Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske su u koordinaciji sa Sektorom inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te Službom za mobilne jedinice, mobilne carine, na području Policijske uprave zadarske proveli preventivno represivnu akciju „Nadzor taxi vozila“.

Provedenim zajedničkim nadzorom  prema „taxi“ vozilima, odnosno „taxi“ prijevozu proveden je nadzor ukupno 52 vozila i svih vozača navedenih vozila, te su utvrđene sljedeće nepravilnosti:

 - 5 prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama u nadležnosti policije:

-2 prekršaja nedostataka tijekom tehničkog pregleda

--1 prekršaj zaustavljanje ili parkiranje na mjestu gdje nije dozvoljeno

-1 prekršaj korištenje mobitela u vožnji

-1 prekršaj vozača nekorištenje zaštitnog pojasa.

Također, tijekom nadzora utvrđen je i 1 prekršaj iz Zakona o nabavci i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Nadalje su utvrđena 4 prekršaja iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu u nadležnosti Sektora inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te 3 prekršaja iz Općeg poreznog zakona u nadležnosti mobilne carine – Služba za mobilne jedinice Zadar .

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske su u koordinaciji sa Sektorom inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te Službom za mobilne jedinice, mobilne carine, na području Policijske uprave zadarske proveli preventivno represivnu akciju „Nadzor taxi vozila“.

Provedenim zajedničkim nadzorom  prema „taxi“ vozilima, odnosno „taxi“ prijevozu proveden je nadzor ukupno 52 vozila i svih vozača navedenih vozila, te su utvrđene sljedeće nepravilnosti:

 - 5 prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama u nadležnosti policije:

-2 prekršaja nedostataka tijekom tehničkog pregleda

--1 prekršaj zaustavljanje ili parkiranje na mjestu gdje nije dozvoljeno

-1 prekršaj korištenje mobitela u vožnji

-1 prekršaj vozača nekorištenje zaštitnog pojasa.

Također, tijekom nadzora utvrđen je i 1 prekršaj iz Zakona o nabavci i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Nadalje su utvrđena 4 prekršaja iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu u nadležnosti Sektora inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te 3 prekršaja iz Općeg poreznog zakona u nadležnosti mobilne carine – Služba za mobilne jedinice Zadar .

Policija i inspekcija u zajedničkom nadzoru taksi vozila na području Zadra - evo što su sve otkrili

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske su u koordinaciji sa Sektorom inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te Službom za mobilne jedinice, mobilne carine, na području Policijske uprave zadarske proveli preventivno represivnu akciju „Nadzor taxi vozila“.

Provedenim zajedničkim nadzorom  prema „taxi“ vozilima, odnosno „taxi“ prijevozu proveden je nadzor ukupno 52 vozila i svih vozača navedenih vozila, te su utvrđene sljedeće nepravilnosti:

 - 5 prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama u nadležnosti policije:

-2 prekršaja nedostataka tijekom tehničkog pregleda

--1 prekršaj zaustavljanje ili parkiranje na mjestu gdje nije dozvoljeno

-1 prekršaj korištenje mobitela u vožnji

-1 prekršaj vozača nekorištenje zaštitnog pojasa.

Također, tijekom nadzora utvrđen je i 1 prekršaj iz Zakona o nabavci i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Nadalje su utvrđena 4 prekršaja iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu u nadležnosti Sektora inspekcije sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i cesta Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture te 3 prekršaja iz Općeg poreznog zakona u nadležnosti mobilne carine – Služba za mobilne jedinice Zadar .
