Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 59-godišnjakom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Neovlaštena proizvodnja i promet drogama, kazneno djelo Nedozvoljeno posjedovanje, izrada i nabavljanje oružja i eksplozivnih tvari te kazneno djelo Krađa.

Sumnja se da je protivno odredbama članka 3. Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, s ciljem proizvodnje i preprodaje marihuane, u točno neutvrđenom vremenskom razdoblju, u kući na širem zadarskom području uporabom uređaja za emitiranje svjetlosti, ventilaciju i filtriranje zraka stvorio uvjete za umjetni uzgoj bilja u kojima je sadio marihuanu te ju po sazrijevanju sušio, prerađivao i vagao nakon čega je tako pripremljenu drogu preprodavao na ilegalnom tržištu.

Naime, temeljem naloga suca istrage obavljena je pretraga doma osumnjičenika, kojom prilikom su policijski službenici pronašli tri improvizirana laboratorija za uzgoj marihuane u kojima su pronađeni uređaji za osvjetljavanje, filtriranje, protok i regulaciju vlažnosti zraka, grijalice, transformatori struje te ostali uređaji i alati za umjetni uzgoj biljaka. U navedenim improviziranim laboratorijima pronađeno je zasađeno ukupno 719 komada stabljika marihuane, 523 komada odrezanih stabljika marihuane, oko 40,3 grama marihuane, dvije digitalne vage, pribor za vakumiranje i novac za koji se sumnja da je pribavljen prodajom droge.

Također, kod osumnjičenika je pronađena i oduzeta jedna automatska puška sa sedam pripadajućih spremnika 165 komada streljiva, čije je nabavljanje i posjedovanje građanima zabranjeno, kao i jedna lovačka puška čije je nabavljanje i posjedovanje građanima zabranjeno ili dozvoljeno samo uz prethodno odobrenje.

Količina pronađenih stabljika marihuane nedvojbeno ukazuje na činjenicu da je droga bila namijenjena za daljnju preprodaju.

Prilikom obavljanja pretrage utvrđeno je kako je dio objekta, gdje su pronađeni improvizirani laboratoriji za uzgoj marihuane, neovlašteno spojen na elektroopskrbnu mrežu o čemu su upoznati operateri distribucijskog sustava koji su izašli na mjesto događaja te utvrdili kako se osumnjičenik neovlašteno koristio električnom energijom.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja policijski službenici su 59-godišnjaka predali pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznenu prijavu su podnijeli Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Radi nezakonitog posjedovanja lovačkog oružja protiv osumnjičenika podnosi se i Optužni prijedlog za počinjeni prekršaj iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 59-godišnjakom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Neovlaštena proizvodnja i promet drogama, kazneno djelo Nedozvoljeno posjedovanje, izrada i nabavljanje oružja i eksplozivnih tvari te kazneno djelo Krađa.

Sumnja se da je protivno odredbama članka 3. Zakona o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, s ciljem proizvodnje i preprodaje marihuane, u točno neutvrđenom vremenskom razdoblju, u kući na širem zadarskom području uporabom uređaja za emitiranje svjetlosti, ventilaciju i filtriranje zraka stvorio uvjete za umjetni uzgoj bilja u kojima je sadio marihuanu te ju po sazrijevanju sušio, prerađivao i vagao nakon čega je tako pripremljenu drogu preprodavao na ilegalnom tržištu.

Naime, temeljem naloga suca istrage obavljena je pretraga doma osumnjičenika, kojom prilikom su policijski službenici pronašli tri improvizirana laboratorija za uzgoj marihuane u kojima su pronađeni uređaji za osvjetljavanje, filtriranje, protok i regulaciju vlažnosti zraka, grijalice, transformatori struje te ostali uređaji i alati za umjetni uzgoj biljaka. U navedenim improviziranim laboratorijima pronađeno je zasađeno ukupno 719 komada stabljika marihuane, 523 komada odrezanih stabljika marihuane, oko 40,3 grama marihuane, dvije digitalne vage, pribor za vakumiranje i novac za koji se sumnja da je pribavljen prodajom droge.

Također, kod osumnjičenika je pronađena i oduzeta jedna automatska puška sa sedam pripadajućih spremnika 165 komada streljiva, čije je nabavljanje i posjedovanje građanima zabranjeno, kao i jedna lovačka puška čije je nabavljanje i posjedovanje građanima zabranjeno ili dozvoljeno samo uz prethodno odobrenje.

Količina pronađenih stabljika marihuane nedvojbeno ukazuje na činjenicu da je droga bila namijenjena za daljnju preprodaju.

Prilikom obavljanja pretrage utvrđeno je kako je dio objekta, gdje su pronađeni improvizirani laboratoriji za uzgoj marihuane, neovlašteno spojen na elektroopskrbnu mrežu o čemu su upoznati operateri distribucijskog sustava koji su izašli na mjesto događaja te utvrdili kako se osumnjičenik neovlašteno koristio električnom energijom.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja policijski službenici su 59-godišnjaka predali pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznenu prijavu su podnijeli Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Radi nezakonitog posjedovanja lovačkog oružja protiv osumnjičenika podnosi se i Optužni prijedlog za počinjeni prekršaj iz Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.
