Daniela Perica, dizajnerica interijera i vlasnica tvrtke DP Interijer iz Budaka o čijim zanimljivim projektima uređenja interijera smo već ranije u nekoliko navrata pisali, ovaj put je našu pozornost privukla jednom malo drugačijom situacijom. Iako su ovakve priče svojstvene stranim medijima i mi ih često prenosimo, prvenstveno zbog pažnje koju su privukli na društvenim mrežama, a potom i zbog samog sadržaja koji nam nažalost nikome nije stran, ali se zaprao o njemu jako malo priča, ovaj put vam donosimo priču iz vašeg "susjedstva", piše Dom&Dizajn.
Muke po majstorima su postala naša svakodnevica i malo je onih koji nemaju neku sramotnu priču kada je u pitanju uređenje doma. Počevši od postavljanja cijevi, struje do onog obično najriskantnijeg dijela, a to je postavljanje keramike ili podova. Daniela je ovom prilikom na svojim društvenim mrežama odlučila pokazati što se njoj dogodilo, a nama je detaljnije ispričala cijelu priču.
- Projekt na kojem radimo je kompletna adaptacija stana. Radi se o stanu u starogradnji u samom srcu Zadra. S izvođačem radova smo prije ovoga odradili jedan manji projekt i sve je bilo u redu. Upravo iz tog razloga izvođača nismo nadgledali cijelo vrijeme, a u konačnici smo imali što vidjeti. Nakon što smo pozvali druge majstore da poprave štetu njihova je pretpostavka bila da u procesu postavljanja keramike u kupaonici nije stavljena impregnacija na zidove, ali i na onaj dio na kojem je postavljena nije bio ispravan način na koji se lijepe pločice (potrebno je ljepilom namazati i pločicu i zid/pod), nikako se nije smjelo ljepilo nanositi u kuglama, pogotovo na podu jer tako ostaju prazni dijelovi na koje kad bi nešto palo pločica puca - objasnila nam je Daniela.

Saznajemo još od Daniele kako je ukupna šteta bila 5000 eura za sve troškove (vađenje pločica, štemanje, novi knauf na zidovima, odvoz šute, novi materija i nove pločice) koje je u konačnici podmirio izvođač. Dok će se financijska šteta za klijenta očitovati kroz gubitak od potencijalnog najma, a vremenski je projekt unazađen mjesec i pol dana, piše Dom&Dizajn

Daniela Perica, dizajnerica interijera i vlasnica tvrtke DP Interijer iz Budaka o čijim zanimljivim projektima uređenja interijera smo već ranije u nekoliko navrata pisali, ovaj put je našu pozornost privukla jednom malo drugačijom situacijom. Iako su ovakve priče svojstvene stranim medijima i mi ih često prenosimo, prvenstveno zbog pažnje koju su privukli na društvenim mrežama, a potom i zbog samog sadržaja koji nam nažalost nikome nije stran, ali se zaprao o njemu jako malo priča, ovaj put vam donosimo priču iz vašeg "susjedstva", piše Dom&Dizajn.
Muke po majstorima su postala naša svakodnevica i malo je onih koji nemaju neku sramotnu priču kada je u pitanju uređenje doma. Počevši od postavljanja cijevi, struje do onog obično najriskantnijeg dijela, a to je postavljanje keramike ili podova. Daniela je ovom prilikom na svojim društvenim mrežama odlučila pokazati što se njoj dogodilo, a nama je detaljnije ispričala cijelu priču.
- Projekt na kojem radimo je kompletna adaptacija stana. Radi se o stanu u starogradnji u samom srcu Zadra. S izvođačem radova smo prije ovoga odradili jedan manji projekt i sve je bilo u redu. Upravo iz tog razloga izvođača nismo nadgledali cijelo vrijeme, a u konačnici smo imali što vidjeti. Nakon što smo pozvali druge majstore da poprave štetu njihova je pretpostavka bila da u procesu postavljanja keramike u kupaonici nije stavljena impregnacija na zidove, ali i na onaj dio na kojem je postavljena nije bio ispravan način na koji se lijepe pločice (potrebno je ljepilom namazati i pločicu i zid/pod), nikako se nije smjelo ljepilo nanositi u kuglama, pogotovo na podu jer tako ostaju prazni dijelovi na koje kad bi nešto palo pločica puca - objasnila nam je Daniela.

Saznajemo još od Daniele kako je ukupna šteta bila 5000 eura za sve troškove (vađenje pločica, štemanje, novi knauf na zidovima, odvoz šute, novi materija i nove pločice) koje je u konačnici podmirio izvođač.
