Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru ispitalo je dvojicu državljana Sirije (1995. i 1988.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv javnog reda odnosno protuzakonitog ulaženja, kretanja i boravka u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma, objavilo je ŽDO Zadar na svojim stranicama.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da su osumnjičenici 12. siječnja 2024., na nepoznatom mjestu na području RH, na temelju prethodnog dogovora i u cilju da se okoriste, organizirali ilegalni prelazak preko granične linije razdvajanja između Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine nekoliko državljana Sirije. Osnovano se sumnja da su, nakon ilegalnog prelaska granice, primili migrante u osobno vozilo i prevozili ih preko teritorija RH, odnosno drugoosumnjičenik je kao prethodnica upravljao osobnim vozilom ispred vozila kojim je upravljao prvoosumnjičenik i dojavljivao položaj policijskih ophodnji, no policijski službenici su ih zaustavili 13. siječnja 2024. i spriječili u namjeri. 

Državno odvjetništvo predložilo je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zavora protiv dvojice osumnjičenika zbog opasnosti od bijega i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela što je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio im istražni zatvor.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru ispitalo je dvojicu državljana Sirije (1995. i 1988.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv javnog reda odnosno protuzakonitog ulaženja, kretanja i boravka u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma, objavilo je ŽDO Zadar na svojim stranicama.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da su osumnjičenici 12. siječnja 2024., na nepoznatom mjestu na području RH, na temelju prethodnog dogovora i u cilju da se okoriste, organizirali ilegalni prelazak preko granične linije razdvajanja između Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine nekoliko državljana Sirije. Osnovano se sumnja da su, nakon ilegalnog prelaska granice, primili migrante u osobno vozilo i prevozili ih preko teritorija RH, odnosno drugoosumnjičenik je kao prethodnica upravljao osobnim vozilom ispred vozila kojim je upravljao prvoosumnjičenik i dojavljivao položaj policijskih ophodnji, no policijski službenici su ih zaustavili 13. siječnja 2024. i spriječili u namjeri. 

Državno odvjetništvo predložilo je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zavora protiv dvojice osumnjičenika zbog opasnosti od bijega i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela što je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio im istražni zatvor.

Ispitana dvojica Sirijaca zbog krijumčarenja ljudi, određen im je istražni zatvor

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru ispitalo je dvojicu državljana Sirije (1995. i 1988.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela protiv javnog reda odnosno protuzakonitog ulaženja, kretanja i boravka u Republici Hrvatskoj, drugoj državi članici Europske unije ili potpisnici Šengenskog sporazuma, objavilo je ŽDO Zadar na svojim stranicama.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da su osumnjičenici 12. siječnja 2024., na nepoznatom mjestu na području RH, na temelju prethodnog dogovora i u cilju da se okoriste, organizirali ilegalni prelazak preko granične linije razdvajanja između Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine nekoliko državljana Sirije. Osnovano se sumnja da su, nakon ilegalnog prelaska granice, primili migrante u osobno vozilo i prevozili ih preko teritorija RH, odnosno drugoosumnjičenik je kao prethodnica upravljao osobnim vozilom ispred vozila kojim je upravljao prvoosumnjičenik i dojavljivao položaj policijskih ophodnji, no policijski službenici su ih zaustavili 13. siječnja 2024. i spriječili u namjeri. 

Državno odvjetništvo predložilo je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zavora protiv dvojice osumnjičenika zbog opasnosti od bijega i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela što je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio im istražni zatvor.
