Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar jučer su na Općinski sud prepratili 35-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Jučer, 22. ožujka oko 12 sati muškarac je nazvao policijsku postaju te dojavio kako ga je nešto ranije na Ravnicama fizički napala nepoznata muška osoba, kojom prilikom nije ozlijeđen.

Tijekom razgovora vrijeđao je i omalovažavao dežurnu policijsku službenicu koja je telefonski zaprimala njegovu dojavu.

Nakon što je prostorijama policije zaprimljena njegova prijava vezana za događaj na Ravnicama, policijski službenici su nad 35-godišnjakom proveli kriminalističko istraživanje zbog vrijeđanja policijske službenice, tijekom čega je 35-godišnjak vrijeđao i omalovažavao policijske službenike koji su postupali te se pokušao udaljiti iz službenih prostorija zbog čega su nad njim uporabljena sredstva prisile.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar jučer su na Općinski sud prepratili 35-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Jučer, 22. ožujka oko 12 sati muškarac je nazvao policijsku postaju te dojavio kako ga je nešto ranije na Ravnicama fizički napala nepoznata muška osoba, kojom prilikom nije ozlijeđen.

Tijekom razgovora vrijeđao je i omalovažavao dežurnu policijsku službenicu koja je telefonski zaprimala njegovu dojavu.

Nakon što je prostorijama policije zaprimljena njegova prijava vezana za događaj na Ravnicama, policijski službenici su nad 35-godišnjakom proveli kriminalističko istraživanje zbog vrijeđanja policijske službenice, tijekom čega je 35-godišnjak vrijeđao i omalovažavao policijske službenike koji su postupali te se pokušao udaljiti iz službenih prostorija zbog čega su nad njim uporabljena sredstva prisile.

Nazvao policijske službenike kako bi prijavio napad pa ih vrijeđao i omalovažavao

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Zadar jučer su na Općinski sud prepratili 35-godišnjeg hrvatskog državljanina uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira.

Jučer, 22. ožujka oko 12 sati muškarac je nazvao policijsku postaju te dojavio kako ga je nešto ranije na Ravnicama fizički napala nepoznata muška osoba, kojom prilikom nije ozlijeđen.

Tijekom razgovora vrijeđao je i omalovažavao dežurnu policijsku službenicu koja je telefonski zaprimala njegovu dojavu.

Nakon što je prostorijama policije zaprimljena njegova prijava vezana za događaj na Ravnicama, policijski službenici su nad 35-godišnjakom proveli kriminalističko istraživanje zbog vrijeđanja policijske službenice, tijekom čega je 35-godišnjak vrijeđao i omalovažavao policijske službenike koji su postupali te se pokušao udaljiti iz službenih prostorija zbog čega su nad njim uporabljena sredstva prisile.
