U sklopu projekta cjelokupne rekonstrukcije korita potoka Ričine trenutno se izvode radovi na dionici od Ulice Franka Lisice do Ulice 4. gardijske brigade, tzv. II. faza. Investitor cjelokupnog projekta su Hrvatske vode a radove II. faze putem javnog natječaja izvodi tvrtka Vodoinstalacija d.o.o. iz Zadra. Stručni nadzor nad radovima obavlja tvrtka Školjera d.o.o. iz Splita. Vrijednost ugovorenih radova je 1.156.118,53 eura bez PDV-a a završetak rekonstrukcije II. faze očekuje se krajem 2024. godine.

- Imajući u vidu sve učestalije meteorološke ekstreme uzrokovane klimatskim promjenama a posebno katastrofalnu poplavu koja je pogodila područje Zadarske županije 11.09.2017. godine, pojavila se potreba za realizacijom projekata koji će značajno podići stupanj obrane od poplava u urbanim područjima. Jedan od tih projekata je upravo ovaj projekt kojim će se kapacitet korita Ričine sa sadašnjih 20m3/s povećati na gotovo 60 m3/s kako bi se umanjile posljedice budućih poplavnih događaja. U sklopu projekta se planira proširenje primarnog korita te osiguranje inundacijskog pojasa na lijevoj obali s pristupima na početku i na kraju dionice. Zbog osiguranja potrebnog prostora inundacije ukloniti će se dio postojećih stabala oko gradskog uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda a projektom je predviđena sadnja većeg broja novih stabala u svrhu zadržavanja odnosno povećanja zaštitnog zelenog pojasa. Ovaj projekt prepoznat je kao važan projekt na nivou cijele Republike Hrvatske te se kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti sufinancira sredstvima Europske unije.

Investitor cjelokupnog projekta su Hrvatske vode a radove II. faze putem javnog natječaja izvodi tvrtka Vodoinstalacija d.o.o. iz Zadra. Stručni nadzor nad radovima obavlja tvrtka Školjera d.o.o. iz Splita. Vrijednost ugovorenih radova je 1.156.118,53 eura bez PDV-a a završetak rekonstrukcije II. faze očekuje se krajem 2024. godine.

- Imajući u vidu sve učestalije meteorološke ekstreme uzrokovane klimatskim promjenama a posebno katastrofalnu poplavu koja je pogodila područje Zadarske županije 11.09.2017. godine, pojavila se potreba za realizacijom projekata koji će značajno podići stupanj obrane od poplava u urbanim područjima. Jedan od tih projekata je upravo ovaj projekt kojim će se kapacitet korita Ričine sa sadašnjih 20m3/s povećati na gotovo 60 m3/s kako bi se umanjile posljedice budućih poplavnih događaja. U sklopu projekta se planira proširenje primarnog korita te osiguranje inundacijskog pojasa na lijevoj obali s pristupima na početku i na kraju dionice. Zbog osiguranja potrebnog prostora inundacije ukloniti će se dio postojećih stabala oko gradskog uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda a projektom je predviđena sadnja većeg broja novih stabala u svrhu zadržavanja odnosno povećanja zaštitnog zelenog pojasa. Ovaj projekt prepoznat je kao važan projekt na nivou cijele Republike Hrvatske te se kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti sufinancira sredstvima Europske unije.
