„Uz sve probleme s kojima svakodnevno žive, osobe s invaliditetom u Hrvatskoj se moraju boriti i s brojim drugim preprekama. Primjerice, osobama u invalidskim kolicima onemogućen je pristup velikoj većini javnih zgrada, kulturnim institucijama ili čak i samim centrima socijalne skrbi. Posebno težak položaj je u manjim sredinama, a nažalost, Zadarska županija za osobe s invaliditetom koje žive u malim urbanim, ruralnim sredinama, ne čini gotovo ništa“, poručio je potpredsjednik Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije i županijski vijećnik stranke Centar Davor Čerkuč, u povodu obilježavanja Međunarodnog dana osoba s invaliditetom.

Zadarsku gradsku i županijsku vlast upitao je kako je moguće da se osobe s invaliditetom ne mogu samostalno kretati gradom jer većina pristupnih rampi ili ne postoji ili, čak i slučaju da postoji, ne funkcionira. „Kako je moguće da se na štetu osoba s invaliditetom smanjuje broj parkirnih mjesta koja su im namijenjena, i to u korist vozila za dostavu?“, naveo je Čerkuč.

Županija, smatra vijećnik, treba raditi prvo na razumijevanju, a potom i na pružanju adekvatne pomoći osobama s invaliditetom. „Kao zajednica jako puno gubimo ne radeći sve što možemo da bi olakšali svakodnevni život osobama s invaliditetom i omogućili im poštivanje njihovih elementarnih prava“, rekao je, dodajući da im je nužno osigurati veći opseg prava i usluga, bolju mobilnost, financijsku pomoć te kvalitetniju skrb.

Čerkuč naglašava da je potrebno kontinuirano ulagati napore kako bi im osigurali što veću kvalitetu života. „U stranci Centar smatramo da treba osigurati veću potporu obiteljima koje skrbe o osobama s invaliditetom kroz mrežu usluga u zajednici, kroz sustave financiranja

udruga stimulirati razvoj kvalitetnijih programa udruga da bi osigurale veću uključenost osoba s invaliditetom, stimulirati dodatno stjecanje vještina i zapošljavanje, osigurati učinkovite informacijske i edukacijske sadržaje, osigurati pristup svim javnim institucijama, osigurati financiranje sportsko rekreativnih programa tj. dovoljan broj termina na sportskim terenima i aktivno podržati programe međusobne podrške, uključivanje u kulturne događaje, savjetodavne programe i volonterske projekte“, zaključio je.

„Uz sve probleme s kojima svakodnevno žive, osobe s invaliditetom u Hrvatskoj se moraju boriti i s brojim drugim preprekama. Primjerice, osobama u invalidskim kolicima onemogućen je pristup velikoj većini javnih zgrada, kulturnim institucijama ili čak i samim centrima socijalne skrbi. Posebno težak položaj je u manjim sredinama, a nažalost, Zadarska županija za osobe s invaliditetom koje žive u malim urbanim, ruralnim sredinama, ne čini gotovo ništa“, poručio je potpredsjednik Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije i županijski vijećnik stranke Centar Davor Čerkuč, u povodu obilježavanja Međunarodnog dana osoba s invaliditetom.

Zadarsku gradsku i županijsku vlast upitao je kako je moguće da se osobe s invaliditetom ne mogu samostalno kretati gradom jer većina pristupnih rampi ili ne postoji ili, čak i slučaju da postoji, ne funkcionira. „Kako je moguće da se na štetu osoba s invaliditetom smanjuje broj parkirnih mjesta koja su im namijenjena, i to u korist vozila za dostavu?“, naveo je Čerkuč.

Županija, smatra vijećnik, treba raditi prvo na razumijevanju, a potom i na pružanju adekvatne pomoći osobama s invaliditetom. „Kao zajednica jako puno gubimo ne radeći sve što možemo da bi olakšali svakodnevni život osobama s invaliditetom i omogućili im poštivanje njihovih elementarnih prava“, rekao je, dodajući da im je nužno osigurati veći opseg prava i usluga, bolju mobilnost, financijsku pomoć te kvalitetniju skrb.

Čerkuč naglašava da je potrebno kontinuirano ulagati napore kako bi im osigurali što veću kvalitetu života. „U stranci Centar smatramo da treba osigurati veću potporu obiteljima koje skrbe o osobama s invaliditetom kroz mrežu usluga u zajednici, kroz sustave financiranja

„Uz sve probleme s kojima svakodnevno žive, osobe s invaliditetom u Hrvatskoj se moraju boriti i s brojim drugim preprekama. Primjerice, osobama u invalidskim kolicima onemogućen je pristup velikoj većini javnih zgrada, kulturnim institucijama ili čak i samim centrima socijalne skrbi. Posebno težak položaj je u manjim sredinama, a nažalost, Zadarska županija za osobe s invaliditetom koje žive u malim urbanim, ruralnim sredinama, ne čini gotovo ništa“, poručio je potpredsjednik Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije i županijski vijećnik stranke Centar Davor Čerkuč, u povodu obilježavanja Međunarodnog dana osoba s invaliditetom.

Zadarsku gradsku i županijsku vlast upitao je kako je moguće da se osobe s invaliditetom ne mogu samostalno kretati gradom jer većina pristupnih rampi ili ne postoji ili, čak i slučaju da postoji, ne funkcionira. „Kako je moguće da se na štetu osoba s invaliditetom smanjuje broj parkirnih mjesta koja su im namijenjena, i to u korist vozila za dostavu?“, naveo je Čerkuč.

Županija, smatra vijećnik, treba raditi prvo na razumijevanju, a potom i na pružanju adekvatne pomoći osobama s invaliditetom. „Kao zajednica jako puno gubimo ne radeći sve što možemo da bi olakšali svakodnevni život osobama s invaliditetom i omogućili im poštivanje njihovih elementarnih prava“, rekao je, dodajući da im je nužno osigurati veći opseg prava i usluga, bolju mobilnost, financijsku pomoć te kvalitetniju skrb.

Čerkuč naglašava da je potrebno kontinuirano ulagati napore kako bi im osigurali što veću kvalitetu života. „U stranci Centar smatramo da treba osigurati veću potporu obiteljima koje skrbe o osobama s invaliditetom kroz mrežu usluga u zajednici, kroz sustave financiranja
