav, koji je tuda lunjao, to je iskoristio i ukrao mu pušku koja je već pala pokraj automobila. Iako je bilo svjedoka i kamere su snimile taj čin, nije mu se lako ušlo u trag.

Zavadlav je uhićen tek 1. rujna na području Kopilice jer ga policija nije uspjela pronaći budući da nema adrese gdje živi nakon što je otišao od oca. Sutradan je priveden na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, ali ga je sudac istrage pustio da se za ovo djelo počinjeno na doista morbidan način brani sa slobode.

Brat Filipa Zavadlava prijavljen za tešku krađu: čovjek umirao i bespomoćno ležao na tlu nakon srčanog udara, a Stanislav mu ukrao pušku

Nakon što se neuspješno liječio od ovisnosti i nakon što je nedavno svojevoljno izišao iz terapijske zajednice u Cisti Velikoj, Stanislav Zavadlav (23) ponovno je bio na meti policije. Prijavljen je za kazneno djelo teške krađe jer je ukrao lovačku pušku dok je njezin 72-godišnji vlasnik bespomoćno ležao na tlu jer je upravo tada doživio srčani udar, od čega je i umro, a puška mu je ispala iz ruku i nalazila se pokraj njegova automobila.

Umjesto da pomogne čovjeku, Stanislav je s tla parkirališta uzeo njegovu pušku i najvjerojatnije ju je prodao.

Zbog Stanislavovih problema s neplaćenim računima za drogu, što je dovelo i do njegova fizičkog zlostavljanja, njegov brat Filip (25) počinio je trostruko ubojstvo u siječnju ove godine, za što mu se sudi na Županijskom sudu u Splitu.

Stanislav je nakon povratka s liječenja otišao i od oca, s kojim je živio na Skalicama, pa ga je za ovo djelo teške krađe splitska policija tražila punih mjesec dana.

Prijavljen je jer je 6. kolovoza u 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, dok je 72-godišnji A. V. ležao bez svijesti pokraj svoje Toyote Yaris, uzeo njegovu poluautomatsku pušku Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, te ju je zadržao za sebe ili prodao, čime je počinio kazneno djelo teške krađe.

A. V. je tog jutra krenuo u Policijsku upravu produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov i, iako se tretira kao poluautomatsko oružje, dozvoljena je za lov. No, pozlilo mu je i pao je, a Stanislav Zavadlav, koji je tuda lunjao, to je iskoristio i ukrao mu pušku koja je već pala pokraj automobila. Iako je bilo svjedoka i kamere su snimile taj čin, nije mu se lako ušlo u trag.

Zavadlav je uhićen tek 1. rujna na području Kopilice jer ga policija nije uspjela pronaći budući da nema adrese gdje živi nakon što je otišao od oca. Sutradan je priveden na Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, ali ga je sudac istrage pustio da se za ovo djelo počinjeno na doista morbidan način brani sa slobode.
