Svi izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe izjavili su da namjeravaju prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe iz Zadra, a najavili su i da će prodati svoje udjele koje imaju u Atlantskoj plovidbi. To znači da će prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe, koja iznosi 53,6 eura po dionici, a koja je objavljena u ponedjeljak i traje do 9. veljače. Dioničari zainteresirani za prihvaćanje ponude mogu odnijeti ispunjen formular ili ga poslati ovjerenog u SKDD. Također, mogu doći u prostorije Atlantske ili Tankerske plovidbe i zatražiti pomoć pri ispunjavanju formulara, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Sjedište Atlantske plovidbe ostaje i nadalje u Dubrovniku. To je izričito navedeno u ponudi za preuzimanje koju je Tankerska plovidba nedavno objavila na stranicama Zagrebačke burze. Osim toga, u trenutku kada je postala dioničko društvo Atlantska plovidba nije više dubrovačka kompanija. Čak je četvrtina postojećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe iz Zagreba. Štoviše, vjerojatno ima više dioničara iz Zagreba nego iz Dubrovnika.

Glavni izvršni direktor Atlantske plovidbe, Marko Domijan, vlasnik ukupno 3701 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba (što predstavlja 0,1768 posto udjela u temeljnom, odnosno, 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe.

Izvršni direktor Vicenco Jerković, vlasnik ukupno 3965 dionica društva (što predstavlja 0,18942 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu, odnosno 0,18982 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti Ponudu.

Izvršni direktor Edo Taslaman, vlasnik ukupno 7735 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba, (što predstavlja 0,36952 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu društva, odnosno 0,37030 glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba) izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu.

Podsjetimo, Tankerska plovidba je u trenutku objave ponude stekla 39,1 posto dionica Atlantske plovidbe. Većina dioničara iz Top 10 je prodala svoje dionice a sada će to napraviti i izvršni dioničari. Ostaje vidjeti koliko će postojećih dioničara prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe koja je, podsjetimo, u zadnje nepune dvije godine došla do 100 postotnog udjela u Tankerska Next Generation i u Turisthotelima iz Zadra. Atlantska plovidba ima gotovo 8000 dioničara što je desetak puta više nego što su imali Turisthoteli.

Predsjednik uprave Tankerske plovidbe Mario Pavić, što je i razumljivo, nije htio komentirati ništa vezano uz preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe ali nam je na pitanje o stanju u Crvenom moru otkrio da je Tankerska plovidba donijela odluku da brodovi kojima upravlja na spot tržištu neće ploviti u Crveno more dok se situacija ne smiri.

Svi izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe izjavili su da namjeravaju prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe iz Zadra, a najavili su i da će prodati svoje udjele koje imaju u Atlantskoj plovidbi. To znači da će prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe, koja iznosi 53,6 eura po dionici, a koja je objavljena u ponedjeljak i traje do 9. veljače. Dioničari zainteresirani za prihvaćanje ponude mogu odnijeti ispunjen formular ili ga poslati ovjerenog u SKDD. Također, mogu doći u prostorije Atlantske ili Tankerske plovidbe i zatražiti pomoć pri ispunjavanju formulara, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Sjedište Atlantske plovidbe ostaje i nadalje u Dubrovniku. To je izričito navedeno u ponudi za preuzimanje koju je Tankerska plovidba nedavno objavila na stranicama Zagrebačke burze. Osim toga, u trenutku kada je postala dioničko društvo Atlantska plovidba nije više dubrovačka kompanija. Čak je četvrtina postojećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe iz Zagreba. Štoviše, vjerojatno ima više dioničara iz Zagreba nego iz Dubrovnika.

Glavni izvršni direktor Atlantske plovidbe, Marko Domijan, vlasnik ukupno 3701 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba (što predstavlja 0,1768 posto udjela u temeljnom, odnosno, 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe.

Izvršni direktor Vicenco Jerković, vlasnik ukupno 3965 dionica društva (što predstavlja 0,18942 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu, odnosno 0,18982 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti Ponudu.

Izvršni direktor Edo Taslaman, vlasnik ukupno 7735 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba, (što predstavlja 0,36952 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu društva, odnosno 0,37030 glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba) izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu.

Podsjetimo, Tankerska plovidba je u trenutku objave ponude stekla 39,1 posto dionica Atlantske plovidbe. Većina dioničara iz Top 10 je prodala svoje dionice a sada će to napraviti i izvršni dioničari. Ostaje vidjeti koliko će postojećih dioničara prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe koja je, podsjetimo, u zadnje nepune dvije godine došla do 100 postotnog udjela u Tankerska Next Generation i u Turisthotelima iz Zadra. Atlantska plovidba ima gotovo 8000 dioničara što je desetak puta više nego što su imali Turisthoteli.

Predsjednik uprave Tankerske plovidbe Mario Pavić, što je i razumljivo, nije htio komentirati ništa vezano uz preuzimanje Atlantske plovidbe ali nam je na pitanje o stanju u Crvenom moru otkrio da je Tankerska plovidba donijela odluku da brodovi kojima upravlja na spot tržištu neće ploviti u Crveno more dok se situacija ne smiri.

Atlantska plovidba prelazi u ruke Tankerske, a zna se i gdje će biti sjedište

Svi izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe izjavili su da namjeravaju prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe iz Zadra, a najavili su i da će prodati svoje udjele koje imaju u Atlantskoj plovidbi. To znači da će prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe, koja iznosi 53,6 eura po dionici, a koja je objavljena u ponedjeljak i traje do 9. veljače. Dioničari zainteresirani za prihvaćanje ponude mogu odnijeti ispunjen formular ili ga poslati ovjerenog u SKDD. Također, mogu doći u prostorije Atlantske ili Tankerske plovidbe i zatražiti pomoć pri ispunjavanju formulara, piše Jutarnji.hr.

Sjedište Atlantske plovidbe ostaje i nadalje u Dubrovniku. To je izričito navedeno u ponudi za preuzimanje koju je Tankerska plovidba nedavno objavila na stranicama Zagrebačke burze. Osim toga, u trenutku kada je postala dioničko društvo Atlantska plovidba nije više dubrovačka kompanija. Čak je četvrtina postojećih dioničara Atlantske plovidbe iz Zagreba. Štoviše, vjerojatno ima više dioničara iz Zagreba nego iz Dubrovnika.

Glavni izvršni direktor Atlantske plovidbe, Marko Domijan, vlasnik ukupno 3701 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba (što predstavlja 0,1768 posto udjela u temeljnom, odnosno, 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu Tankerske plovidbe.

Izvršni direktor Vicenco Jerković, vlasnik ukupno 3965 dionica društva (što predstavlja 0,18942 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu, odnosno 0,18982 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba), izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti Ponudu.

Izvršni direktor Edo Taslaman, vlasnik ukupno 7735 dionica društva Atlantska plovidba, (što predstavlja 0,36952 posto udjela u temeljnom kapitalu društva, odnosno 0,37030 glasova na Glavnoj skupštini društva Atlantska plovidba) izjavljuje kako ima namjeru prihvatiti ponudu.
