Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, osam mjeseci otkada je policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu, donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 49-godišnjeg državljanina Kosova zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo zloupotreba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Riječ je o ugostitelju koji je u Zadru registrirao više, danas ugašenih obrta. Široj javnosti nije poznat.

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 49-godišnjak, kao osnivač i direktor jednog društva, od siječnja 2015. do prosinca 2018. godine u Zadru, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo s ciljem da si pribavi znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist na štetu tog društva. Osnovano se sumnja da iznos gotovinskog prometa od 1.479.650,24 kune nije polagao na žiro račun društva nego ga je zadržao za sebe zbog čega je uslijedio stečajni postupak nad tim društvom i njegovo brisanje. Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na opisani način oštetio društvo za navedeni iznos - stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, osam mjeseci otkada je policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu, donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 49-godišnjeg državljanina Kosova zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo zloupotreba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Riječ je o ugostitelju koji je u Zadru registrirao više, danas ugašenih obrta. Široj javnosti nije poznat.

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 49-godišnjak, kao osnivač i direktor jednog društva, od siječnja 2015. do prosinca 2018. godine u Zadru, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo s ciljem da si pribavi znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist na štetu tog društva. Osnovano se sumnja da iznos gotovinskog prometa od 1.479.650,24 kune nije polagao na žiro račun društva nego ga je zadržao za sebe zbog čega je uslijedio stečajni postupak nad tim društvom i njegovo brisanje. Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na opisani način oštetio društvo za navedeni iznos - stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je, osam mjeseci otkada je policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu, donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 49-godišnjeg državljanina Kosova zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo zloupotreba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Riječ je o ugostitelju koji je u Zadru registrirao više, danas ugašenih obrta. Široj javnosti nije poznat.

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 49-godišnjak, kao osnivač i direktor jednog društva, od siječnja 2015. do prosinca 2018. godine u Zadru, počinio navedeno kazneno djelo s ciljem da si pribavi znatnu nepripadnu imovinsku korist na štetu tog društva. Osnovano se sumnja da iznos gotovinskog prometa od 1.479.650,24 kune nije polagao na žiro račun društva nego ga je zadržao za sebe zbog čega je uslijedio stečajni postupak nad tim društvom i njegovo brisanje. Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljenik na opisani način oštetio društvo za navedeni iznos - stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.
